My very first time st Big Lots! My sister told me I could get curtains from here and I decided to try it out.Lovely selections of house wares for kitchen, bathroom, rugs and they also have some furniture, Christmas decorations. I'll definitely be going back.

Good selection of products, since Christmas is over the store seems very well organized and stocked. The cashiers are always very friendly.

Nice store but sadly I have been in twice over the past three months and they have a lot of out of stock items in just the basics. First time when I went in I thought the outs were due to them just opening a month or so before but went in tonight and again though out the store tons of outs. The have a lot of Christmas merchandise.

Well, there's almost a whole new crew, including management! They are really trying to get back to being #1 like they were a little while back. The store is still a little unorganized BUT that's because they have a whole new crew except for 3 employees. I say give them time.... If the powers that be will send them help to organize the store better it will be the best place in Ashe County to shop. Only thing I don't like is the pricing situation. EVERYTHING should just have price stickers on it. That way if it's not in the right place we customers still know the price.

Went into the store tonight one guy on the register 5 people in line 3 young girls standing behind the counter eating frosties laughing ,looking at everyone waiting to check out ,going in and out of the store and having a good time with no consideration for the people waiting in the line after 15 min of waiting and two other people walking out ,I myself walked out very unprofessional behavior.

It is the best big lot I have been to the customer service was amazing the people who work there were very helpful and they would help us in the future part of the store and the lady who was there she was amazing and an older lady who worked there she helped us loading furniture into our truck and they was awesome would recommend going for the stuff that you need and the workers that are there will help if you need them or they can come up to you and help.

Don't ask for plastic if it's raining because they will say they don't have any, and if u ask them for tape with it sitting right in front of them they will say they don't have any, The furniture salesman that helped me was useless I will never do business there again.
