Terrible customer service this evening at the drive-through pharmacy. They were rude dismissive, and the whole experience left me feeling like I’m probably going to change pharmacies. it’s just not that hard to be nice people. I’ve been in customer service for 40 years… It’s just not that hard to be nice.

First I’m aware of the season meaning how busy it can be for all pharmacies. I anticipate holds when and if I call. Today was unreal. I was on hold and then it transferred over to the pharmacy, they kept picking the phone up and then putting it back on hold without making me aware that they would do that. THREE TIMES. Then when the male pharmacist or pharmacist assistant answers, he’s bothered. And just not helpful. I called a different pharmacist company and got my prescription transferred. It’s inconvenient however the other place is helpful and kind.

As others with low reviews noted, the customer service at the pharmacy is the absolute worst. I wish I could rate them zero stars. They gave me expired prescription medication last month and said it was still okay to take. They took over three hours to fill one script for my family member. They even knew he was waiting in the store and he felt AWFUL; eventually he had to leave. When I asked why it took so long, the operations manager told me “we have 600 prescriptions to fill every day.” Zero empathy for people and a horrible attitude rather than just owning up to their mistakes and apologizing for being rude and slack. We will not return to this location to fill medication. Avoid this place.

The past several times prescriptions needed they always have an excuse of why running behind, even told me one time their system glitches and didn't receive and for me to call the doctor back to resend. Their recordings never are close to time that medicine is supposed to be ready. Always at least 4 hours for a prescription. I will be finding a new pharmacy.

Went to pick up some meds & never saw who I was speaking through the speaker…(knew it was a woman) I reached to Get the medication & she just walked away. Didn't even say a word & walked off. I was so confused ❔

The pharmacy made a huge mistake on my daughter’s medication. Gave it to me with out properly mixing it first literally gave me the unmixed powered of the medication. When i went to pick this medication up a women in front of me was shorted her 90 day meds for 30dah supply and she paid for the 90. This is unacceptable

Always a great experience. I've moved so my regular Walgreens is 20 min away and still make the trip every time even though there's one 2 miles away. Fantastic staff especially the pharmacy techs, like Jessy. Always greets with smile and calls me by name.

If I could give zero starts I would. Came to this location to pick up an order the drive thru stated to come inside, okay no problem. I proceeded to go inside and went to the pharmacy counter to wait. Three people stood behind the counter talking and laughing for several minutes. No one came and greeted me or asked me if I need assistance. Until someone else came from the back and into the pharmacy area to ask if I had an order to pick up. Do better and greet your customers instead of continuing to have a conversation as if no one if there waiting to be helped.

I don't want to give any stars. I went online to order Airborne shots. I live an hour away from this store. I had my niece drive to pick up order for me. When I get the order the Airborne had expired back in November 2021. I called the store. After being on hold for 15 minutes a young lady(Jessica) answered the phone . Says they dp not give refunds. They sold me an expired product that they packed them themselves. Jessica gave the phone to another person who gave me the wrong customer service number. I had to get the help at another store. Will never do business here again. The worst Manager and customer service ever.

The doctor sent me medicine but told me to not go so soon, I went a good couple of hours later but when I went the medicine still wasn't ready. The lady at the counter told me to step to the side and that it would be around another 15 minutes. When the medicine was finally ready I went up to the counter again and was met with rudness and told to go to the back of the line. I explained that I had already made the line and was told to step to the side while it was finishing being ready but they did not care and made me make the extremely long line all over again. As I was not told I had to wait in line again and made to wait even longer this whole process was ill handled and extremely frustrating.

Terrible customer service. I get a text about a prescription refill being ready. When I get to the drive thru (after waiting 10 min in line) she says I need to get in the back of the line because my prescription is not ready. I told her I would be back tomorrow. Received a the next day saying prescription has been delayed. Why... Also, one prescription I get I need a needle for the injection. She said I need to come inside to pick up the needles because they can't sell needle at the drive thru. For 8+ months I've pick needles up at the drive thru. Just terrible....

This Walgreens is the worst one I’ve ever had to do business with. They can’t own there own mistakes, it’s always the insurance company or your doctors fault. And the ladies who work in the pharmacy always make it seem like your an inconvenience when you ask them to do their job. I’m seriously considering stopping all of the business I do with Walgreens because of this. Location! Worst experience in my life! Avoid this location for your medications!

All I can say I didn’t have a good experience here. Very rude and honestly I don’t think I would ever come to this location again... not even for a drink. Customer service had a bad attitude and this is not how you conduct business I’m sorry..

I came in today and asked one of the three employees on the floor where an item was. The woman looked bothered, told me the aisle number, and suggested I "ask someone who actually works in the pharmacy". The pharmacy was slammed with lines at the counter and drive through. The woman on the floor couldn't be bothered to walk 10 feet to show me where the item was that I was having trouble finding.

I didn’t want to give any stars. I keep having the worst experiences at this Walgreens. The girl at the drive through window was super rude last week. They keep messing up my prescription. It took 3 weeks before someone finally put the correct insurance information in the computer. As she finally took info from the correct card it took her 3xs to type it in correctly.I finally went to pick up my meds & was shorted by 60 pills & was told they’d contact me when the rest were available. They never called so I did & was told it wasn’t authorized. IT US AUTHORIZED. He said he’d check, put me on hold for a long time & then the call was disconnected. I called insurance & did a conference call. When insurance agent joined the call we were put on hold & later told by insurance that 90 pills are required & authorized. After being put on hold again I was told to pick up the rest of my prescription tomorrow because they were slammed. They are the WORST.

If they had a zero star option id use it twice. I went their for a return without a receipt. Returning a allergia medication i didnt ask for money back i just asked for a store credit i was told no for no reason i called corporate abr they didnt understand why i was told no the manager of the store is biased and a jerk this was not a color issue atleast i hope not but it was very much ridiculous that they would not take back something they sold that was still closed and brand new

The employees that work in the pharmacy are the rudist, of any pharmacy I have ever been to. They act like you are bothering them when asking a question in person or on the phone. I will be moving my prescriptions.

Pharmacy personnel were rude to my mother and also 13 mins late, and instead of moving on to help me out and hurry up so I could leave he tried to argue with my mom which is multiple signs he should not be working there, also the woman in the front had a attitude right as I walked in to say something

Manager is horrible! Sold 4 of the same item to someone when there should be limits and wouldn’t hold ONE while I was on m way. Was completely rude on the phone. You couldn’t pay me to drive back here.
