I've been bringing my service animal to you for 10 1/2 years. I wanted to thank you for the wonderful atmosphere for my dog and myself and I also very much appreciate the beautiful display case with her paw print. She's in her favorite room again and that means alot to my son and I.

Been going here with my dog Boston for about 6 years now and have always received amazing service! Jarred helped me the other day and he was very insightful and friendly. Also, the groomer Denise does a great job every time, she listens to every detail! I appreciate all this friendly staff does!

Vet Milliren Was absolutely fantastic with my 2 dogs. The team behind him is even more amazing! Logan(black & white)and Bandit(black & tan) may not thank them for a few days...lol but I sure do! Thank you for being amazing!

I took in a stray cat. First time that I've been to James Landing. The vet was awesome. He was very caring with the cat. He addressed everything the cat needed and the cost was very reasonable.I left feeling great. I'm so glad that I found James Landing. I'd give them 10 stars if that was an option. Thank you so much for the care you give to the animals that are in your care.

We have been going to James Landing Vet for 20+ years. Everyone there is amazing! We get our dogs groomed there and have used the boarding service many times. We wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for our dogs! Last year we had to make a difficult decision and put our 16yr old toy poodle down. At the time, they weren’t allowing people inside because of Covid. But they let us come in to review X-rays and spend time with our dog. The vet tech even dressed up as the Easter bunny so we could have some final pictures. We were able to spend as much time as we needed after they put her down. Everyone there was so kind and compassionate and shared in our sorrow. We will never take our pets anywhere else!

I love this place. They really care about my baby Monchito . It's not just about money as in other places..they are family and they will take care of your dog as you do. I highly recommend this place. Thank you guys!!!!

They were very helpful, lots of good advice. The front desk is sort of like a room divider so it looks as if it’s empty when you walk in but there may be someone sitting behind it so you must announce yourself. The nicest person was the doctor, our pup was taken to another room for treatment and they were out of the meds we needed but I was able to order from their online store. After ordering I got several emails with discount codes, but only after I’d placed an order so that was kind of a bummer. The order took awhile so plan ahead.

I took one of my dogs there. Before you knew it they were removing a toenail that they said was infected. Now it’s cost me over $4000 because her foot got so badly infected that they were going to remove her leg. We had to take her to an emergency vet. James Landing veterinary Hospital Is the Worst place ever I’m pulling all my dogs out of there.

Has been our vet for over 5 years. My dog is acting off and can’t even hold his head up. They said they couldn’t get him in for another week and a half…… didn’t try to squeeze him in, wouldn’t take a walk in, didn’t even have a a cancellation list.I will not go go here ever again. How can you not fit in your regular clients in an emergency case like this.

I'm giving a star for the Dr himself but the staff is awful. In 2 years I never had staff be anything but grumpy and rude. Our experience when we had to have our beloved dog put down was terrible, too. They were unkind and insensitive. They made us wait in the waiting room 10 minutes with loud people and other dogs while our old dog who needed to be put down and was suffering got even more anxious.

Always ready to assist me and my pup! They gave him his needed shots at a last minute appointment when no one else would take him in so he could board for the weekend. I am grateful and look forward to the future care they provide to my pup.

I would give this place 5 stars. I had a same day emergency and they were able to see us. The price was really good (cheaper than our regular vet) and our Frenchie is all better!!!

The lady at the desk was friendly and helpful despite being extremely busy. They were able to give me flea meds for my 3 dogs and cat without charging me an exam fee. I also had my cat neutered here. The procedure went well and was reasonably priced.

My daughter took my dogs in for a booster and the front office berated my daughter for my second dog missing a shot. Now - we take our dogs regularly and they have had boosters since but they could not find records of a 4 month shot (she is now 3). The nurse said ‘I’m not sure how we missed this’ but the front office staff laid all blame on my teenage daughter. I will do a better job watching my records but no need to demean a customer!!! This is not a happy Mom.

I have used this vet before and they where always nice and considerate. But today I took my dog in and the lady at the front desk was very rude to me and I came all the way there from a nother city to them and was treated like a POS. I explained my situation to her and all she said was I didn't talk to her cause if I had I would have brought everything I needed to leave my pet. I will never go to this place again and I had my pet checked out some other place and I didn't have no problem at all. Maybe they need to have better training for the employees up front at the desk .If it had a half star that is what u get from me!!!!! P.S do roll your eyes at someone else!!!

Very unimpressed with the care my ferrets recieved from Dr. Nabel. No complaints about the receptionists or vet techs, but the Vet's bedside manner was really disappointing.When I asked a question about their diet and supplements as they're getting older, I was told to "Google it." Really?A tumor on my ferret was misdagnosed as just dirt or an sore and the bill was exorbitant considering the sub-par level of care that was offered and the inaccurate diagnosis.Their new vet is so much more helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and clean. I wish we would of gone to our new vet a year ago and never brought my boys here.

Today was Rajah's first visit at this vet. I'm experiencing mixed feelings with her appointment today. While Rajah is all healthy and she got a good report I just don't like the process of how they saw her. She was a new patient to this practice. Meaning I have never met the Vet. I called about a week in advance to gain information on this process due to COVID and how the parents of the animal won't be able to go inside. The staff told me that someone would give me a report regarding my dogs exam. During Rajah's visit today, she was in the office for maybe 10 minutes when they walked her back to my car. I was told to call the office to check her out. I was expecting to speak with the vet to hear his/her take on Rajah's health. I never spoke with the vet. I don't even know their name at this point. I paid $130 for a vet tech to tell me that Rajah's appt went well. Now, I appreciate that my dog is healthy. But I'm a little disappointed in the communication process of the office. I work at a surgical center. The surgeons I work for are busy too. I get that. But they still make time to speak to their patients is all I'm saying. I'm gonna come back and give this office a second chance once I can physically come into the office and meet with the vets at a later date. I just want to know that my pet is well taken care of. This visit just seemed like it was a "passover" to me. And I didn't appreciate it. Glad to know that she is healthy though.

I need to note I’ve taken my dog there twice in the past when my regular vet is full. My dog had what seemed to be a seizure two Saturdays ago and since this place was so close to my home, and having never experienced this I immediately gave them a call. I was panicked and asking if I can go ahead and bring him over, thinking he was going to die or be permanently injured in some way….The lady didn’t say anything or ask any questions just told me to please hold. I waited 2-3 mins while I put my shoes and pants on and still was on hold. I decided to call back and when I did a different lady came on and simply said ‘We close at 12:30.’ She didn’t say anything or try to help in any way when my dog and I were having a crisis. I hope whomever reads this goes to a different place for your loved one because when it matters most these people do not care one bit.

Staff is amazingly nice, they treated my bearded dragon and we're super friendly. From what my beardie had done it was a very reasonable price and they showed me how to administer her meds. They really care and love the animals they work with. I called when they first opened and they made an appointment for me an hour later. I'm definitely going back there if I need a vet

I loved these techs. Very friendly the first moment i met them. They took time to find out if I had any questions and made sure I was comfortable taking home my newly spayed and neutered kitties. Definitely will use again.

I moved here over a year ago and was a little nervous about finding a new vet for my dog. I was happy with James Landing at my first visit. The staff were friendly and the facility was extremely clean. The vet I saw was very nice and gentle with my dog who gets very frightened in such situations. I have also boarded my dog there a few times, as well as had him groomed and have always had a great experience with each. I also enjoy the Pet Portal, which is an online system where I can reserve boarding and grooming, as well as keep track of my dogs visits and medications. Overall, I'm very satisfied with James Landing Veterinary Hospital and would recommend it to others.

I began using James Landing Veterinary Hospital about 16 years ago when I was trying to find a vet to spay my cat. I shopped around and they were the nicest and most economical of the five I called. They have never let me down. That cat had several health problems. The staff treated her and me with gentleness and kindness especially when she was much older and terminally ill. The nurses and I had a group hug and cry when she went to a peaceful sleep. I now have another cat who is enjoying the same professional treatment. I have recommended James Landing many times.

This was the WORST vet experience I've had. During a county wide mask mandate, I was the only person wearing a mask. Me, my great pyr and my newfoundland puppy, an assistant and the vet were all crammed into a very small exam room. MY PUPPY FELL OFF THE EXAM TABLE! and no one moved to pick him up - they just stared at him in on floor with their mouths open! I picked him up to make sure he was ok.In addition, They said my puppy had rinworm (without doing a test) and ordered medication for both of my dogs to be drop shipped to the WRONG address. I went back and asked for a test to verify he did in fact have ringworm, so they plucked some fur they said it had to be sent to a lab and would take 3 weeks for the results! Meanwhile, I still never received the medication so I called them and told them I wanted a refund of 176.00 for the medication I never received and they refused. I disputed the transaction on my credit card and they disputed the dispute! I went to another vet (an amazing facility) who did a skin scrape and it took 1 minute to find out my puppy does NOT have ringworm. No one there knows what they are doing and the staff is rude. I would never ever go back there. Very disappointing and very OVER PRICED!

I have two cats in kidney failure and have been bringing them to James Landing 3X per week for fluid therapy for 6 months in addition to periodic bloodwork and exams to check on how they are doing. The entire staff has been wonderful. I'm grateful for their support and caring for my babies.

Absolutely love Jameslanding Vet!! We went there for several years with our beagle who passed at age 16. When he passed the staff was wonderful and made us feel so loved! We just adopted another beagle, almost 5 years since our first one passed. We took him in to be checked out and my heart melted to see so many of the same faces and to be remembered after all those years! They even remembered our first beagle. Looking forward to many years taking our Cooper here! Thank you!
