First timers living in Jacksonville and I found this company through FB. The store was really cute, their selection was okay and the ladies at the front were nice. My real issues are their birthday cupcakes. We bought one for our pitbull terrier and we thought it was just a normal dog cupcake. When he went to eat it, he started choking because the inside had a much tougher treat than the rest of the cupcake. If we would've known there was a tougher treat in the middle we would've have cut it. Scared the hell out of us. I wish someone would've let us know that there was other stuff in the cupcake. For anyone who's interested in their dog cupcakes just know there's a tougher treat inside of it.

Highly recommended!! Went there for the first time to get a birthday treat for my puppy and I was blown away with all the cookies and treats they had! Super cute, all the treats you can think of, and they also have puppy gelato, which my dog absolutely loved! If you haven’t gone yet, I recommend you stop by with your furry friend! 🐾

Not a happy client, called within 24hrs to reschedule because there would be no charge according to their wavier and they rescheduled me for 3 days later and said it wasn’t free when we got there since they didn’t have availability within 24hrs…like what ? Now my dog looks like complete trash and I notified them he was going to have photos done and it’s just really unfortunate that they can’t get it together. Can anyone suggest a better company to get my dog groomed ?

Loved this place until my last visit on 8/3/23. My poor little Yorkie was shaved because he was old and the groomer said he was a liability. The lady that groomed him there before was wonderful and did excellent. I feel this lady just didn't want to take the time with him.

They always do great with my dogs! I have short haired babies so they usually get a bath, and/or a nail trim/grind. I love that they treat my pit bull well! The girls are always polite and help me with any questions that I have.

Lily did an awesome job with our little miniature Schnauzer. Smokey was vey happy with his grooming and looked great. Definitely would recommend and will be returning. Have also purchased dog treats from the place and Smokey loves them. Thanks Lily, Smokey will be back to see ya.

Had a 12.30pm appointment with gabby. I walked in to check bandit in and was informed the groomer left. No call no nothing. Never had a problem til today. Guess it's time to find another groomer. Waited a whole 4 weeks for his summer cut. Never again. Highly disappointed.

I had appointment for 1030 am . Got my girl back at 230 pm. Went to pet her had white film on my hands. And she was wet and smelled like a wet rag. She was not groomed well at all. The groomer complained that she would not stay standing for long. Was upset as my baby is about to be 11 . I should of followed my girl instinct she was trying to leave when got there. I've taken her before and she was happy to see the previous staff. Now I'm out 85.00 and my baby smells

In town from Dallas TX visiting my family. Came here to pick up more treats for my American Bully. They had the no hide treats that I needed! Paige was very welcoming to myself & my baby girl. She shared a lot of suggestions & helped me on deciding what treats & chews would be great for my dog. As well as sharing things with me about a few products that I didn’t know about. Outside of her very warm welcome & customer service, the store was very nice & stocked with all that your dog may need. Very happy with this store & I highly recommend. Will be going back during my stay.

We come here for grooming. They do a good job and we trust them. Only complaint I have would be trying to schedule with them. I typically call and no one answers. I wish they had a online way to schedule to make it easier, but this won't stop me from coming back.

Their grooming service is fantastic and I will definitely be returning for another for my lab! I was nervous because he’s generally scared of strangers but they told me that he did amazing and was very cooperative. They clearly know how to handle dogs here.

I'm extremely happy we decided to switch groomers to Woof Gang. Britney Mack takes such good care of my furbaby. My furbaby, Malia, ALWAYS looks so great. At the groomers I used before Malia would be there for 4-5 hours sometimes I would have to call them asking them if Malia was ready. At Woof Gang they keep you updated they call me 15 minutes before she's done and Malia is never there for that many hours. Malia receives one on one care and attention which puts me at ease when I drop her off for appointments. Not to forget to mention Malia also love their homemade doggie treats. I highly recommend Woof Gang especially Britney Mack as a groomer.

I’ve been here many times to get my dogs nails done, bring my moms dogs for their grooming and more! Every time I go there I have a great experience. I have 4 dogs and 3 of them get scared going to the groomers. The staff there always makes sure to give the dogs love and make them feel more comfortable before taking them back! They will always have my business!

Britney has been grooming our Maltese, Buddy, for at least 2 years and it has been great! Britney makes him look so handsome every single time!! She is very knowledgeable and always stays up-to-date on all the latest grooming techniques. I would recommend her over and over for your pet's grooming needs!! We’ve lived here since 2004 and I have been to several groomers. Some of them have left with no warning at all which is pretty sad. Then along came Britney! I can only think of one other Groomer over the years who was as good as she is and who cared about our dogs as much as we do. She goes overboard to please us and the dogs love her.She’s patient with a wiggly Shizu’s And we have a very timid miniature dachshund that she cares for also. When the dogs come home they are never uptight as they have been after being at other groomers. That says something in and of itself! I would recommend her any day of the week! She’s absolutely wonderful, and we are thrilled to have found her! Thank you very much Britney and Woofgang bakery!

When I adopted my furry baby he was in bad shape but I saw potential. I brought him to Woof Gang and the lady that helped me was super friendly and loving to my dog. I didn't hesitate to get him groomed there and I must say they did an amazing job transforming him. Each time I've gone in the staff has been super friendly, helpful, and loving to my dog. His grooming is always done in no time and my dog loves coming here as well. I've also had a staff there walk me through the different treats they sell and my dog LOVED the treats she recommended. This place is amazing and I highly recommend it!

Britney was amazing with Bailee over the last two visits. She gave her a really good groom at the beginning of June with dremel add on and she looked amazing. She again has to bath her two weeks later due to my pup rolling in poop 🙄 and she got her in last minute, which I so appreciated. The groom was well overdue and Britney took so much care to get the tangles and mats out! She cares for my pup as much as I do and takes the time to do a thorough job! She also knows how to properly cut Doodles, which was super important! Thank you for taking good care of my baby Britney!!

I’ve gone to Woof Gang a few times with my two Pomeranians and pit bull. The Poms always look great after and they don’t get stressed going there! My pit bull just has his nails trimmed but he is scared of everything. Loa does a fantastic job with him and she’s so calm. I really appreciate her patience with my scaredy cat!

Tess did a great job with Rollo! He loves coming here and he’s never been excited to go to the groomer before. We’re also very pleased with the quality of grooming! Its definitely worth coming here if you thinking about it.

***Updated***Feb. 2017Despite the bad reviews on Google, I decided to go today to get my fur baby his birthday cake from here. All the reviews were 9+ months old so I didn't think the reviews were going to be too accurate.Mentioned in some of the reviews, I was a bit worried about customer service. But soon as we walked in, although the cashier was with another customer, she still greeted us. Even during checkout she was very friendly and not at all showed any bad customer service.Prices on the baked items at which I was there for, was a bit expensive. Anytime you're buying anything like that, in my mind, is expected to be a bit expensive. It wasn't outrageously expensive that I would definitely go back for special occasions and get some more for my puppies.I cannot say from personal experience about the grooming but while I was in there, there was a lady with a Yorkie that seemed to be a regular. I don't think anyone would bring their dog back to a place that has fleas or treat their dog poorly.If you've read all the bad reviews on here and think twice about this place, go on Facebook and read their reviews too!*****************************************Nov. 2017My husband and I went for the second time today and unfortunately I’ve had to edit my review.. The lady at the counter was very very rude. She seemed to be the owner. She didn’t greet us or anything and when my husband tried to give back the pen after signing, she didn’t say a single thing and just waved her hand to “signal” him that she didn’t want it. Definitely not a way to run a business.
