Amazing service We got a beautiful Pomeranian today and everyone was so helpful! Super nice staff and even helped me bring her to the car since my hands were full. They explained all of her vet care and history perfectly. We walked in just sight seeing and ended leaving with an extra addition to the family 💕

Purchased my new puppy at Pet Warehouse. The lady that helped me pick him out was very sweet and patient. I had my eyes set on one already but I wanted to see several of them and check out their temperament and personality. I picked the one I had wanted because I was pleasantly surprised he was so sweet and calm. Love all the accessories they have readily available too. Went to other stores to find more stuff for him since he’s tiny, but Pet warehouse definitely had more sizes and options available. I am so in love with him!! Thank you for helping me find a lifelong friend💖

The puppies come from puppy mills, like The Puppy Place- I advise against buying dogs.The workers are kind and respectful, you can tell most of them love their job.They have many different kinds of animals from bearded dragon babies to lobsters to bunnies, and they all seem cared for!

TAMARA (I hope I spelled that correctly.) Should own this store. She is always on her feet and such a kind soul for the animals. She takes care of them as if they were hers. She is very knowledgeable on reptiles & other animals. She takes her time with you and as a manager it’s awesome to see someone so passionate about their job. The women at the front are always very kind. Love coming here and seeing the animals. Good selection, and if they’re running low they will get it in that week.

It's a nice pet store for your pet needs like chew toys, bedding, food, and treats for all kinds of pets from mammals to reptiles. However, the pets are all sad looking and in small cages, which I understand is not directly the stores fault, but someone please buy these poor animals! Also, they had a super adorable and sweet cat!! Would buy her if it was allowed in our housing.

So in love with our new addition to the family, we went into The Pet Warehouse with no intent leaving with a new puppy but when we saw they had a dachshund, a dog I could only dream of having, we just had to have a meet and greet with him and once we got to play with him, we were hooked and we just had to have him, the purchase of our new puppy was a quick and easy process, the employee that helped us was wonderful. Pet Warehouse is an amazing pet store!! Let me start by saying that I have been purchasing pets from them since 2005, and it has been a great experience every time!! Delightful as always. They had some new ferrets in and they were definitely a little on the naughty side, but it's to be expected with all the handling they get. The gal who worked with my daughter to help her with her beardy was awesome. Full of knowledge and the patience of a Saint.My entire family shops with pet warehouse, even my son is on a first name basis. He's the frozen fish dude! 😆😆 They uphold their guarantee!

Received our new fur addition to the family the other day! After losing one of our babies of 12 years we were very delicate in the process of choosing a new family member. They answered all our questions and allowed us multiple visits to make sure our new puppy was the perfect fit to our family. Paperwork was easy and we were home quickly with our sweet baby.

I stopped in yesterday to check on a therapy puppy for niece who suffered a dog bite attack last year. The Pet Warehouse staff was super understanding, and worked with me to recommend what turned out to be the perfect fit for her! They truly care for the animals and people they deal with. I have been going to this establishment for 22 years and I absolutely love it. You can tell they do what they can for the animals with what they have. I have bought a lot of pets from them and I have not had a problem. With the occasional worms, but that can be treated.Taking responsibility for an animal is just like taking care of child. Things happen.Thank you Pet Warehouse for all my 4 legged family members!

I am very fond of local pet stores. The fish selection is superior to chain stores, and the health and wellbeing of the fish stock seems to be better as well. They have a pretty great selection of reptiles - and terrestrial invertebrates, and their supplies. This store also sells puppies and kittens, which I am not extremely fond of considering the overbreeding and homeless pet situation that is plaguing our society constantly. Overflowing shelters because of irresponsible pet owners and breeders. I do hope that the breeders that they source from are properly vetted and have healthy pets. Regardless, I do find it unnecessary in this day and age. And I'm sure there is plenty of demand for these pets, so I understand why they continue to sell them. However - clearly displayed documentation and information about the breeders and practices would be greatly appreciated. I do not want to support puppy or kitten mills.

Spent about $400 on fish here for my 70 gal tank. I’ve had fish all my life and am completely aware on how to take care of them, the several fish were acclimated properly, as well as ph and nitrate testing the tank before insertion. In 2 days time the fish died. Come to find out, 4 of the fish from separate tanks had parisites resulting in neuro issues and death. Please if you want fish (even feeders) go to the fish cave. This is unacceptable.

My wife and I stopped in last Monday to look at the puppies as we were looking into either getting a Golden Retriever or a Beagle, I’ve been a long time Beagle Lover but as to our current situation we decided to go with a Golden Retriever and let me tell you the employee we talked with, I wish I could remember her name, was so knowledgeable and helpful when getting our beautiful puppy. She really helped us out in every aspect of being prepared for our new family member to come home and so far it has been wonderful as our pup is in absolute perfect health and is also very smart. This store is absolutely amazing in every aspect and I would recommend if you’re looking for a pure breed dog this is the place to go. Thank you so much.

I bought Snow, "WASABI," earlier this evening. She had the most spicy personality to those that interacted with her at the store. Since being home she's become the sweetest puppy.Retail is ruff.Thank you Pet Warehouse for making my family feel even more complete.Astro, our 2 1/2 year old is also from Pet Warehouse in 2020.

If I could give a place zero stars we would! Me and my boyfriend got a baby bunny from here, when we brought her home we noticed she wasn’t eating. The next day she was having diarrhea. We thought maybe she was just a little nervous and if she didn’t get better by the next day take her to the vet . We didn’t get a chance to because within a couple of hours she had a seizure and died. Heartbroken we buried our baby. Then we came back the next day to ask for a refund for selling us a sick animal. The lady told us we could not get a refund because we needed to bring the dead body as evidence we didn’t kill it on purpose to get our money. It was absolutely disgusting. We told her how horrible that was and we weren’t doing that and they called the cops on us and we are now banned from pet warehouse. And it’s not just bunnies, if you look carefully there are so many reviews where small animals, cats, EVEN DOGS, are sold sick and from puppy mills. This place only wants your money and does not care abt their customers. I wish I would have read the reviews to save us money and our grief!!

I bought all three of my dogs from this store and all of them are healthy, spunky, and pure bred and true to listing. I have two chihuahuas and a mini weenie that I purchased in 2010, 2012, and 2020. They were healthy initially upon their first vet visit and their papers came in the mail (a few weeks later from day of purchase). My one tiny chihuahua has allergies but that’s the extent of any health issue and this is especially common in tiny dogs. Based on my personal experiences I would recommend this store to anyone who wants a pure bred healthy K-9 from a reputable national breeder.

Stopped in the other day to look at some animals with my kids for fun. I just wanted to leave a review and say I have been to TONS of pet stores and this is by far the best one as far as caring for reptiles. They all looked happy, clean, & none of them had red lights (thank goodness). It’s nice to see a shop that knows how to care for reptiles!

Please do not buy a puppy from here!!! We bought a female corgi from here and she had nothing but health issues from the start!! 😔 she had incontinence ever since we brought her home and couldn't hold urine, and also kept getting eye ulcers, to which we found out from the vet that she had a genetic condition she was born with that caused her eyes to not produce her own tears and could eventually end up permanently blind. We were having to keep artificial tears in her eyes to prevent more ulcers. She just passed away 2 weeks ago from a STROKE. The vet couldnt really give us any answers as to why, except for she was just a sick dog. We were only blessed to have a year with her, and meanwhile she struggled the whole time 😔
