I come here everyday. They know my order by heart. No matter how cold it is. I’m there. These young ladies this year are absolutely exceptional. And if something goes wrong they fix it. In an instant ! I love this place!

I would compare Pelicans Snoballs to Aunt Stellas Snow Cones (iconic version in Texas). There are many flavors to choose from. The ice is very fine. They have many themed cones to choose. The employees are very nice and the prices are good. The cup sizes are good as well. They also have a $30 Snoball dollars for $20, which I thought was a great idea. There is also an activity area with picnic tables and games for kids young and old. I would definitely recommend this place.

Cute. Yummy and better than snow cones because the ice is finer. Flavors were very good. Colors were bright and pretty. Service was good enough. If not for the rain, we'd have sat with the kids in the enclosed area. Prices decent. We are glad we went. Hope to go again. 🍦 🍨 Local school colors flavors too! G0 Northside! 🦁

So many flavors and options, and they even sometimes do holiday themed ones! Their tigers blood is so good, and so are all the other things we’ve tried there. I got their Easter themed snowcone and it was super cute and yummy. I believe they normally have an area for seating and for children to play, but I think it’s closed due to covid. Super cute and yummy place and great prices! My husband and I love coming here and we will definitely be back.

Who doesn't like snow cones? Place was awesome. However upon opening they need to also open play area. Open umbrellas and wash tables. We arrived and all umbrellas were closed and tables were filthy and soaked. This is part of opening. I should not have to spend my first 10 mins there cleaning and getting table situated.

Huge selection of flavors to choose from and super friendly service. Got the regular snowball with cantaloupe and fuzzy monkey and was not disappointed. Definitely bringing the kids here next day off from school.

It was a blistering hot day and we had had a long one so we decided to stop when we saw this. I had seen it in town multiple times but we never stopped because I'm really not a snow cone person. We took a chance and stopped and I am so glad we did. This is not a snow cone place. It's not an icee place either. This is a combination of the two best parts of both. You get an overflowing cup with yummy shaved ice in one of the 100+ flavors that they offer! The ladies that work behind the counter are all smiling, friendly, and they give you enough syrup to last. There was a decently long line, but they moved it through quickly and their smiles never faltered. I highly recommend. My son had the cotton candy and he said it was the best stuff he'd ever eaten; it tasted exactly like cotton candy. I had the margarita and it was as close as you can get to a margarita while you're driving!

I use to love this place but not anymore I’m not really sure what happened but for a few times now it’s been a hit and miss. Anyways I went today with my husband and my puppies and it was just awful I had a lot of syrup and very little ice needless to say I won’t be coming back.

Today was opening day! I was super excited when my husband informed me they were open. They never let you down with their yummy flavors! This year it seems like they added local flavors as well! I got the superhero, my husband got the Jacksonville Cardinal, my son got the Dinosaur, and my daughter got the Unicorn.

We love Pelican's! There are SO many flavors, and a kiddie cup is plenty. If you want a huge serving, there are definitely options. They also have a good selection of sugar free flavors, which I appreciate.

Great place for the time they are open! Each location does have different seasonal hours but in the fall they have awesome seasonal flavors! My house is eggnog crazy! And this is the first place to have it in a specialty drink. I called ahead this year to make sure these locations were open the same as the ones in Georgia and check on the eggnog, the owner had this location mix up a batch to make sure they had it when we came round. 10/10 most responsive and customer oriented business I've been to in a long time.

Great place! I love going and getting snow cones from here. My favorite flavor has to be butterfly kisses, even though I'm an adult it still taste great and very sweet. Eventually I'll do the 100 flavor challenge!The only thing that's kind of annoying is the parking lot and I almost slipped when walking down the steps, so be careful when it rains.

This place is awesome. I've been there a bunch with my three children. Decent pricing. Quick service. My order is always correct, and the staff is always friendly. Plus, there's a little playing/sitting area for families and pet to enjoy which is really cool. Highly recommend.

I brought my foster puppy for a doggy friendly snow cone, and she absolutely loved it. I appreciate that even for a doggy snow cone, you have an option as to what flavor you would like; for $1 it was an awesome deal.The woman working behind the counter was helpful and really kind. The sitting area was also really cute, and I thought the CornHole game was a nice touch too!The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because my personal snow cone, along with my friend’s, did not have an ideal ice to flavoring ratio; we were left with about a quarter of our cups filled with syrup. But in that same breath, I used a “Buy One Get One” coupon, so instead of $4 each, we both only paid $2, so for $2 it wasn’t that big of an issue.Besides that, it was a nice way to spend a couple hours and I will definitely return!

It's amazing! Tons of flavors, and they offer doggies a treat too! Kid friendly and dog friendly. There's a fenced in play yard with huge games for all ages, and sitting areas. Wonderful treat for date night or family fun!

I love this place and can't drive by it without stopping in to try a different flavor snowball. The staff was very friendly and awesome at helping me pick from over 100 flavors. I just got the strawberry cheesecake one with ice cream and it was amazing. I would tell anyone to stop by there and pick you up one anytime you pass by there.I want to say thank you to the staff. You all are great!

It was a nice treat, lots of flavors as expected. They weren't overly sweet and was refeshing on a hot day, I recommend it. The seating here is very limited and it seems to be always crowded. I would advise against bringing high-energy or excitable dogs here even though dogs are welcomed, it is close to a busy road and lots of unpredictable children running around and sometimes unpredictable dogs too. They have a fenced in area with some games for kids but there are steps and concrete edges so kids should be cautioned when playing.

My family really enjoys this place! I definitely recommend it. The butterfly kiss kind is my favorite! They give cute gummies on select kinds & have a little play area for you & your kids. If its crowded, it takes a while to get your order, but its worth it.

Top notch quality. Bring your date, spouse, kids, family, everyone. We were surprised how large they are for the value. Delicious options plus you can make your own concoction from a HUGE list of flavors. Quick and friendly, these people do it RIGHT!Nothing beats a cold treat on a hot day especially after the beach or when you get rained out. YOU'RE MISSING OUT IF YOU HAVENT BEEN HERE.

Pelicans is a great place. Their SnoBalls are always great tasting and the quality is awesome. Staff are always friendly and the kids love the play yard they have on site. Spent more than one afternoon hanging out during the summer playing oversized Jenga with with the family. If you like sour definitely try out the reaper!

It was damn near 90° out and when we got there, here was a bit of a line however, the line went fairly quickly. It was our 1st time there (only been open for about a month or so), the service was quick, servers were pleasant, Snowballs were Very good (much better than a Snow cone) the availability of 100 flavors were amazing and the 2 snow balls we purchased were fairly priced and flavor was plentiful throughout the whole cup...

I loved pelicans in Florence SC, I love pelicans here. Very friendly staff that were absolutely lovely towards my kids. Could use some new toys in the seating area but I understand it's not a focus. 😊 I look forward to visiting again.
