This is by far my favorite tobacconist in the area and I visit them quite frequently for all of my cigar needs. Their inventory is quite impressive with regular restocking, new arrivals each week or so, and exciting events each month. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful whether you're a beginner or an experienced smoker. I haven't been able to smoke in their lounge because I'm currently enrolled in college, but after graduation I look forward to sitting down and enjoying their cigars and company in the lounge.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great selection, and competitive prices. Their lounge is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a smoke. It's so nice to be able to try a new cigar without having to purchase an entire box.

Nice. Oddly none of their sticks said Market Price. LolYou guys are great. I was at a cigar bar in Charleston that literally had Market Price as a sticker on their boxes. Meaning they raised or lowered the price of the stick depending on the night. ;).

Phenomenal customer service experience! I purchased cigars from their website but then they called and said they didn’t have them so they refunded the money and said they would call if they got them. Nearly two months later they called me and said the cigars will be here in a couple days we wanted to give you the first opportunity and I bought them. Never did I think they would actually call me. So impressed.

Had an issue with item I ordered going out of stock right before I ordered it. Godfather Cigars was very communicative in this and told me I could have a refund or that it should be in in the next week. I waited the week and am glad I did. They rush delivered the box to me and I received it a day and a half later from NC all the way to WA state. Thank you so much I will be doing business with you in the future

Amazing humidor selection, great prices and a beautiful lounge. Throw in the knowledgeable and friendly staff and you have an incredible experience. We were in town from central Ohio (to see our Marine) we always check out the local cigar lounge, this is by far one of the cleanest and classiest lounges we have visited. A must see for anyone traveling through the area.

I don't normally write reviews, but I couldn't pass up this opportunity. I was In Jacksonville NC on business, and as I normally do, I looked for a cigar lounge. I found Godfather's cigar shop and I'm so glad I did. When I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman who really made me feel welcomed. As I was looking through the humidor he said could he be of assistance and he seemed knowledgeable about cigars. After buying a box of Perdomo and several other loose cigars , I entered the smoking lounge to relax and enjoy a good cigar. I was was warmly greeted by five other customers enjoying their cigars. They introduced themselves and made me feel right at home. My business takes me all over the Unites States, and Godfather cigars is one of the finest lounges I've been in.

Couldn't find Deadwood cigars, and was able to find Sweet Janes here after searching at other stores. The staff was super helpful and accommodating, and taught me some things I didn't know about cigars. They even have a lounge, and do special events.

Definitely impressive. The store had a huge selection of cigars, reasonable prices, and most importantly very friendly/helpful staff. Rodney is a great guy. If you're looking for fine tobacco don't waste your time with all the other shops that claim to sell cigars when it's basically just a vape shop that sells black and milds too. The store also has a lot to choose from as far as humidors and accessories go. Would absolutely recommend.

Great selection of sticks. Even when they tell you they are low on inventory they have tons to pick out from. They seem to always have some weekly deal worth trying. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they don't stand around and watch you as you pick or look around, they offer some help or answer questions and let you be. Lounge is never stuffy even though it is on the smaller side, great place to sit and relax with a good smoke.

A true cigar and pipe establishment. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and can direct you to a cigar in their well stocked humidor. The selection is the best I’ve found within 50 miles . Walking into the lounge has a feeling of tranquility and the patrons are very friendly. If you need a cigar cutter, lighter or ashtray there is a large collection to choose from. With more than 2 dozen varieties of pipe tobacco to chose from ,the staff can also direct you to something you would like.

Best cigar shop in the area. They have a huge walk in humidor with a fantastic selection. Their prices match or beat online prices. Additionally, they routinely have awesome events where items are priced to sell and you can pick up great deals. They also have a nice indoor smoking lounge. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and polite. Wether your a regular smoker or a once in a while type, head on over and they’ll take great care of you.

I've been to many cigar shops, in multiple states, and Godfather Cigars ranks in my top 5. They have a clean shop, a friendly environment, knowledgeable in the cigars the sell, and everyone there is happy.I've only been there once, but I can promise you I'll be making the hour drive to be back here again on a regular basis. These guys know their stuff when it comes to cigars. Go in, be amazed, enjoy a smoke in their smoke den, you won't regret it.PS They're service dog friendly! Kudos!

This is a great cigar shop with a very well stocked walk-in humidor. Rodney and Kate are both very knowledgeable and friendly. They both know what cigar I like, but are always quick to suggest something new. The smoking lounge is very clean with a nice TV.

The owner is a very nice man who doesn't hesitate to have a conversation with his customers and while at this shop, you are treated like family. Rodney was awesome. This is a great shop with a one of a kind local feel. Rodney was patient and very knowledgeable in helping me pick out a new cigar. Their humidor is probably 35 feet deep and stocked from floor to ceiling. I will be back.

Great shop. Has very helpful staff and a great lounge. Usually a few people to have a conversation with if you stay and smoke one, and plenty of help if you’re grabbing a few to go.
