Friendly & helpful sales associates. I always find something I want or need. They have many gift ideas for everyone in the family. With many savings galore and earn a $5 coupon towards your purchase. There are a variety of beauty products, kitchenware, mens, womens and childrens clothing, accessories. They offer an appliances for a store credit card, also. This store is always clean and it offers public restrooms. Although, my last shopping trip was disappointing. I went in to return or exchange something. The.new item was the exact same price as my previous purchase a couple days before. They credited my card then rang up my item. The associate said I owed money because the original item they used my coupon on my account. But the new purchase I could not use the coupon again. It also takes up to 48 hours for a credit to be applied to my bank account. It was embarrassing. I was very disappointed in the whole experience of this transaction. The assistant didn't fix the issue either. The process made absolutely no sense to me whatsoever.

Quite honestly, this place is virtually indistinguishable from when it was named Berks outlet. They're generally seems to be similar merchandise, and even some of the same staff. The name change was simply every branding as I understand it. However, the store is quite clean, staff is friendly, and they have a decent selection of merchandise. Of merchandise. However, the selection isn't overwhelming by any means. It's all right. Nothing to write home about. Not a bad place to browse around when you're looking for clothing and some household items. Just don't expect too much. Prices are okay. That's all I can say about that. About average if slightly below average on some stuff. As with almost every retail store, some stuff is a little cheaper. Some is average and some is higher! Shop around. However, it's worth taking a look here to see if they have what you need and are looking for.

As a mostly online shopper, I was blown away when I entered the Bealls Outlet store in Jacksonville yesterday! It was organized, well stocked, clean, and staffed by a superb customer service team. I was treated especially well by associate Barbara in both of my interactions with her. She was kind, warm, bubbly, and helpful. Had I been a secret shopper, she would have checked all the boxes and aced that evaluation!I will continue to shop with Bealls online as I have done before, but now I have an additional excuse to come into the Jacksonville area. What a great store, with terrific selections and even better prices!

Went to pay my wife's bill here because she has been in hospital paid it for her the month before & took the billing statement her check & her ID because she's having mobility issues. Went to do same thing today was told I needed her card Went to car got her burkes card her license & check was told by clerk that I needed her checking account info it was on check. People are extremely rude & incompetent bNever had so much problem paying a bill I will never shop here

Affordable and unique with outlet prices. Comparable to a Ross or Marshalls in layout, products, and pricing. Plenty of parking. Staff are always welcoming and helpful, and checkout is fairly quick too! We visit throughout the year to stock up on holiday gifts for the family!

One heck of a store. I went in and got $300 worth of items.. when they rang me up I owed $126 abd some change. I saved so much I didn't want to leave. Lol.. great store really can't wait till tomorrow. My daughter is taking me again.

The prices are great . ALL the employees where at the registars even tho there was only 5 people in the whole store . So good luck with help . Then I spent over a $100 and cashier looked at me weird when I didnt want glass object & shampoo in same bag as clothes . With second bag still didnt attempt to wrap glass object . Cashier made remark "the other yes button bc their screen is so scratched you can barely read words on it . It was still rude .

Used to love this place and shop here often, then the one day my daughter went in alone with a friend while her dad sat in the car, they were racially profiled, stalked and followed through the store by an old white lady. Everything they touched she had to go make sure they didn't steal anything. When they were checking out my daughters friend had 2 20 dollar bills in her hand, their total was about $20 or so they lady made a comment like "do you even have that much" RUDE OLD.....Never had an issue when my daughter is with me. Talked with the store manager she wasn't helpful at all.. Tried to justify this lady's actions. When asked why the lady was following/stalking them and she told me that "they like to engage with their customers" UM that's not how you engage with your customers smh. Still haven't heard from corporate regarding this issue, besides a generic email and another saying they would contact me, they wouldn't even give me the lady's name.

I find a lot of good deals in this store. It is hit or miss sometimes. Best when they get new shipments in for best selections. Great place to Christmas shop, birthday shop. I found my bathroom mirrors here. Baby clothes and maternity clothes are good selections at good prices too.

This is a place you simply must visit often as the inventory comes and goes as quick as blink! Simply have loved everything I purchased and have never returned anything. Great prices. Bought a Kenneth Cole purse for $19 and it's a current style. Couldn't believe the price and checked it over thoroughly with no defects. Plus, you earn points for buying towards money off.
