This was our first experience at this ranch. Two days before, we very suddenly had to put down one of our dogs. We had no idea he was even sick and our hearts were seemingly ripped from our chests. My husband and I are so glad we still went. Everyone at the ranch was so sweet and being with the Alpacas, feeding them, petting them etc. was something I think our family needed. We will definitely be back and we want to thank every one at the ranch for being so wonderful. Your ranch did more than you could know that day. ❤️

This place is such a cool, family-friendly destination to spend the morning. Not only do you learn about alpacas, but you get to go into the pen and feed them and pet them. Mike and Shelly are wonderful! Highly recommend! 10/10

What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon! We went for a tour and it was great! The owners were wonderful and very informative. We got to spend plenty of time loving on and feeding the alpaca. This place is a gem. Go check them out!

If you’re visiting the Charlotte area, the Good Karma Ranch is a must stop for all ages (autism friendly)! It’s about 20 minutes from Huntersville and offers one hour tours of the farm (among other fun events). You’re able to get up close with the alpacas and take photos and pet them! The owners were very nice and informative. They also have a little shop on site to buy souvenirs and a port-o-pot on site as well. You can check out their events and availability on the website. We’ve done the tour and participated in a food/toiletries drive they were having for a local school. All around a great experience and a fun stop!

This place is a must visit for just yourself or if you have little ones! We had such a wonderful time feeding, petting and learning about alpacas. They also have alpaca yoga! Great place to visit!!!

Cute ranch with cute animals . Totally worth it! The ticket is $13, the tour started at 10am, there were around 15 people. The host was very friendly and the tour was informative, it lasted about an hour.

Obsessed with this farm. Shelly is so sweet and so informative about alpacas. We had an hour tour and had the best time ever. I learned so much about alpacas and had the best time petting them all! We will be back many many more times.

What a wonderful experience. Our Good Karma private tour was educational, interactive, fun and memorable. These animals are amazing. The alpacas are so loved and super spoiled. =) I love that. We have plans to go back and do another tour with friends and family.Thank you!

I have been here for alpaca yoga about five times over the past couple of years, always with a different combination of friends and family. It's so much fun for everybody every time! The farm is beautiful, the alpacas are hilarious, and the owner is very nice.

Good Karma Ranch is awesome! My fiancée and I have been to three Alpaca farms and this one is by far the best.We got a great tour and then we fed and pet the alpacas! They actually let you in with them and give you plenty of time to pet the alpacas.We had a really fantastic time and plan to come back!

This ranch needs to be on your places to visit list. You need to schedule ahead of time because it’s a tour they take you on. We visited last summer and loved it so much we plan on going again!The owners give you great information about their farm and explain what they do with the Alpacas. They also have a Llama and goats. Our son is usually scared of animals but he loved petting the alpacas. There is a cute little gift shop and they also offer yoga classes with the animals!

I have been on two farm tours at Good Karma Ranch and both times were so much fun and unforgettable. The tour gives you so much interesting information about alpacas. But the best part is the feeding time! The alpacas are so friendly and very calm. The two babies that were there were just so precious. I loved the Good Karma Ranch and can’t wait to return.

I visited Good Karma Ranch with three of my good friends and we had a peaceful and beautiful experience. The yoga instructor was incredible and the Alpacas were one in a life time experience. I highly recommend this place. The owners were super nice and make you feel that you are at home. Thank you. 😊

We went on a farm tour of the Good Karma Ranch and had a fantastic time! Would recommend to anyone. Good for all ages. Will definitely return in the future and buy more products. Next time hoping to try out Alpaca yoga!

Went to the Mother’s Day experience at the farm and it was the most lovely experience! They went above and beyond to make the afternoon special for those in attendance with mimosas and food. My daughter loves “llamas” and had a blast interacting with the sweet animals. A truly wonderful experience and we will absolutely be back!

The most enjoyable alpaca experience thus far!I’ve stumbled into this trend of going to see alpacas at least once a year for the past 3 years and will try to keep this going.Instead of trying to look for a new alpaca farm each time, GKR is where it’s at and I can see myself returning year after year as long as possible.Now I am not a full fledged alpaca farm connoisseur, but GKR is HANDS DOWN the best alpaca farm I’ve been to so far.Location? CHECK. It’s almost 3 hours away from me but is close to Charlotte so it’s a pit stop on the way to IKEA.Accessibility? CHECK. Not super remote to make you worry about getting there like some other places I’ve been to.Ticket Price? CHECK CHECK CHECK. The owners are super nice and we even got plenty of feed for the alpacas and GOT TO GO INSIDE and be with them.Did I mention we GOT TO GO INSIDE? The previous farms I’ve been to had the alpacas fenced, and it would’ve been problematic if I climbed over the fence.First farm we went to, we’d just watch the alpacas and they weren’t that interested in people and just wanted to nap. Understandable. I don’t blame them. Mental health and self care are important. You do you.Second time we went to another farm, I got to pet one alpaca that came up to me. Then I got to feed two alpacas. It was pretty awesome but that was it.Third time, at GKR, I got MY FIX and got to pet and feed SOOOO MANY of them! We were welcomed inside and I was WITH the alpacas. I WAS an alpaca. My soul was refreshed. That was very much needed considering everything that’s going on in the world.Jokes aside, their fur is SO soft and they’re soooo cute and adorable. We also got to learn a few facts about alpacas that I haven’t heard before. Like the fact that the gestational period takes forever, which is why they’re even more precious.TLDR: just go to the Good Karma Ranch. It’s a fun experience and you get to literally be surrounded by soft, cute alpacas. It’s great!

We had a great time visiting the alpacas! The tour gave a thorough overview of the alpaca raising process, and we enjoyed feeding the animals. The alpacas are friendly and pretty chill compared to other farms I've visited, so it's great for people who aren't super comfortable around animals like I am.

Do yourself a favor and pay a visit to the Good Karma Ranch! My wife and i went yesterday and had an incredible time. We have been to Alpaca farms before but were really blown away by Good Karma, we learned so much about Alpacas that we didn't know! The 2 people that own the ranch are very kind and informative, we highly recommend this place and cant wait to go back!

What a fun adventure! The private tour is totally the way to go. You can learn a bunch of alpaca history (who even knew how interesting it is) + get to touch + pet over 25 alpacas. The store is super cute and a perfect place to bring home a memory or two.

The tour was very informational and my boyfriend and I learned a lot! At the end, you get to hand feed the alpacas, which was a very hands on experinece. On the farm they also have a little shop where a lot of alpaca wool goods are sold. Overall, the tour was just the perfect length and was very engaging! 10/10 would go again!

I love visiting Good Karma Ranch and being around all the sweet alpacas. You really learn a lot about alpacas when you take the tour which makes it even more interesting. I've been twice and now that you can pet the goats, I plan on going back to visit both! Something about the alpacas' sweet disposition is so calming and sweet. Go visit and bring a friend or three!

I visited the ranch with friends for a Charcuterie night. We all had such a great time. The food and drinks were more than expected but the best part was the alpacas. Enjoyed feeding them, petting them and watchimg them play. I can't wait to go again

I was apart of the yoga experience at the farm and had weather delays which caused our class to be rescheduled. Mike and Shelly were awesome at helping me find a date that worked for my availability! I'd highly recommend going to their farm it's an amazing experience. 🙂

This place is amazing and the host is very sweet. And OMG the alpacas are adorable!!We took a 50 minute tour of the farm and ended up petting these friendly creatures. Definitely coming back again :)
