Staff was super friendly and helped us with an additional stall as we have 2 med-large breed dogs. They helped in every facet, and the place is well priced. We would suggest having a variety of shampoos, as we only had one option, but that's only a suggestion. 2 thumbs up.

After going for a long time. One groomer burned my dog with the blade and the owner kicked us out when I requested a refund. Classy work. They rather keep a bad groomer than a paying client that is loyal

Very unprofessional and rude! Wrong prices posted, when questioned the response was yea?? I was warned by other pet owners NOT to come here! Should he listened. Sarah's Dog gone beautiful is much more friendly and professional. You should go here instead.

Absolutely amazing. It was my first time taking my dog to the groomer, and they were very friendly, patient, and willing to listen. I didn’t expect little man’s bath to be so cheap either; $ 35? That’sIt? Amazing. Plus, they made little man look so cute, and I could tell he felt a lot better!

I brought my 1 year old lab for his first ever grooming and I was nervous because he's a pretty excited dog and sometimes a little bitey. I wish I'd had asked her name but the girl who bathed him was so sweet and she did a great job. I had the deshedding service for him and I am in SHOCK at how much it worked!! I also didn't realize the salon was a pet store, they had a lot of really good products. Great price and really sweet to my crazy boy. They had a little tie on him when I picked him up HAHA! We will be back!!

The location is overall clean, the staff is friendly. The groomers care and listen to your needs and wants. They make sure they have an understanding of what you’re actually looking for out of the cut or trim. They did an outstanding job with my Australian Shepherd who is very hyper active and moves around a lot.

I've been taking my dogs here for years. The grooming work is pretty good usually. No real complaints with the grooming. Sometimes the staff working the front are nice and sometimes they are kind of short with customers, not sure why that is. I'm not there to make friends so who cares. However, their very high prices are the real problem and the reason I'm not taking my dogs back there. The unapologetic, continual price increases are completely out of control and of course there is no warning or explanation of the increases. They will still be sure to ask for a tip! There are plenty of nearby options so it is easy to move on from this place. I will miss the groomers though.

Swagger is great. Ive been taking my Schnauzer there for several years now. Very reasonably priced and the groomers do a great job.The store side of the business is a wonderland of dog treats, food, toys, supplements, fresh baked dog biscuits and other treats. They staff are very knowledgeable on all the Items they sell.

We have taken our cockapoo here several times and have always had a great experience. The groomers are so nice and thorough. They're usually able to get him in same or next week. I also love the bath and blow out options for the fluffy puppy look between cuts!

I have 3 dogs and have tried a few groomers in the past however this place is the best. My dogs always look gorgeous when they are finished. Stacey is by far my favorite groomer and I always book with her. She is professional, timely and extremely skilled. She is so sweet to my dogs and makes them feel comfortable, I have 1 that is very nervous but she does so well with Stacey. The store connected also has pet supplies and really cute accessories.

My beagle baby has itchy skin (to the point where she has to get Cytopoint injections) they do such a good job on her! She comes back soft, clean and not itchy. The pricing is fair and they deal with MY separation anxiety well😄 she was done in a very reasonable amount of time.

First time customer today and this place is great. Sarah did a great job cutting my dogs nails and bathing stations had everything you needed. they even gave me some dog treat pastries!

My dog has been being groomed here since they opened, which has been years. He has special needs and they have always been great to accommodate him until today. His grooming appointment was almost 3 1/2 hours with no call or communication. He was so nervous when I picked him up he had used the bathroom all over himself. I was given a towel to clean him up. Now he will need another bath. The groomers have always done a great job and are nice, but the business has become greedy, scheduling too many dogs at a time. Knowing his needs, they should have communicated with me better, especially for as long as we've been customers. We will not be back or give them any business. If they keep running their business this way, they won't have any customers left.

Nice local business that is very pet friendly. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Prices for grooming are very buget friendly and the bathing products are great for dogs with allergies or sensitive skin. They have options for self service grooming or you can have someone else groom your dog.

We love taking our dogs up to the self wash stations. They are always clean and well stocked. Makes bathing so much easier since they have the raised tubes with sprayers. Clean puppers without having to deal with the mess it creates. We are frequent customers.

It's $14 for a nail trim and the dig washing stations are $18. I take my dog Casper here for a wash and trim and he comes out looking like a new dog.

Do not take your puppies to get groomed here! We even showed them a picture of how my dog gets cut and they totally ruined his hair!! THE WORST!!!! After they kept him for more than 4 hrs he came out with the worst cut of his life!!!! They don't know what they're doing!! I shouldn't have even paid you🤬🤬🤬
