Excellent experience! Called to make appointment and scheduled my puppy same day! 😀 Sara was kind and professional! 😇Puppy’s second time at a groomer, (first time @Sara’s); puppy had her moments, but groomer was patient and caring. Puppy came home just wanting to rest for a moment initially. Then, she was back to herself shortly thereafter. Looking forward to her next appointment in a few weeks! 😅

My sweet, nervous English Springer spaniel, Midas, was groomed at Sara’s today and he love it! His last groomer insisted on sedating him for his grooming as he was so nervous. At Sara’s he was relaxed and happy. He looks so cute and the cute was exactly what I wanted.

I have been bringing my dogs here for years. I have 4 dogs, a boxer, a Yorkie-poo, Chipoo, and Yorkie-Chipoo. They all do an amazing job! Sara offers grooming for other pets as well. The customer service is amazing and the love for animals is obvious. I highly recommend giving Sara a call for your pet grooming needs.

PSA: DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!! LISA NEARLY KILLED OUR FAMILY YORKIE TODAY ON JUNE 9, 2023. She cut her throat/neck with scissors and told us it wasn’t bad and that it didn’t even bleed when we came to pick her up. She cut her so bad, it was a MASSIVE GASH on her neck/throat and you can clearly see signs of dried blood that they attempted to clean off so we wouldn’t see. We took the dog straight to the vet right away because we didn’t trust Lisas judgement of “it’s not bad” and are glad we did. The Vet said Lisa cut her so deep and missed her veins in the neck/throat by centimeters!!! Our pup had to be sedated and taken into surgery right away. The vet was shocked and said that’s one of the worst cuts they’ve ever seen in such a significant area.To top it off Lisa said “just put neosporin on it and she’ll be fine”. We’ve been coming here for over 10 years and WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE. We should’ve known better when we noticed the employee turnover pick up. We almost lost our dog because of LISAS’S carelessness. This place used to be great but it’s changed drastically. If you care about your pets well being, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE and if you do, make sure LISA doesn’t handle your pet or you’re putting your pets life at risk.Don’t fall for them trying to downplay the facts of what happened in their reply to this review. This was a MAJOR SLICE, not a regular nick you get at a groomers once in a while.

Sorry about waiting so long to leave a review, but better to be now than never. We've been coming here for well over 4 years and have never had a bad experience. I'm not sure how they do it but with a hyper Aussie and a rescue Black Lab with a fear of being left alone they always seem to be happy going there and satisfied upon return. Thanks for everything you do!

Took my son's Great Dane to Sara and staff today. They did an amazing job. He smells really good. He is really hyper and hard to handle. The staff was amazing with him. We will definitely be back with him and our other dogs! We highly recommend them.

I called and got an appointment the next morning. The front desk receptionist helped me choose the best services for my dog and was very nice. When I picked up my dog, he was ready to go but not upset and he looked marvelous. Thanks Sara’s we will be back!

We've been taking our two dogs here now for about a year and I'm so happy to have found this place. We've never had any issues and they are attentive to any concerns or instructions for grooming our dogs. I've always been pleased with the results. Plus everyone is so warm and welcoming and polite. You can also tell that they all love the dogs. And they always do their very best to make your dogs feel comfortable and treat them with care that you know the dogs will be ok. I am so glad to see their business growing. I wish them nothing but great success.

I am absolutely blown away by this place. They took so much time and care with my girl Nana. Nana is a Newfoundland and its hard to find a groomer that will do it right and know what they are doing. And man did they!! She looks beautiful, is trimmed perfectly!! The smallest of details were taken care of perfectly. They took their time and even called me saying she was a bit nervous so they were taking it easy with her so they needed more time. That is amazing to me! They weren't trying to just finish and push her out. They were caring for her like she was their own pup.The cost was half of what other places had quoted and charged, and honestly I would have paid double for how amazing they were. I am handicap and they took such special care of coming out to the car to get her and then bringing her back out. They even brought her to go potty before getting her in the car for me.It was amazing, Nana looked and felt amazing, and we have found our furever groomer. I saw the negative reviews on here and was worried but those reviews don't show at all how amazing this place is. They deserve 5 stars.

Both of my Goldens were shedding their summer coats and desperately needing a lot of attention. Sara's Dog Gone Beautiful Pet Salon & Spa was the best find. Not only did they look beautiful, they were so happy when I picked them up.Thank you, Sara & Team for a wonderful experience. I cannot praise you enough. We will be back.

Great service! The spa package is such a great value. It includes the bath, brush, nails, and teeth! Our pup is black so we always add in the de-shed so he stays cooler as well as saves our cleaning time! His nail trims have always been great and they do a better job and gotten them shorter than other places we've used. Would highly recommend.

I recently moved my baby from Sara’s due to convenience and INSTANTLY REGRETTED it. I’m not one to usually publicly post when I am wrong…. But I was terribly wrong. Sara’s is truly the best around and I will never leave again and will drive as long as I have to for my fur baby!!! Thank you Sara’s for taking Abby back regardless of her Mommy’s terrible decision!!!! 💕

I have mixed feelings. There were many great reviews and decided to go for it. I had an appt at 9am, there was only one person working when I walked in, and the gentleman was working with a dog. He left the dog to check us in which took a moment (very nice guy). I was told timeframe was about 4-hrs and should receive a text when my dog was ready for pickup. I thought ok, 1pm sounds good. I did not receive the text till about 3:45pm. Idk if it's common to keep a dog close to 6 hours for grooming, but that is EXCESSIVE. My dog is very skittish/distrustful and we're working on this, I can't imagine him being in a kennel for that length of time. If they were short-staffed, I would've rescheduled and no hard feelings.I sent my brother to pick up our dog. He was told our dog was not ready, by this time it was closer to 4:30. No further digging in to clarify was done till I screenshot and sent proof we received the "pick up" text. Can you imagine being told your dog is not ready when you dropped off at 9am?!In order to speak to anyone, you need to leave a voicemail. It was fairly easy to book an appt and was able to book within desired timeframe. The lady I spoke with originally was very nice. Personally, I would not go back. My dog did smell good after his visit and his coat was soft but not enough to say I'd become a repeat customer.

I brought my Maltipoo to Sara's Dog Gone Beautiful Pet Salon for the first time. I had surgery and was not able to brush her hair for two months. There were tangles in her hair and her nails were getting to long. The groomer was able to get her beautifully brushed, gave her a perfect haircut, and her nails were clipped and smoothed. I picked up my beautiful little girl after about four hours and she did her happy blitz as soon as she was home. I highly recommend this pet salon.

Very happy with my experience with my dog Kobe! Very professional staff and we were welcomed and Sarah made Kobe feel comfortable. This was his first grooming and both of us were a little nervous! Sarah actually did the grooming because Brenda Sue was out sick that day. When I picked him up he looked so beautiful and so well groomed. He was feeling good!! I look forward to his next grooming which is tomorrow at 8am yeah!!

Terrible experience. Would NOT recommend this salon. They injured/cut my dog, which gave him an infection needing 2 weeks of antibiotics to clear it up. Sara didn't even call to check up on him, nor did she offer to pay the costs which were over $200 for the vet visits and meds. And we were long time customers, there for over 2.5 years, spending almost $1,400 over that time. And it wasn't the first time they injured him either. Chalked that one up to an accident which was my mistake. Sara handled this situation very unprofessionally in my opinion and I no longer believe my pups are safe with their groomers.

Clean and friendly. Sara takes her time and was totally helpful with my puppy's first grooming visit. She even recommended a cheaper alternative for his first grooming (a starter pack so my puppy won't be stressed). She could have just went with the more expensive option I had chosen.

These wonderful folks always take great care of Buster & Roxy. With 1 dog that can't wait to visit the staff here and another that would rather gnaw her own foot off than be groomed...the staff never miss a beat! So kind, understanding, and professional. I have had dogs all my life (50 yrs.) and I am very particular and attentive to their grooming needs. I have never had a better experience with a groomer. Sara's place was spotless, clean and a very friendly atmosphere. Becky who was the actual groomer did a fantastic job. I recommend Sara's to anyone who is meticulous about the care and well being of there dog.

This is by far the best pet salon I have ever taken my long haired dachshunds to. They were very professional and did exactly what I wanted them to with the cut. I have never seen my dogs so happy and not stressed out after a grooming visit. Thank you all for doing an AMAZING job ❤️❤️

Reading some comments and I'm like..really...🙄 I have been taking Bella and Leo here for years and Bella is very skiddish with baths because she was severely abused/drowned/beaten when she was a puppy. They take great care of her. When I got Leo, they let me know he had an ear infection and I took him to the vet asap. I got him from a drug addict and Leo was very rough looking....They always know what I want and my dogs smell so fresh and clean! The prices are gonna be a little expensive because they are amazing at their job! Leo has behavior issues and will bite, but they are so professional and know exactly what to do.

I am neutral on this. This is a beautiful pet spa. And reasonably priced. My Bichon got a good grooming. The hardest part for me is getting through on the phone to make an appointment. And your pet will be there for approx 3-4 hours, which is ok if you don't have anything else going on to work around it. I am actually not using this groomer primarily for those two reasons

Our dog Pipper has been going here for over a year now... about every three months she gets a total spa day teeth brushed, nails trimmed/rounded, and a bath! I couldn't be happier with the staff and the care my fur baby receives! Would highly recommend them to anyone!
