I was so nervous about taking my 11 mo old Aussie to the groomers for the 1st time. She is very timid and shy and scares easily. The entire staff was so incredible and friendly. They made her feel so comfortable and calm. They lured her in with treats and let her explore the setting to gain their trust. I didn’t think twice before leaving her there with them. They kept me posted on her progress the entire time I was away which helped put my mind at ease, as well. On top of all that, they did a fabulous job and they’re very knowledgeable. We will definitely be coming back.

took my dog storm here and had such high hopes based on the reviews and even my first impression but the quality of work by cece was disappointing. we had a long consultation when i arrived so i thought storm was in good hands but it looked like she just shaved his body down and called it a day. he’s a lot shorter than i anticipated with no shape to the cut, very patchy, and had random hairs sticking out everywhere that some scissor work could’ve easily fixed. his sanitary area and paw pads were still pretty bushy as well. the groom was rushed and lacked detail. they let me come back and cleaned him up a bit but had an excuse for everything. it felt very passive aggressive and a waste of my time. the place was really cute though, they had play pens instead of kennels and cameras throughout. i think my experience would have been a lot better with a different groomer.

Petbar has done a fantastic job grooming my puppy toy poodle. I’m new to having a dog that requires grooming and they have been so patient in answering my questions, giving recommendations, and taking great care of my puppy. Highly recommend for your washing and grooming needs!

Took my huskey for a bath and. Blow out and this place has top of the line grooming supplies. Highly recommend! Love that I didn’t have to clean up all that. Hair , very nice and helpful staff !

Absolutely love it here! From the front desk staff, to the clean and calming environment - this is the best pet salon I’ve been to. Courtney is absolutely the best groomer ever and gives my boy so much love.It’s surrounded by lots of things and makes it easy to drop the dog off and run some errands. Highly recommend!

I recently signed up for the monthly membership for my German shepherd and golden retriever. The staff is so friendly and awesome! My dogs were cleaned and completely dried when I picked them up. I’m just very impressed and happy. You can’t beat the quality of service! The manager is also very informative and detail oriented which makes me feel so much more comfortable. I would recommend 100%

Kristy at PetBar was so friendly and helpful. I purchased the Self-Service Dog Bath. She showed how to use. I also had me 2 y/o cocker spaniel groomed. All went so well that I drove back the next day 45-minute drive to have my sr dog Groomed. Anna did a fantastic job and had patents with him and those toes nail trim.Thank you and we will continue to use you all!

Staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. Courtney even went so far as to show me previously unknown techniques, for holding my dogs back end so I could cut their nails. I do the regular grooming myself because for the most part my three dogs have short hair and don't shed too much. Although my one dog (German Shepard beagle) has a double coat and requires regular de-shedding. But being that I do the bathing myself, and that I was in and out of the pet bar with my two young children and each dog individually (to avoid accidents and having them destroy my car even more than my toddlers) the staff was extremely understanding and patient and even helped me to entertain my children so I could get the grooming done. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough.

Brought my 2 german shepherd in for a bath. So easy. They have everything at your fingertips. 2 shampoo choices and conditioner. Then there is a drying station. Quick and easy! The staff was excellent. Right there to help and answer any questions you might have. Highly recommend!

Very caring and professional people. I was so impressed with how clean and organized this location was. Not only did the groomer take extra care as my dog was nervous, but did an amazing job grooming him.He was way overdue for a groom and she made him look ready for a dog show! This will most definitely be my new grooming place.

I have the monthly membership for my fur baby. I didn't think I would use it as much. The difference is that I don't have to put off the wash because of my schedule. When needed, I am usually able to get a same or next day membership was. The manager and team are very friendly to Delilah and me. The facility is always clean and there seems to always be great care and organization.

So excited that we finally have a reliable and awesome groomer here in Indian Trail! I just took my standard poodle puppy Apollo for his first cut and Bella did an incredible job and made him look so good! They did everything from nails, bath, cut, brush teeth, and clean his ears and even gave him the cutest Toy Story bandana to wear out. Apollo was so sad to leave after being taken care of by the incredible staff! We will definitely be returning and are so excited to welcome y’all to our neighborhood aswell!

This is our new go-to grooming salon for our Sheltie; they did an awesome job with her! We’ve been to some salons in Indian Trail that don’t know how to groom Shelties and did not listen to our preferences about where and where not to cut her, but PetBar did listen, and that, combined with their knowledge of how to care for Shelties’ double coats, made for an outstanding grooming session. Anna was great and we will go back next time!

I took my senior cat in for a Full Service Wash. Yes, cat. I was afraid because I've never took him to a groomer before, but he's older and struggles to groom now. The staff was fantastic! The service was fantastic!

Pet Bar, Indian Trail has the perfect pet friendly set up. The manager, Michelle is so friendly and explained the entire process and even showed me the facility. Bella groomed our 6 month old, goldendoodle puppy, Oakley. She exceeded our expectations. She took such good care of him during the grooming process and he looks and feels great. You can tell every detail was done with love. Already set up his next appointment! Cannot recommend Pet Bar and Bella enough.
