Our favorite store.. everyone working here are very friendly and very helpful. Prices are very good and have a great selection of fish and corals. Anything you need they have or will be more than glad to get them in for you. The owner spent time with me when I had a problem with my tank. this is one of my favorite places to shop for my aquarium, my journey started in 2015 when nemo’s was located in matthew’s next to best buy, chris luc, eric luc , kevin luc have been nothing but great to me personally great pricing superior knowledgethey are great people in a personal level my family and i we love the luc’s they are humble people i 1000 % recommend anyone going to nemo’s. thanks nemo’s for giving me joy for 9 years

Today I had a great experience at Nemo's reef In Indian trail North Carolina The staff there was very patient with all my questions and gave me great information. Truly appreciate when someone takes the time to answer the questions that I have especially because I am new to this hobby. I need as much info as possible. Max is the person that helped me today he was of great help and extremely knowledgeable he suggested that I get two clowns to start with for my first editions in my 180 gallon salt water tank.I highly recommend people stop by and check out what they have to offer.The store is set up nicely and they also have a wide variety of fish and corals and a multitude of aquarium products check them out. I will be a return customer in the future.

This is the best store that I have found in the state of North Carolina. We drive 2 1/2 hours to get to this location because of the quality of the fish and the coral as well as the staff that is so cordial and helpful anyone looking for quality, marine fish and vertebrates or coral are missing out. If you do not come to this location, Nemos is the number one aquatic store in my opinion.

So I was a first timer to the store looking to continue my salt water journey. All of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable especially NOAH.There were even times where I watched the staff go to customers left and right to see if they needed anything opposed to waiting g to be called on.They will certainly continue to earn my business.Edit: So after my first interaction in the store there was a mix up (no fault to anyone). But what I was more impressed with is the fact outside of Chris doing his diligence as a manager, how quickly and rapidly they were able to rectify the situation. Not once did they want to point blame. Another surprising fact is that all of the employee staff that was present was there attempting to remedy the situation.All I can say is thank you to Chris, Eric, Noah, and Charles. You guys are all the reasons why someone would want to continue to allow you to earn their business You have certainly earned mine as a lifer. Thank you again.

I recommend not ordering online. They don't respond to emails so I had to call them during their business hours. They told me the shipping cost is actually 3x the price listed on their website and couldn't give me a clear answer when I asked why the listed price on their website did not reflect this. I told them to cancel my order.

The owners do a great job with this place. Fresh livestock, fish, inverts, and corals are always available. I shopped there on 2/2 and got great deals on 3 corals. Even bought some mini-colonies, which I've never seen for sale before. Highly recommended as a place to shop, or even just consult for advice on your tank.

I've bought fish, inverts, corals, and salt water. Everything has been healthy and this is now one of my go-to places for anything I need for my reef tank.

Oh goodness where to begin I live far away from any local fish store. Everything is two hours in every direction but these guys as far away as they were there for me they answered every question. The installation was amazing. They were efficient the product they delivered was beyond expectation. It’s only been a week and I’m already planning a second tank everything about this company is amazing I was never treated rudely in the 57 times I called initially (ha ha) asking questions. Nemo’s Reef is simply an awesome aquarium shop! Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and super prompt! I’ve been a customer since they were at Sardis Rd North and Monroe rd in Charlotte. Had an aquarium drilled so I could use my existing sump when my 150 gallon sprung a catastrophic leak. They had it done in no time knowing my African Cichlids were treading water. Painted the back black for me too. So happy with the service and fair pricing. Shout out to Chris. Merry Christmas new friend! I didn’t lose a single fish in the swap out 👍👍😉
