I just started buying meat from McGibney Farm/Ian in the last month or two after seeing him at the Holly Springs Farmers market. Everything we have bought has been delicious, priced fairly and so convienient that he delivers to areas in the triangle every Wednesday! Highly reccommend!

We joined the meat club and absolutely love it. Each month we select products that are delivered to our door. There has not been anything that we have not enjoyed. We especially have enjoyed the chorizo. This is farm to table. We look forward each month to out delivery.

I love McGibney Family Farms! I buy my meat from their shop at Perkins Orchard, and everything I've tried so far has been delicious (especially the Italian sausage). I appreciate the peace of mind I get knowing that they raise their animals humanely. And, environmental sustainability is a top priority for them - they even feed their pigs excess fruits from the orchard! McGibney tastes great and makes me feel great too - I highly recommend.

I recommend McGibney Family Farms products to anyone and everyone who eats meat! Ian is super friendly and knowledgeable and his food is the freshest. My mom, who isn't a huge pork fan, couldn't even believe the apple cinnamon sausage patties were pork due to how little fat was on them. The flavor is robust and I've enjoyed every single product I've tried! Highly recommend.

We heard about McGibney's through word of mouth, and decided to give their Meat Club a try. It's quickly become a highlight of our month! All the meats are absolutely delicious, and it's a great balance of cuts that force us to try something new (beef ribs!) and easy family meals (sausages! precooked bbq!). We love keeping our money in our community, and the meat club pricing is really amazing value.

I have tried several items from McGibney farms with more in the freezer and so far everything has been exceptional! The thick cut (and they do mean THICK) bacon and pork apple sausage were particularly great!

Food products are of unparalleled quality - particularly the breakfast sausage (maple/apple, YUM) and the ground beef! Ian is often present at Perkin's Orchard, where he sells McGibney products in person; when you speak with him you get a sense for the passion he has, this most certainly comes through in the quality of the product. I can 't recommend McGibney's products enough, I'm a customer for life!

I cannot say enough how much better the beef we ordered tasted from anything I've ever had from the grocery store. And the pork products are my favorite!

Admittedly, I am biased as I've been a meat club member for a while, and joined initially back when it was a "meat csa." Is it more expensive than meat from the grocery store? Yes. But, the quality is better. Also, the way Ian and the team treats the animals, and raises them utilizing sustainable practices is worth the extra cost. And, if you join the meat club, you can actually get some very good deals. I rarely buy meat from any place else these days.

Love the fresh meats from McGibney Family Farms. We've had different roasts, hot dogs, and sausages. All of which are so tasty. Supporting a local farm where you know how your meat is raised makes all of the difference.
