I had a drive up order for a not so "mini" mini-fridge. I arrived to pick it up and it was way too big to fit in our car. The two girls working the drive up department were so nice when I asked if I could come back the next day with a different vehicle. When I came back the next day the same two girls were working again and we were very helpful!Great customer service!

Giving 2 stars because after seeing the line that stretched from the checkout to the back of the store, I was able to check out with a lone cashier. Thankfully bc the new 10 items or less policy for self checkout was clearly misguided bad policy. See photo. Merry Christmas.

The drive up experience at this target is horrendous. Plan to wait at least 30 minutes to get your stuff while you watch the workers come out holding one item at a time and bringing it to a car rather than filling a cart with multiple orders at a time to make things go faster. Or they come out with half empty carts even though there are 10+ cars waiting on their stuff. The northlake location is MUCH faster

When giving back value to shareholders goes to far you end up with 60 customers in line for 1 cashier and a couple of self-checkouts. Great job signaling the decline of Target. I hope your investors realize this mismanagement and fire your entire C suite because this is a violation of the fiduciary responsibilities of your management team to have such poor operations.

I love Target. Always have. It is my favorite store. My last visit was to make a return and that went smoothly as always. I admit the "upgrading" is nice but takes some getting used to. I will miss the popcorn and Pizza Hut breadsticks!

Bad attitudes from employees everytime I come in here, you are always an inconvenience for shopping inside the store when they want to block half the aisles “restocking”. Final straw today waiting in line for 30 minutes for an online order pickup, absolutely ridiculous and defeats the entire point. I could have shopped in store faster

I have been sitting for almost 2 hours waiting at drive up. I will never choose this target again. When I arrived there were about 20 cars. People started leaving and some got their things. People who came after me got their stuff before I did. Now I'm the only car sitting out here. I only chose this store because my original store was out of the items I needed. Someone approached my car when I first got here but it wasn't my things and I have not seen anyone since. This is ridiculous and the worst experience I have ever had at target. I'm leaving and going to cancel my order.

The place was busy with customers but you can find a lane open if you keep your eye out for one. I went from a line in self-service with 15 people waiting to a line with 2 waiting then then found a newly opened lane. I was out and in my car. 😉

Normally very good but recently the drive up is a joke. Order notification received at 3:35pm. Drove straight to the store. Watched employees haul out 5 carts of product then return to store with 2 carts full. Took another 45 minutes before they returned with 3 cart fulls and then watched as they walked aimlessly around the spaces trying to find space numbers. There’s definitely opportunity to train the workers at this location. Would have been 1 star but the poor employee was so stressed yet apologized for the wait. You could tell they lacked direction and training.

This store NEVER restocks their products. I see the same toys and video games and empty spots every single visit.The online store cart runners will RUN YOU OVER and not even apologize. They act so rude like I'm in their way..then Mens apparel section is a joke because it's all crammed together in the back corner of the store.

My order took 3 hours because they were “short” staff. I asked why my order that was done early afternoon was not ready when I arrived at 6pm. I calmly went inside to ask about my order and the GROUP of employees that were doing absolutely nothing scattered to the back. Christopher decided to play manager and give a sob story of how they’re short staffed and only have 2 employees. They had 5 total employees I saw each employee as they delivered to other cars so I knew it was a lie. This location has played with my time and money and it’s absolutely ridiculous. Christopher also rolled his eyes and got rude with me all because I inquired about an order that as taking HOURS. Mind you the parking lot is just about empty there is no excuse for this type of treatment.

This target is disheveled. It's in dire need of a good manager. There's trash everywhere, the shelves look horrible - there's random baskets of junk sitting around everywhere. The lighting makes this store very dark. This store needs order.

I just moved to Charlotte from Austin and its almost comical the 3 experiences I’ve had w/the drive up service. 1st time about a month ago - put in drive up order-8 hours had passed so I assumed I just wasn’t notified that my order was ready bc my ATX target took 2 hrs TOPS for drive up-went to customer service counter & was told it’d be ready by noon NEXT DAY! 2nd time putting in drive up order-after sitting for 10 min in car I get a notification my order has been “completed”…except I had not received order. I let a tenant know & he said he’d look into it…FOURTY-FIVE MIN later my order is brought out - was told they gave my order to the wrong drive up customer. 3rd d/u attempt was tonight. I pull in & within a min an associate is at my window-YAY! The target d/u Gods are in my favor tonight! “Hi ma’m - I’m the store manager. We can’t find your order anywhere. It’s like it disappeared! But here’s $30 for the inconvenience, Happy Holidays!” I sat in my car & maniacally laughed to myself for 3 min & drove off, convinced I was on a “how much can this woman take!” reality show…

I'm sorry but if Target is going to have self checkout lanes for 10 items or less they should open more than 1 regular lane at a time. Lines were ridiculous here for self and regular checkout.

Do NOT go to this Huntersville Target . Go to any other Target but not this one. They do not answer the phone, NO department answers the phone. I repeat. And definitely do not place a pick up order from this Huntersville store

I liked my experience there. I found such a great variety of good stuff. I was super happy I decided to go in and check if they had the things I wanted. It looked super clean busy and casual. I liked the helpful employees and also the electronics section got so good! I even wanted to purchase a big ticket item there now more than ever. Great selection.

Spent close to $400. Not one cashier in sight at 7:00 p.m. Had to use self checkout which was chaotic with all of the items in my buggy. I ended up having to place bigger items on the floor to get to the bottom of buggy. A mess. Please hire more staff to have evening coverage.

This was an excellent Target! Their departments were pretty big compared to where I normally shop at! They had a huge selection of beauty products, and some products I have never seen before! They had a ton of products marked down, like stationary, bed sheets, and plenty of other great household items! I love their Starbucks and Pizza Hut Express as well!

I've been to this store several times and I must say overall it's a great place to shop. It's a very busy Target at pretty much anytime of the day on any day of the week. The only thing I would complain about is that they don't sell the target brand of pull ups in a smaller size. I had to buy the national brand :-/

Target… you are a multi billion dollar company, hire more staff for check out lines. Might be a good idea to stop people with carts full of items to not be able to use self checkout… it’s really frustrating when I have two items to ring up and there are people with carts full that just don’t want to go through a normal check out line.

The location of this Target is fantastic, with Starbucks, CVS pharmacy, and Pizza Hut all conveniently inside the store. While I rarely go inside, I always opt for Target's drive-up service. Even when I do visit the store, there is a decent number of employees available to assist customers. I really appreciate the customer service at Target when compared to Walmart. However, there is room for improvement, such as having more employees at the registers and addressing issues like frequently running out of items like A2 milk and bread.

Drive up pickup is HORRIBLE! Last 3 orders they have left several things out. When you try to call the store and get customer service desk, nobody picks up and the phone line just disconnects.

Went so down hill !!! Lines insane , today at pickup order waiting 20 min and didn’t have all items . One guy doing it felt so bad for him get him help ! Very disappointed in target . This location really went down hill .

Quite possibly the worst target I’ve ever been to. Waited 50 minutes for my drive up order multiple times. 6 cars that came after me got their orders before me. When I’ve talked to customer service people they were rude and uneducated on policy.
