This bakery is one of the best on the planet. Mrs. Cat took an order over the phone for a very special cake that my family needed. When I came to pick the cake up, I was just in awe of how she captured what was described over the phone and turned the cake into a true masterpiece. It was so absolutely beautiful that no one wanted to even cut it. Thank you Mrs. Cat, from the bottom of my heart and to all of the awesome ladies in the bakery dept. You are my heroes this week, as you truly touched my family with your awesomeness!!!! Thank you, Lisa.

Great Harris Teeter. The manager, Philip Bock, is not idling around, but the manager is helping to man the aisles. The grocery store is typical with Harris Teeter - clean, quite complete, and the price is above average, though the quality is above average as well.Great place to shop. There are many parking lots available. There are also other fashion stores, such as Old Navy and Kohl, that are close by.

Trina at the deli area is the best. She made my day. I was staring blankly at their grab n got options for lunch. She must have seen the smoke coming out of my ears trying to make that decision and walked me around to all of my options. She was so friendly and proactive. A great customer service experience and doing a great job boosting sales from a corporate perspective. Thank you Trina for being you!

Astral at self checkout was a life saver when he ran out to bring me the bag I left (the one I really needed). Before he saved the day he was seamlessly fixing 4 of the 5 self checkout issues (ID check, misting, override…)Amazing customer service! Thank you Astral!

5 STARS for this Harris Teeter Bakery! The ladies at the bakery are so kind and helpful!! I ordered a cake from a different bakery for my daughter’s birthday party and they completely messed it up. This left me searching for a cake at the last minute before her party. I went to 5 different bakeries and nobody was able to help me UNTIL I made a final stop at HT. Trina and Marin were so nice and jumped right in to action to help me solve my problem. They decorated the perfect cake for me on a whim.Thank you to Trina and Marin for being so nice and helping out when I was in a pinch.Ps- the cake was also delicious!

Customer service sucks. The line was so long at self check out that it went all the way down the cereal. They only had one cashier register open. And when I went up to customer service to checkout , I told the young lady that that was ridiculous that they had no registers open, she begin to inform me the reason why they don't have any register open because they are shorthanded. I informed her that has nothing to do with your customers waiting in line that long, it is not the consumers fault that you are under staffed. I informed her that I would be making a complaint to corporate and her response to me is that's fine. I then ask can I speak to the manager and she pointed out the manager to me as to say so what make your complaint I don't care. Her attitude was so bad and so nonchalant that I didn't buy my items I told her I no longer wanted them. She then again said to me again that's fine and threw them in the shopping cart, this is the most unprofessional customer service person that I've ever met at Harris Teeter. But Harris Teeter has monopolize the shopping centers up here in Lake Norman Cornelius area that they feel like they can do whatever they wish to The consumer, and get away with it, because there is no other grocery stores nearby. I will be glad when Publix has a grocery store off of every exit.

Great store to find all your favorite grocery items. Boars Head meats, cheeses at the deli. Prepared sandwiches and fresh bread selection.Many choices of Organic produce to choose.

I can understand having to use the automatic register. But dang. We shouldn’t have to ask someone’s to come watch them. And when I asked for help holding both of my hands up with coupons in each hand the lady got an attitude. I believe she was a manger. I guess I should have not interrupted the three lady’s from talking. Keep in mind one regular register was open and that’s it. This place just keeps going down hill. Also make sure you check expiration dates. Got home and found expired eggs and dairy products. I hope they get this place back on track.

former Winn Dixie store and everything is remodeled to not look like Winn Dixie. I prefer Rose commons or Regency Lake. Its really nice up to date than the one on Sardis Rd.

Not very happy today. Usually very pleased with this store. Dallas checked me out. Nothing for him to scan on my navel oranges. He asked ME to go check the price. They were not busy and I don’t work there. Also did not ask me for my rewards card or phone number. When paying I asked him about rewards. He said that I may have save a $1.00 on White Claw which I had 2 of. I am retired and need all the savings I can get. Please, please train your employees to give good customer service!! If this continues to happen, I will most definitely find somewhere else to shop. I would like to have someone to get in touch with me about this problem. Thank you!!

Why do you guys have to stand right next to me or right behind me at self checkout? Is it because I’m young? Is it because of my skin color? What a way to intimidate your customers that have been there since they were born. The guy in a harris teeter jacket or whatever was standing right beside me. I HAD ORANGE JUICE AND POTATOES. Don’t be staring at me in a 1 feet radius and can’t even say “Have a good day”. I don’t have this problem at the other near locations.

This store is always clean and the well stocked. The kids that work here can sometimes be rude but I chalk that up to them being kids more so than just a bad atmosphere, usually all is well. The sushi is always fresh and the hours are quite conveinent.

At 8pm on Monday 08/29 there is not a single staffed register open. Self checkout full of people with full carts and a line of 10 deep waiting to push their full carts in. Didn't see a single employee in the front end area. Disappointing.

Customer service below par. There was an employee checking out beside of me along with two other employees that were working. None of the employees acknowledged any customers in the direct vicinity. And I happened to drop something and excused myself. One of the employees, James-I believe did not acknowledge me nor move. Even after repeating myself and speaking up louder. He happened to move in my direct area, not keeping the correct distance away, more focused on the employee that was ending her shift and checking out. It would appear one of the employees acknowledged that I said something however did not act on it. If you are interested in getting in and get out, this is the store for you. No one will acknowledge you exist nor speak to you. Store was well kept and clean. As far as customer service/connection, I give it a zero. I walked through all departments, and stood next to several employees and no acknowledgement.

Customer service is everything when I shop. So this morning I had my infant son with me and we were already in the checkout line about to leave when I remembered that I forgot something. The store wasn't that busy and it was plenty of open cashiers and available self checkout. Now, normally when I ask the cashier if it is alright that I go back and grab something they would say "sure, go right ahead and get it" no problem. However, the cashier guy Jared was so rude to me when I asked if I could go back and grab something he said " well you can check out first and then go back and get it" in the nastiest most disrespectful tone. I told him that it was rude of him to say that to me. I've never been treated like that at any Harris Teeter or any other grocery store.

I was shopping yesterday with my pals at HT Sam fur rd for the second time. It clean and the employees are chill and cool. Particularly I met this cool employee name JB. He help me find what I needed and give me the best satisfying talk that I needed the most. Best cashier and great customer service. I thank him and HT too. That what we call trust and faith. Nice meeting you JB and thank you for reaching out me. I guess I will like to shop HT more often.

Not sure what has happened to the customer service here at Northcross but now the Deli is closed by 3:45 and the Pharmacy is also going through some changes which makes me really consider shopping at the new Publix opening on 73.

My parents come here for the pharmacy and grocery shopping for staple items. This grocery store has organized aisles and actually looks nice. The staff are friendly and the groceries are fresh. I find the organic foods a little more expensive than Aldi, but the pharmacy to pick up medications or ask questions of the pharmacist makes a grocery trip more convenient. It does get busy on the weekends, but the lines are organized and the wait is not long.

I have never felt so violated after shopping for deodorant. I take that back, the Southpark Dillard’s security did the same thing when I was shopping for clothes. I was shopping for deodorant when an undercover “theft protection officer” was speed walking up to me with his fake shopping basket in hand and started making small talk before his partner/co-officer came running up to me acting like she was looking for deodorant. When they realize that I wasn’t shoplifting, she went away, but he kept standing right next to me while I continued to shop for a deodorant. He eventually walked away without grabbing anything for his basket after I picked a deodorant, but that experience just left a nasty aftertaste. I couldn’t understand why they would single me out, but then I realized that it was just another case of racial profiling. There were other customers shopping around, but apparently Asian males shoplift at Harris Teeter all the time. He could have also kept his distance because after all, we’re still in a pandemic, but he was literally breathing down my neck. Never shopping at this location or any Harris Teeter ever again.

Clean, organized, and convenient. A lot of people from my office run here for fresh-made sandwiches at lunchtime. They have a wonderful selection and even their store brand products taste great. Harris Teeter and Publix both are far superior to all other grocery stores in my opinion.

I love the Harris teeter on exit 23 in Huntersville, NCIt's very much my family's favorite shopping store. They accept coupons and double sometimes. They have lots of sales on good food.I liked the managers and customer service staff. They are always a pleasure to be helped by. Their meats at Harris teeter deli are Boars Head and even the stores version is better!!! Everybody's friendly. It's my favorite part of living here!!! They range from different departments of a large variety. Good baked good. I'd try anything Harris teeter brands!!! Most of which are organic and tasty, and fresh. All the good stuff.
