This was such a neat place, you can find any dog supply, food, treats, toys, shampoo, vitamins, etc that you can think of, lots of brands and price ranges. It is very organized and clean. You can bring your dog and have the store take a picture of your dog to put on the wall, or you can email or bring with you next time. Such a cute idea to feel like a proud fur parent. They have a day where they provide free nail clipping but you have to check their site to see when this event will happen. I believe they have tubs for washing but did not go on that side. If you are looking for organic food, probably not going to find here too much. Compare to Pet Smart times 4. Plenty of parking, off busy road though.

O. M. G. So much to say. I saw a post on social media (CLT bucket list)about this place and thought “I need to go there”. It does not disappoint. I’d you love or have a dog….or even know a dog….this is THE penultimate place to go It’s a fairly large warehouse of wall to wall, floor to ceiling dog supplies. Food, leashes, treats, meds, shampoo, enrichment items, balls, toys, stuffies, bones, rawhide chews, nylon chews, antlers, horns, bully sticks, did I mention balls?!??the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a rewards system, grooming, self-serve bath stations. I didn’t check all the dog food but I did notice a frequent buyers offer mentioning buy 12 get the next bag free. The prices are fair and from what I looked at…much less expensive than the big pet stores in the area. Dogs are obviously welcome. Easy to find, about a 1 1/2 miles off of exit 25 on i77. I just want to say one more time…balls and toys for all dogs and all tastes. So many choices.

Went in to give my fur babies a bath as they are getting too big to give a good wash at home. It got off to a rocky start (due to the dogs), but it ended extremely well. The staff was very friendly and patient with both me and the dogs. My Cane Corsos can be a bit roudy, so I requested the back bay upon arrival, and I'm glad I did! The staff is extremely knowledgeable when it came to toy selection. I'm grateful for this free service they offer. I'll be back with "Mutt & Jeff" for baths and all the other toys & treats they offer.

I tell everyone about this place!!! There is not a single bad thing I could say about Dog Supplies. I have been a weekly patron for the last three years. My dog is my first, and I have learned so many wonderful tips and suggestions from the staff. My questions never go unanswered and there is always a product suggestion. Being a member has the best perks around. From free baths, nail trimming, discount points, and earning a free bag of dog with valid purchases. What’s not to love? An ENDLESS selection of healthy treats, too many toys, and everything in between that your dog might need. Thank you Dog Supplies for being a Dog Moms favorite store to shop at!

This place is great free doggy baths every day and a free groomer with a donation for the nails. The place is great many opportunities to buy organic natural foods for your dogs and cats plenty of toys, coats, clothes, and other accessories needed for your animals. The people here are always very pleasantand it’s always an incredible experience. I would recommend going here for your dog and pets. This is a self-serve location.

This place is the BEST!! Staff is super knowledgeable & helpful. Their knowledge on food, treats, and supplements is so incredible. When transferring my pups food from puppy to adult they were helpful with healthiest recommendations. They even made suggestions for my older cat who is finnicky & has stopped eating. The best is their guarantee; if the food is not liked you can return which is very assuring when trying new things out! Point system is a no brainer! Nail trims and dog wash stations are a huge bonus! Can't say enough good things. If you're a dog, or even cat, owner this place is a must go!

Recently moved to NC From Pittsburgh, was very happy to find Dog Supplies Warehouse. They stock everything you need for your pet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Anna, the groomer was very kind to my two dogs. They were very calm with her, gave me a good feeling. Will be returning customers for sure .

I’ve purchased a few items from DSW, for my little one, over the past few months. The risk I face is that I live in VA, so returns/exchanges would be a bit hard…thankfully, she has loved everything I’ve gotten from them! The latest was this item. The associate who assisted me with selecting it (because my dog loves to chew on everything) gave such a great review that I purchased TWO!… Result: she loves it!! 😃🙌🏾🙌🏾 (Update: I just noticed the lifecycle guide!) 😊😊Update: It’s been about two months now, and it’s time to swap out the stick, just in time for her birthday! (Glad I got two of them!)

Carries cat supplies as well. Has a very large selection of dog supplies. Prices are reasonable and the folks who work there helpful. Very favorably impressed. The only negative thing at all is parking could be better, but it isn't horrible. I was also there at a busy time

Dog Supplies Warehouse is a 10/10!Pros:- massive selection of toys, food, dog accessories- price matching on everything- holistic / raw foods available in their freezer section- Great pricing on all treats compared to other places we could order like Chewy or amazon- amazingly nice and sweet staffWe will most certainly be visiting again. I would say if you've got a dog in the area this place is certainly worth a visit.

I absolutely love this place. Everything you could possibly want is there for dogs. Options to have tags for the collar made, fantastic doggy toys, Every kind of healthy dog food including refrigerated food, tons of treats, plus the service is always absolutely excellent. Everyone is friendly and asking to help find what you need. Great selection of leashes and collars, and easy to access from the road.

This place is unreal! I visited NC a few weeks ago and it was a stop that my friend suggested - I was not disappointed! Every brand of toy, food, chew you can think of under one roof! Super organized, lots in stock. It's like Costco for dogs!

Someone shared this store on my local Nextdoor app, the Google reviews convinced me to take my dog and go. It was everything the reviews said: tons of supplies for dogs, very friendly and extremely helpful, caring staff. My dog is a recent rescue, it was obvious she'd never been in a store, she was quite nervous. The staff greeted us and fussed over and pet her, which led other customers to do the same. My dog loves attention and pets, and she was calm and happy in a few minutes! The nail trim is free on most Fridays and Saturdays 9am to 3pm, and the techs were very gentle with her. They have several customer-use dog bathing stations, at no charge after you sign up for a free customer membership. There's everything you need including dog shampoo, blow dryers and smocks to keep yourself dry, just bring your own towel! It was a wonderful experience for my dog and me. I needed dog treats, and the selection was massive! We will be back!

Came for the great product selection and awesome prices - stayed for the incredible staff that treats you like family.
