I went there today and was told by the manager (this guy) that I could pick up my online order at the pharmacy. When I got there the Mexican boy that works in the pharmacy was so rude and wouldn't even call the manager to the window to give me my purchase. He just kept arguing with me saying how he didn't know anything about it. Then some other girl from the pharmacy comes over trying to argue and I said if the manager has no issues then why are y'all giving me a hard time?I actually spoke to the store manager (a woman with locs) and she was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY helpful and kind. I'll NEVER EVER use that pharmacy but I'd go to the store part.

Do NOT use for Photobooks! Awful experience with Photobooks. Ordered 2 books for same day printing. Was repeatedly told the order wasn’t done - took 3 days even though I ordered same day and when I called the third day, only one had been printed. Never received any updates. Once I picked up my books and got them home, I found the books were put together in reverse order and upside down..!!! I called to have it reprinted and was told they can only see which page is first and last, so they don’t know the order (!) then was given instructions on how to open the binding and reorder them myself, however this did not solve the problem since the books were double-sided pages. No additional assistance or refund was given, despite all the errors/inconveniences.

This CVS is conveniently located on the corner of two main roads and is easy to access. It is typically brightly lit, and very clean and organized inside. Service is always friendly, and everything is easy to find. Bathrooms are located in the back by the pharmacy, and I love that there is a blood pressure checking machine that you can access in the pharmacy. Notes that you can only get to it when the pharmacy is open though. I also like that there is a self checkouts in case you grab one or two items and want to be in and out quickly.

If I could give less than 1 star, it would be more appropriate. The pharmacist is always rude. I have over 8 hrs for my script to be filled and was just yelled at by the pharmacist. She stated her employees don't show up to work, she is 500 prescriptions behind and has a 4 day backlog. I have never been so disrespected. I will never go back.

Awful customer service at the Pharmacy. They kept me waiting at the counter while they finished non-business related conversations and when I asked about the identifiers on a drug that they had dispensed (that looked different very different from the previous ones) the Manager rolled her eyes and gave all the appearance that I was wasting her time. She was confrontational to say the least. It's on my doorstep but I'll be changing my pharmacy. Go try them for yourselves. They have no concept of customer service.

I’ve used CVS for years in several different cities and this is by far the most dysfunctional one I’ve ever dealt with. I just waited on the phone for 30 minutes. Trying to get an answer about a prescription they screwed up. I finally gave up. I recently moved to Mooresville and have transferred my prescriptions here. I just called them to ask a question about a new prescription and they answered the phone in one minute 37 seconds. Two totally different worlds and hopefully CVS corporate will step in at some point and fix the old Statesville location.

Three disconnected calls to the Pharmacy. One in the que, 27 minutes on hold. Then I gave up. Hours are ridiculous! Closed on Monday? Only open till 7pm, opens at 9a? Oh, and then there is the constant barrage of refill texts when there is still at least two weeks left, I completely understand what you’re trying to do is front load your margins, and the ability to bill the insurance companies for more drugs than I need. Part of the problem with big Pharma and you’re right in the middle of CVS. Let alone the store is filthy half the time shelves, not stocked, etc. I’ll be looking for an online pharmacy That delivers my prescriptions to my door. I’m done with CVS for ever.

Brooke. The best. Saved me over $40 on my prescriptions. Yes this place is busy. Yes this place is a hot mess. But what place isn't right now? Brooke is always super helpful when I go in and is friendly and actually smiles. Keep being an amazing human!

This CVS used to be good. It has gone down hill and they messed up restocking my prescription and my insurance wouldn’t refill because it said I picked it up. They didn’t restock correctly. The pharmacy manager was rude, Tiffany. Missed when this place was run better with past pharmacist. Try to use other places, as this CVS will treat you with no empathy and they don’t care about your medication or you. It’s really just a waste of your time, the district manager for this store needs to be fired.

Unable to get my prescriptions transferred from this pharmacy to another because they will not send it even after the pharmacy was able to get them on the phone. Unbelievable. Pharmacist said she is short staffed with over 700 prescriptions to fill out for this week. CVS doesn't care at all about their employees if this is the case.

The pharmacy either never answers a call or they answer and put you on hold and never come back. They also never have my refillable prescriptions in stock. They have up to three months to order and receive my prescriptions and they always wait until the last minute to order them and cause me to miss up to two weeks of my medication. Why can't they manage the pharmacy better and have someone that orders medications coming up for refills and just answers calls and answers questions? I will be transferring all of my medications to another CVS that has better customer service and is managed much better.

Told me my prescription would be ready in one hour…4 days later it still wasn’t ready. They told me “yeah, you and a lot of others. I fill it, but there’s a lot of people ahead of you.” I will never be back. Transferring all my scripts to another pharmacy.

People who work the store are very nice but the pharmacists are all rude-they seem overworked and understaffed. Do not get vaccines there, they are never able to do them and it is a waste of time.. After many years I am moving my prescriptions.

Something changed in the pharmacy. I have used this CVS since they opened. Last prescriptions took days to be filled. They were basic everyday prescription meds. That's unacceptable! Will be changing pharmacies for future prescriptions.

Only give one star because I can’t rate them any lower. Horrible service, app doesn’t work and they never answer the phone and they consistently fail to order maintenance meds in a timely manner.

Went down hill big time ! Pharmacy that is . Got such a run around with a prescription first get will call back when ready never call so I call back then told oh you need to get your Dr to resend , then next day oh wait we have generic brand for you go to get it they don’t have it and then oh wait now it’s not generic brand come back later come back next day wait we don’t have anything WHAT !! Omg , then he figures out oh ok it’s here . Again the guy today was very nice but omg what is going on there ! Need her pharmacy asap!

The pharmacy is such a joke. Every person I talk to is rude and incompetent. Multiple times they’ve said a prescription is ready when it’s not and today they told us it was being filled and then an hour later told us it’s out of stock. Do better.The store itself is fine.

Recommend shopping around for other pharmacies. CVS is not the best service or the best price on medications.2016-2019, this pharmacy used to be the creme of the crop. Every staff member was reliable and friendly; they somehow kept my goodRX info correct so refills were correctly charged. This CVS used to be such a wonderful experience, I continued the relationship after moving 20 minutes away.Once the pre-2019 staff turned over, this pharmacy has provided a constant headache to get my prescriptions accurately charged. The 2020 staff frequently asked for GoodRX info and loaded up my account with several codes, causing the CVS staff more confusion. End of 2020/beg of 2021, I asked that they clean up my account to only have the active codes, in hopes of reducing the staff’s confusion and trouble at checkout. The current staff is vague on the GoodRX info when checking out and, today, over charged me by 100%. They refunded me the amount they over charged, but at the cost of my travel time: round trip 40 minutes.I’ve been patient with the different CVS employees, but have received inadequate service for over 18 months. Being overcharged by $150 and adding another 40 drive to clear it up is the point at which I take my business elsewhere.Feb 2022 Edit to add: now going to Publix (w/drive through) and when I ask if they processed my scripts through GoodRX, they have and have also searched for codes with better cost savings for me. Highly recommend upgraded customer experience with Publix.

On Monday 9/6 I went to the CVS pharmacy off Statesville Rd in Huntersville, NC. I arrived after 1 pm to pick up my prescription. I had to wait about 15 mins for my prescription. A male with dark hair and beard was at the register for check out I was behind a lady who finished her purchased. I approved the register and provided my name. The associate picked up my prescription. He did NOT ask if I had any questions for the pharmacist. I proceeded to pay for my prescription. I noticed that the guy pulled his mask down from his face and started to wipe his nose and mouth. I said to him "Excuse me could sanitize or clean your hands". I was so upset that he disregarded what I said. He placed my receipt in the bag and repeated " Have a nice day" I reported this to the store manager as COVID19 is very serious. I felt like this was inappropriate and out of line. I called corporate and still did not receive a phone call regarding my complaint. I will NEVER visit this location or any CVS brand again.

I am self insured and pay prescriptions out of pocket. I came in to pick up my prescription and was told it would be 99.00 did ihave my insurance card? When I explained my situation, the young pharmacist offered to look for discount coupons. After about 20 minutes he said I'm sorry, I was only able to get it down to 51.00. Really???? He was so awesome!! What a kind, humble man. I will be going here for all my scrips!!

I am an avid CVS shopper. I visited this store today for the first time. When I walked in the cashier just looked & didn't even budge to Welcome me. Then checkout time they have self checkout, the same cashier looked around corner & again no words. I paid for my items & decided this would be my last time coming to this location. The register was the only thing that said anything to me...WOW
