Very unfriendly people. Never was greeted when I went in, never was asked if I needed help after spending a long time what I was looking for.Owner walked by me as I was heading to the register. I looked him square in the eyes and said, "How're you doing," and he never responded.Elderly lady who checked me out wouldn't even respond when I asked her how her day was going.They need a course in customer service for sure.

Sawmills has everything for pretty much any project you will get into. Greg and Tim are as nice and helpful as it gets. Prices are reasonable. They also have some things few people know about such as rough cut lumber and small engine repair. My wife and I always buy our garden plants from here. Great selection.

Most always have what I am needing .AN always have the stuff I would like most of the time at a better price than the big stores .There is always a friendly face to offer a hand to help find what I need allways some good instruction on what project iam working on .SO if you need a hardware store that's close not so big that it takes all day to get to what you are looking for .The family owned store treats you like we're just helping family then this is the place .

They have a whole lot of everything from plumbing to fencing covering a wide range of supplies for home farm and garden/yard projects. And they're always helpful and pleasant. I'd prefer to go here over Lowes any day

They offer excellent service and name-brand merchandise along with equipment repair. The merchandise one can get most anywhere, the excellent service has become somewhat spotty these days in some service industries, which is why I feel it’s necessary to mention. Today I bought a Stihl BR 600 from Sawmills Hardware. I wanted to purchase one from a local place that I could go to and trust if I had any issues. Little did I know that as soon as I got home with my new unit I would notice a crack in the plastic body of the BR 600. I went directly back and spoke with the people there and they took care of me with no questions asked. I was very pleased that they did not accuse me of breaking the item or refuse to help me. Many places would assume that I broke it after I left but I felt respected by the staff of Sawmills Hardware. I would highly recommend them for any of your needs. Great store with awesome products and an equally awesome staff! Top notice service.

I would say overall, I have had great service with this place. Have bought a few items from them. Knowledgable staff, attentive. Just once were there an issue. Took my chains on to be sharpened. Took a little longer than usual. It was made right.

Been doing business here for years. Some of the most pleasant and knowledgeable folks I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. They have a very good selection of about anything you could possibly need from cutting glass to a brand new Stihl power tool and if you don't see what you need don't be afraid to ask about it because chances are they've got it.

For being a small town locally owned business i always feel as if i am not wanted. A nuisance almost. I am a local and family man but have tats so not sure if that puts em off or what. I would rather spend my money at the bog store if this is the way they treat folks.
