Your standard Goodwill: clean, organized, and cheap. This place have a better selection of toys than other Goodwill I have encountered. They also have many books. Parking is large and should not pose any problems.

This is the best Goodwill in the area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable especially Leslie and Sam. They’ve helped me numerous times, are always nice and cordial, even in stressful situations, and they have the answers. The prices are fair and the merchandise is well sorted and thought out.While this store maybe smaller than others in the area, it is far and away a neater, better shopping experience.

Never have seen such greed on items that are donated, they are not at all trying to keep the prices reasonable for customers they just try to get as much money as they can, I was mistaken by thinking they cared about their community. I will never donate again $ 400.00 for a coffee table made from driftwood and has a plastic top ridiculous and greedy

Great if you have time to look. Unfortunately the store on LR Blvd in Hickory Nc hasa manager that is quite rude, awful customer service. I observed her on more than one occasion practically bulling paying customers for trying to exchange items.

I like this Goodwill overall, but hate the way they have displayed the shies fir sake. I like going to one central location to look at shies. I do not like having to go all over the store to see them. Not to mention that putting them up high like that is a disadvantage to height challenged people.

Dated Atmosphere, non friendly staff. Watched multiple people walk away from this location. If looking for a Goodwill to Donate to or look around in, I would not recommend this location at all.

Wasn't satisfied with them at all. One time I bought a dresser but had to come back to pick it up and it had been broken once I came back to get it. Another te they sold what I had already bought. Then another time I was followed around like a common threft. I wouldn't suggest this Goodwill for anyone!!!

This was my first timevisiting this goodwill .I found a lot of school supplies for cheaper than I could anywhere else. An they also have beautiful spring dresses at a really great price. An the staff are really helpful.

Goodwill can be a great place to find all kinds of things. I really enjoy and being able to get things i would've had to pay an arm and leg for anywhere else.

Always find something I like and found disney play sets for my babies and they taped them shut to keep the pieces in. Love this place. It is organized to where you can look with ease
