Pro Lock Plus was very professional. Called to have my business locks changed and they were able to come the same day. They took a look, quoted and replaced the lock. They were punctual with their appointment time and had all the right tools for the job. They also went above and beyond by inspecting the door, cleaned the jambs, and adjusted the closing mechanism. Can’t recommend this place enough. I have an older Lexus GX470. Not only did they get me a new key fob but I want ahead and got another food out key while I was there. The tech answered all my questions from car locks to best home locks, maintenance and everything in between. Anytime I buy a car or move I’m definitely callling these guys to get the job done!!! 5 out of 5 stars all day!!!

I needed a key made for my Honda. Honda's after 2000 are notoriously hard to make keys for. A couple other locksmiths said they wouldn't be able to do it. I called Pro Lock Plus and even across the county on a holiday my locksmith Matthew was out there in under 90 minutes. Matthew was very knowledgeable and personable.I would highly recommend Pro Lock Plus to anyone in the Onslow County Area.

We called this business on a whim out of desperate need to re key a home that we purchased. They were fantastic. Above and beyond. They were able to come out same day. The job ended up being complicated due to the sort of doors we had- but- they were so patient and willing to fix any issue that arose. Thank you for doing the rekey at my rental. I advised you that I would be paying the bill for this and to send the invoice to me.Failure to follow simple instructions and did not respond to my requests.The cost was the same for all 5 locks to be rekeyed from the initial request and quote you provided however the invoice only reflects two locks for the same charge. Then added the option for a TIP.Unsatisfactory in my opinion. Will not use again and would not recommend based on lack of communication and not meeting expectations.
