Eddie originally installed our system in 2016 & it has worked flawlessly ever since, except for one instance that was my fault when I cut the line while digging. Eddie was very prompt to come out & repair the break at a very fair price. After our dog of 12 years died several weeks ago, we had Eddie come back out to do a "re-flag" on our system so that we can train a couple of new dogs. He arrived early, jumped right on the re-flagging process & also repaired another break in the line due to some wire exposure in our drive way due to minor gravel erosion, resulting in the line being severed when we drove over it. As always, Eddie was very professional, polite & took the time to review the whole system with us again. Eddie will continue to have our business as long as he is in business & I ABSOLUTELY recommend him to anyone considering an underground fence system. He is very reasonably priced, so do yourself a favor & spend the money & don't waste your money trying a "cheaper" option. Eddie is 100% good for his word on everything & each job is completed with an old-fashioned hand shake, which is extremely hard to come by!

We had an amazing experience with Eddie and DeeDee. The installation was quick and competitively priced. Eddie took time to train our dog, followed up to see how at home training was going, and came out on a Saturday to trouble shoot additional training with us. Having the freedom to allow our dog to be in our yard off leash has made a huge difference in our quality of life!

I had a alarm on my fence,, emailed Eddie on 1/30, within minutes he contacted me and said he would be there by 2pm the next day! He showed up around 1:15 and within 20 minutes found a break in the line! Fantastic professional service! And did I mention I am located in Sevierville Tn. about 2 hours away from him!

Shop around, do the research, price the systems, then call Asheville K9. When Eddie gave me the quote for my property, it impressed me with how affordable it was. He arrived and quoted my large 1400 foot multiple acre run the same day, then returned and installed the entire system in under a day. His price was less than renting a trencher and buying the system and installing it myself. He worked with me to train my dogs, and it was apparent that he really cared about my dogs, my property, and his business. I would highly recommend Asheville k9 to anyone in the underground dog fence market!
