I've been to several pet stores in this town, but I keep coming back to this one. I've never been treated better in a store, especially even when it's busy, than I have been treated here. Miss Courtney in Grooming always goes above and beyond when she grooms my dog Nico. I will never use another groomer, Nico loves going to get groomed now. I also love the fact that if I have a question, Miss Courtney would direct me to someone who knows the answer, like Miss Mary upfront. She was so informative and so helpful. I love the fact that they have a large variety of dog and cat food for all my pets. Bonus...the store is very clean and kept up, the staff is always friendly and helpful.  Hands down, Miss Courtney in grooming is the best! Go check her out, especially when you want your dog looking like an A-list canine.

I have been going here since we moved into the area back in May. I love the staff. They are always welcoming. I have been shopping here for all my dogs needs. The only thing I haven't done yet is have my dog groomed here. After reading the reviews, I am planning on it in the near future. Keep up the good work. 😁

My 6 year old pit bull mix stopped eating the Diamond Naturals brand dog food. The worker named Annabelle asked me some questions and showed me a few different types but I chose Redford Naturals salmon and rice, A BIG SUCCESS! A huge thank you to her I will be back as soon as this bag gets low.

The store was very clean.. Merchandise very stockedFor a small store. It seemed like all the associates there asked me if I needed help. My feelings to that was strange.. I think at least 1 or 2 should ask.. It could make people feel very uncomfortable. They didn't have what I was looking for but I did buy something for my dog. If anyone asks me if I'm going back there, I doubt it...

May 31, 2023 8:35PM Still my favorite place to shop for my baby! Tonight I went in and got exceptional customer service by a young man named Richard (according to my receipt). Richard went above and beyond to get dog food down for me off the top shelf. Embarrassingly, it ended up being the wrong one. His genuine patience and determination to help me is so appreciated! The young lady that was grooming tonight was also so sweet when calling for assistance for me. She had groomed my sweet yet very anxious dog before and I was so impressed! She was even able to file and trim his nails which he will not even let me do. ALL the staff are so passionate about animals and are kind and it makes dropping my money on my spoiled “baby” just that much easier! People are so quick to complain and not compliment and I just have to shout this store out again for being consistently amazing. Thank you Hope Mills Pet Supplies Plus!This is my favorite pet store in the Fayetteville/Hope Mills area. My family includes a gorgeous and spoiled pup named Romeo as well as my daughter’s fish family. The fish are healthy and stronger than the ones at larger pet stores. I can tell they are properly cared for unlike another pet store that we went to and several of their betas were deceased in their little cups. 🙁 Every time I shop here the associates go above and beyond to be helpful to not only me but my daughter. They are informative, friendly, helpful, without being overbearing or pushy with sales. The store may be smaller than their competitors but they way make up for it by price matching, full shelves and a good selection of care items for pets, healthy fish, and providing a family like environment to where you always feel welcomed. 😁

Yesterday I brought my tiny little puppy in to be groomed ! Let me tell you how amazing Chris was! He took great care of my tiny pup and made her feel comfortable! She was beautiful when he was done! Courtney also was very helpful and knowledgeable to the things I needed to get! I will only come here for my fur babies services! I give them 100000 stars! I had to come and edit my review becauseI need to add Courtney into this review. She is a fabulous Groomer my sweet fur baby loves her so much and loves to come get her hair done by Courtney Courtney so gentle with my sweet girl and does an excellent job of grooming, my baby, I highly recommend Courtney as a groomer. She makes my sweet fur baby so comfortable and happy while she’s getting groomed. It’s just unbelievable how gentle and wonderful she is with All the dogs!

Love this store! It’s conveniently located in Hope Mills, which doesn’t really have any other pet stores. The staff is always kind and friendly and the pets that they have seem to be well taken care of. We have purchased 2 Guinea pigs from there and they were great. Also got a beta from there and he is thriving. Also like that they have a discount card that allows for savings!

I take my dogs Gizmo and Savannah there to be groomed and I was VERY pleased with the friendly staff and the quality service that they provided. I was even happier that I saved money on ths grooming service because they periodically send me coupons for a discount.

the prices of the ferrets here have gone from reasonable to insane.. just like 2 weeks ago the ferrets were 340 (up from 240) to 440.. what happened? i was looking for buy a ferret but not from their store anymore..

I gave a 2 star rating because when I walked in the store the cashier looked directly at me & didn't speak. If I choose your store to come spend my money...the least you could do is make the customers feel welcome. I went to check out & still no...did you find everything ok? Or How are you? Next time I think I will take the longer drive to Pets Mart.

I've been there several times. Last time I went there, they had the small crickets but didn't have the small milworms. I got the large milworms bcuz that's all they had. When I got home, most of the milworms were dead and most of them were dried up. I was able to salvage 5 live milworms and the rest went in the trash. After all of that, I had to go to another pet place to get the small milworms. I bought more small crickets as well.I was very disappointed!!! I had to drive out further to get what I needed. It was a hassle to do that.

I was very disappointed with the service I received at this store. It was my first time using this groomer and I had high hopes we would have a good experience but unfortunately we did not. I brought my yorkie in to get groomed and was told it would be $52 for a full service groom which I agreed to. But when I came back to pick her up the bill went up to $77 without my knowledge or consent to raise the price. I was told it was $15 extra for the trouble she was giving her to groom her and $10 more for a nail trim and file which I never even requested. I did not appreciate the groomer Courtney not even reaching out to me to inform me of this increase. Thankfully I had the extra money to pay and the cut wasn't even done evenly so It's safe to say I will not be returning for future grooming.
