This was Mollys first time at the groomer. They were able to fit me into an appointment last minute to get my dog groomed and ready for the holidays. They did such a great job! She was so happy with her clean look.

My little Leon was overdue for a grooming due to his regular groomer was on maternity leave and then us moving to NC. His fur was so long I was forever moving it out of his eyes, brushing food out of his long beard, and trying to get knots out of his face and ears. The groomer did an awesome job on him and Java. They were attentive to the dogs because I got a call that Java went limp and they were concerned so it made us feel good to know that they are not afraid to call when they see a behavior they think is due to a medical condition. (Java is fine and she prances around like a queen with her fluffy tail.) They looked so cute with their bow ties! We were busy playing since I just unpacked some dog toys but Leon took a break to say Thank You Happy Tails!

Very professional and willing to work around time constraints. Greatful for squeezing in an appointment on a last minute notice without sacrificing any of the high quality cleanliness and care.Strongly recommend.My dog is 70 pound pit bull and has short fur. The Happy Tail Groomers are always welcoming and have not been apprehensive towards my dog, as other groomers in the past have been.

I have been going to IHOP every Saturday morning to order the same Colorado omelet but this time I was served with rotten taste food I don't know if it was the beef or eggs but something tasted rotten. My husband tried a piece and got the same rotten taste we told the server and she didn't even care we were still charged for the rotten food after only 2 bites. Very bad service and very disappointed

I cannot say enough about Happy Tails!! Our dog (chiuahua) does not like having her nails done. After trying other places, where they could not get to her nails, we gave Happy Tails a shot. She comes home with her nails done, smelling fresh, and with a bow. I love them (even if our pup dies not 😆) .

My dog and I absolutely LOVE this groomer. My dog is sweet but EXTREMELY squirmy and difficult to groom, yet he always comes back looking so good and very happy. And somehow my dog became better behaved while being groomed after going here a few times. We've been going here for 2 years and have always been happy. Miguel is always so friendly and gives great customer service. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

After a year and a half of bringing my pup here I feel like I need to put in a review.Every interaction I've had here has been stellar. From day 1 and checking my pups vaccination records to discussions about trims and baths - the owners have always kept me in the loop. Not to mention they call me to remind me of my pups appointment.Do yourself a favor. Bring your canine companion here for a grooming. You absolutely cannot go wrong with the level of care and service you will receive.

My dog has been going to Happy Tail for over 3 years. I loved the service that I receive for my dog. Miguel has always been very professional and take his job serious. I am so sad that I'm moving and want be able to use Happy Tail. If your looking for a groomer who will take of pets, then Happy Tails is the place to bring your pet.

We brought our dogs here for three years while stationed at Bragg. We had a very large boxer (85 pounds) and an even larger American Bulldog (130 pounds). After our bulldog passed, we also brought our 80 lb lab in. The boxer was a pushover letting the groomers handle him as long as they gave him lots of love. The bulldog was a bit intimidating, and less keen on having nails handled. The lab was a total spaz who had a hard time keeping still. Miguel was incredible with all of them despite them all having very different personalities. All three were always excited to arrive at the shop and came home calm and happy, looking and smelling great. The attention to detail, excelent customer service, great quality product, and extra attention to our boys was really refreshing. My family and I highly recommend Happy Tails. We hope to find something somewhat comparable in our new duty station, but the bar has been set pretty high.

My Catahoula is only one and we came in for a nail trimming. She has never been groomed alone or had a nail filing and was very scared but I trusted Miguel would take care of her. He did her nails and I could here him complaining in the back the whole time saying she was crazy. I laughed at first because she is strong and when she doesn't like something can put up a fight. He finished and came to the front she seemed happy and relieved. I started asking about other services thinking I would come back and make this a regular groomer for her. But I was wrong. Miguel told me the way she acted he could not do anything else for her. I was taken back. I understand my dog is young and new to this but for an establishment who is catering to dog care to completely deny any more service was shocking. To make a customer feel like they are a burden to your services is completely unprofessional. Also it makes the fact that they made me go down to the pawn shop to break my 20 because they had no change even though none of their services listed are more than 10 dollars. As well as not even asking for the shot records which is clearly posted out front that it is a requirement. I let it all slide in my head but to walk out the door feeling like a burden to an establishment I am giving my money to is disgusting and will not return and hope no one goes and supports such utter disrespect for dogs and dog owners.

Just moved here and thank goodness we chose happy tail!! My Aussie shepherd looks AWESOME!!! She has NEVER looked better !! Not only that ,she is very skittish and usually when I pick her up from the groomers she is shaking and bolts for the door ! They called me when she was ready and I was floored when I picked her up and she wasn't shaking at all and actually hung around for a few minutes!! Saying that these folks are WONDERFUL just doesn't seem like enough !! Another bonus : prices are great to!# we will definitely be back! Can't say enough: friendly folks, GREAT service!!!

Both dogs look and smell great. Even though I did not schedule a haircut ( JUST BATHING) they were still willing to do it. They did an amazing job. I've never had a groomer that has made their feet look so good.

We just took our labradoodle there after taking her to multiple groomers (vets and groomers alike) and I have to say that this is the best grooming that our dog has ever had. Everywhere that we have taken her, they have not listened to what we have asked our dog to look like and Miguel (the groomer we had) did an outstanding job. We will be returning to Happy Tail from this point forward as they are the best groomers in all of Hope Mills and I can tell you that we have tried them all.

Took my Yorkie (Ben) to Happy Tail's, here in Hope Mills, this afternoon!!! Ben looks fantastic. My Hubby was very pleased with the cut. Ben seemed fine and not traumatized in the least. The cut is adorable and he smells really good too!!! Kudos to those to took care of him!!! Thank you...I will be back!!! Very affordable... ;)

I have a very timid girl who's scared of just about everything but she comes back from Miguel happy. We got a new puppy as well that we take to him for baths, he treats my girls well, he works with our schedule and his prices are better than anywhere in town. Highly recommend!

Love Happy Tail! My Shitzu is elderly and doesn't tolerate much of anything anymore. He's stiff and hates his face being groomed. However, Happy Tail does a great job with him. He is always so happy when I pick him up and looks great!
