The CVS Pharmacy, on Hope Mills Road, is great under the leadership of Natalie Zoldy and the assistance of Daphne. This is a very busy pharmacy but everyone works hard to ensure that prescriptions are received as soon as possible. I love this pharmacy even when I have to wait because I know that when it’s my turn, I’ll get friendly and exceptional service! I wouldn’t go to any other pharmacy.

Been trying to refill prescriptions for weeks. Multiple phone calls on hold for 2+ hours with no answer. Just witnessed the pharmacist telling a customer they don’t care about the phones. Also the customer asked what if they’re 90 years old and have a question, then pharmacy response “They can get in the car and come up here”. Been going there for years, all my prescriptions will be switched to wal mart. Sad when the giant box store is better with customers.

Amazing staff and hardworking staff! You guys are all appreciated! I travel about 30 minutes out of my way just to do business with you guys! My hometown pharmacies literally suck and it's the customer service for me as well as the professionalism. You guys make the drive worth it! It's sad that ppl like yall never get the recognition u deserve but I'm here to tell ya! Keep doing what you guys are doing n u will win my business everytime! Just bc these other CVS lack in so many areas do not let those bad apples make u guys apart of the mess they got going on! Keep doing what u r doing n that's serving your customers in an A1 manner n it will all pay off! Thank u thank u thank u CVS s.main St. Hopemills, nc!!!!!!! Sincerely a loyal and happy customer!!

This place needs to get it together! I waited an hour to come pick meds up for my child (bc I know it takes time to fill) then I come in and end up waiting over 45 minutes. While waiting I was watching how things were ran. They had the hardest time finding customers prescription bc they were put in the wrong spots. Worker stated to the customer that the number system normally works if it was put in the right spot. Maybe more help for these 3 ladies? As a customer noticing and feeling the vibe of frustration only causes frustration for the customer. Changing pharmacy has been a thought!

It closes at 6:00 pm I can never get my medicine after I get off the line is long
