Good food and department store with a large variety of just about everything. Starbucks in front, along with pizza. Staff is friendly and courtesy. There is plenty of parking and I s always clean. Also has several restaurants out front for convenience.

I wanted to write a review specifically about a nice associate at the customer service desk today. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but she made sure to take her time and clarify things with the return. I appreciate her not making me feel like an inconvenience even though the return took longer than expected. Thanks again!

Every interaction I have had with the employees here has been great. They have all been polite and professional. The staff does a great job keeping the store clean and organized.

My wife picked up her online order to find that there were items missing (for which she had still been charged). The customer service rep told her she could go get them "but it would take her a while." So my pregnant wife had to do go around the store finding the items that the employees failed to collect out of sheer laziness. Pathetically unacceptable display of work ethic and customer service.

This Target location at Holly Springs is very neat, clean and bright.They have nice categories of varieties.The workers at this location are nice , friendly and helpful.They know what they are doing, they don’t give the customers hard time.Today We were at this Target to return a wrong size Pants, the lady was nice and returned it without asking anything.

Usually my experience with Target service is great, but I had an issue with an online pickup. Despite having a confirmation email with barcode, the representative could not find my order. I had to repurchase my items in store. Later they found it, then I had to pickup and return the items. Huge inconvenience!

This has been our go to Target since it opened. It has been clean, decluttered, with good prices, and more than helpful employees. We’ve never had any problems here.

Nice, clean store. It gets VERY busy during the holiday shopping season. Sales staff are nice and helpful, supervisors not as much. Do tend to watch checkout clerks as they sometimes fail to wrap glassware and package jewelry correctly.

This is the worst target in the area theyScammed me out of 2 thousand dollars I had bought a Lg tv for 2 thousand dollars as I got home to set it up it wasn't the same tv that was supposed to be in the box not even the same brand they had put a 200 dollar TCL tv, I had went back to explain to them what had happen they supposedly check the camera said they couldn't do nothing abt it an the manager was no help extremely rude wouldn't recommend buying anything from these people i don’t see how it’s my fault that. Yall have people stealing, or swapping TVs in the back of the store an I have to take the loss on it I will be taking this to corporate!!

Quite upset as I had a return that was partially purchased with a gift card. When I returned the item for a refund. It was put back onto a "Merchandise Card" which is ONLY good for IN STORE USE!! If you purchase partially with a gift card and you're getting a refund, then whatever is not cash should go back to a GIFT CARD where you have the OPTION to use it for a future purchase online. Target return policy STINKS!!

Normally this Target is fine. When I went to check out, there was a guy directing you to specific lanes. For some reason, he directed me to the Service Area. I had to wait for three people in front of me to return items. Meanwhile, all the normal lines were moving at a decent pace. All I had was a watch battery.Saw this Sweet Tomatoes gift card today, 6/18/2023. The chain went bankrupt in 2020. Makes me wonder about some of the others?

MICHELLE!!! I'm assuming she was the return and exchange manager, she was so amazing 😍. I called the store like 14 x and could not get an answer, so I drove up there (45 minutes) to find a toy that only y'all had in stock (it was for an autistic kiddo, so it was very important). I didn't find the toy when I got there.. Michelle was VERY patient, kind, and friendly.. she went above and beyond helping me look for and locate the toy! I have NEVER been more pleased with the customer service at a store than I was with hers! She is outstanding.. if you're reading this, Michelle- THANK YOU!!

I really want to like this store. It is the closest Target to my house, and I love Target. It is in a good strip of shops and restaurants. The staff seem to be trying hard and hire local people. The store is in good order. With that said, the store has problems from start to finish. The parking lot is a bummer. The first lane is a trap that is not connected to the rest of the lot, and the front entrance is as far away from the rest of the parking lot as they could put it. They don't have parking near the front for online orders like the rest of the target stores. The bathrooms were a war zone and as dirty as I've ever seen a Target bathroom. They have limited furniture stocked in the store. The women's clothes were hung up wrinkled. The check out lines are always long, don't have enough cashiers, and there are no self check out stations. I prefer to drive to the Apex store just because it is more pleasant.

It is very easy to describe this store in one word....MESS.This store has clearly gone downhill. It used to be the best Target in the area but it has fallen from that title badly.The store is an absolute mess now with items misplaced everywhere and the sense of organization gone.I would not recommend this location to anyone anymore.

We purchased a Netgear modem/wifi combo and realized it was not the correct model to use with our system. We never opened it. Target said we could not return it, even for store credit, since 2 weeks had passed. Even after paying extra for the extended warranty, in an unopened, sealed package. 2 weeks! No one had mentioned a 2 week return policy. They said it was on the receipt. What a joke! Not shopping at Target anymore.

Store has what most targets have. Parking is t the best due to amount of reserve pick up spots which are sorta close to entrance. Also people generally park in the fire lanes or cross walks for extended times at this location.

Great store - - Jazzlyn and Annilyn in the ladies department are awesome. We went in late last night looking for an outfit for my daughter, both ladies were genuinely kind and helped us pick out a few items and even brought a couple more items to us in the dressing room.

I can under labor shortages and the weather but the rudeness I experienced today was not acceptable. I place a pickup order around 4pm today and got at target around 7 pm mine you did not get a your is order readyor nothing. On the drive up it started come in and I understand that is was raining really bad so I went in the store to customer service and asked the lady about my order as she rolled her eyes like I was bothering her. I asked about my order I placed over two hour ago and it was still not there. She said do to the weather it was not ready. I asked the product is in the store right and she walked away . I cancelled the order and searched for my items which by the way was out of stock. So I wasted at least 3 hours of my day for a order I did not get. Thanks targets thanks a lot.

The store itself is clean and has some of the better stock in Wake Co (esp. for shoes and extended sizes)… But, don’t depend on them for a timely drive-up order. The last three times I’ve been they did not shop the order for over 6 hours, and even then I had to go in a do it myself bc the guest services worker said they didn’t have enough staff.

Love this place! My mother fell and the workers sprung into action. Calling 911 and preforming CPR. She is 68 years old and I'm glad we where in an amazing store. THANK YOU TARGET! you have gained a loyal costumer.

If I could give Zero stars I would. I had a trip I was about to go on tomorrow and I needed some last minute toiletries so I decided to head to the Target in holly springs up the road since I live about 2-3 min from the location. Now there was about 6-7 min left until the store closed at 10 pm by the time I parked. I knew exactly what I needed (not much like 3 items) and was going to be in and out in 3 min or less. So I walk in get my items and while I tried going to the station by the starbucks I come to find it's not working. Now mind you there was 3 min left until the store closes. I understand that the staff wanted to make sure they were starting to close down but I looked over to the self check out area and there was literally a line wrapped around all the way back to the kids clothing section. I see one of the employees checking someone out and I go ask why the self check out station was not working and she extremely rudely replied "I DON"T KNOW HAVE YOU TRIED IT??"" Yeah I tried it why would I be asking you if it was down or not lol. So then I walk over to the customer services station and there was a woman putting some things away not sure if it was the manager or not but I asked her if there was any way to open another self check out station since there was literally only 1-2 self check out stations open and I knew everyone was trying to leave but having 1-2 stations open when there is about 20 people waiting is not going to help you leave. This woman replied rudely and with some sarcasm I might add "THAT"S BECAUSE WE"RE CLOSED" and I replied back with well it's not helping you close or your staff leave if you have only 1-2 stations open. And then she repeated several times after that "THAT"S BECAUSE WERE CLOSED". After about 5 min they came to their senses and started opening self check out stations again to get the line moving. Not sure who was the manager on duty tonight but that is not how you treat your customers even if you're not having the best day. Leave it at the door.

Narain is the epitome of good customer service. I don’t usually write reviews but I have to commemorate him for his hard work. I came in near closing hours and even after a long day, overheard him speaking so joyfully when interacting with other customers. When I checked-out, he was efficient and extemely personable. I can tell he works hard and puts large efforts into his roll. Hats off to Narain for being the best, you deserve a raise!

I had such a horrible experiance with an employee named Narain and I went to the front service to catch his last name for my report and its Narain Sundaram who told my family we probably shouldnt come back anymore becuase my daughter accidently knocked something over he was stockinig up. I was so upset with his lack of professionalism and customer service.
