Our dog Klondike was suffering with seasonal allergy symptoms, had a few hot spots and needed a cytopoint injection. We were able to easily get a same day appointment at the Holly Springs office. Dr. Tufts and his vet tech went above and beyond to make sure Klondike felt comfortable before beginning the exam. The friendly, relaxed and caring environment of the entire staff truly ensures a positive vet experience for both you and your pet!

I LOVE Petfolk! You can always get an appointment, all fees are told upfront, plenty of options are presented, and the staff is incredible! I saw Lauren and Dr. Tufts and they were both so kind and helpful! I’ve also been to the North Hills location and loved them as well.

I am dog sitting for a friend of mine who lives an hour+ away from me. Porter needed to see a vet quickly and on a Saturday but her vet was so far away plus they were closed on Saturdays. I searched around for one that would see her but most were either closed on Saturdays or already closed for the day (this was around noon). This practice just opened up in Holly Springs and they double as an emergency clinic so they were open and they took her in right away! That just doesn’t happen very often around here. They were so nice and friendly and they took great care of Porter, plus the end total didn’t make me gasp! I will absolutely recommend this vet to friends and family and once I’m ready to get another dog of my own, this will 1000% be their vet!

Very happy with my pets visit to Petfolk. Having an urgent care and walk in for cats and dogs is amazing because you never know when you’ll need it. The staff was great and saw my pet urgently. They were gentle and friendly. They explained everything and treatment was done. It’s very modern and clean inside as well.

I have lived in different places with my doggo, and I have to say Petfolk Holly Springs Vet is definitely one of the best places I’ve gone to to get my dog care. Dr. Tufts and the vet tech (I feel so bad for not remembering their name because they are soo kind), were amazing. They listened and showed my pet great care. The staff were so caring, patient, and kind. And even when I have spoken to someone from customer service at Petfolk, they have been amazing. Petfolk is doing amazing work!

We love Petfolk. We had been going to the one at North Hills but are extremely excited for the Holly Springs location to be open. Their staff is attentive, they respond to concerns immediately, and their wellness program is great as it also includes telehealth and 24 hour chat capabilities which are convenient. Their hours are convenient and they take the time to go over every little detail from pricing to procedures to options. Thank you, Petfolk, for being so good to our pup.

I was worried about my Pom Bella-she was lethargic and not feeling well. I made the appt online and I got right in. Adrianne, the vet tech, spent a lot of time getting to know us and Bella perked up immediately. Dr Sydner came in and did a thorough exam and asked a lot of questions-she figured out when examining Bella her back was bothering her. We also did labs to rule other possibilities-they were normal. So Dr Sydner prescribed several meds to help her back and make Bella feel better. Hours later Bella is feeling a lot better, ate a good dinner, took her meds and we’ll all sleep well. It was a great visit-thank you!!

Dr. Tufts and Nichole took excellent care of our cat, who came home after an injury. Dr. Tufts explained step-by-step what the treatment would be, kept us informed of results during the treatment and gave us specific and easy to understand instructions on caring for Oliver once we brought him home. We got an appointment the same day we called. A very clean and professional office with an excellent and caring staff. This refers to the new Holly Springs office on Village Walk Drive.

I had a great experience taking my little pup to PetFolk. I was able to get an appointment same day and was greeted by the technician when we arrived. We were immediately taken to a spacious examination room and soon after met with the veterinarian. Great service and reasonable prices!

Incredible experience with Petfolk! The facilities are modern and clean. The pricing is fair and they even take AfterPay. Dr Snyder really listened to what I had to say about my pet and I didn't feel like unnecessary tests were ordered just to rack up the bill. They even texted me the next day for an update! They genuinely care about your pet AND you!

I've been a few times to the Holly Springs location and have met several pleasant and knowledgeable people. The tech that saw my dog the first time came to the room to see her today even though she wasn't assigned to us today. Dr. Tufts and Dr. Schneider were thorough and proactive.

First time at Petfolks the location is pretty new and very nice and clean. Booking an appointment was easy and convenient. The vet tech and Dr were very kind and throughly answered all of our questions. Never felt rushed during the appointment over all I recommend I did buy the 1 year plan.

My experience at Petfolk was phenomenal. All of my concerns were addressed and the staff was professional, patient, friendly and great with my dog Paris. There was no wait time and they quickly assessed and treated Paris after she was injured and left with a terrible injury from a dog bite. The facility was clean and inviting. I highly recommend their services in Holly Springs.
