Staff is always great, and they have a huge selection of high quality pet products for all variety of critter. Have been shopping here for years and will continue to do so. I'm knocking one star off only because we've had a couple of quality/storage issues with products bought here.

I visit this location frequently for bird food by the pound. The employees are always friendly and I love supporting local businesses. Until very recently the prices have been much better than large pet store chains, but today I went in and found that bird food prices have nearly doubled. Unfortunately it’s now cheaper for me to shop at other places, even with shipping costs.Update: 11 months after I posted my original review, bird food prices have increased again. What used to be 2.85 per pound is now 5.85 per pound. Disappointing

I absolutely LOVE this place! Not only is the staff always so incredibly helpful but its always clean and have sooooo much to offer. My dogs love their chews and freeze dried animal parts!!

Spoke to Taylor - was super helpful to chat about options I was looking for.Not everyone takes the time to be helpful over the phone so I really appreciate it. Love this local pet store! Our corgi is all about the frozen beef bones that they sell out of the cooler! Large selection of items and the staff is always super friendly! Always nice to be able to have a good local option over a chain and we love Pet Mania!

Called the store looking for Victor brand dog food. The girl on the phone was very helpful, going back-and-forth to check flavors and price. Once I arrived at the store the same girl (a little redheaded girl) helped me out. We looked at my victor briand but I wanted to look for something else with probiotics as well. She was very knowledgeable with skin sensitivities and foods that irritated dogs with those issues. My boy just got over a really bad fungal/yeast infection on his back. We settled on the Diamond brand, she even carried the bag up to the counter for me. She was super kind and knowledgeable, great service from this young lady today!

They have such a wide selection of raw food for dogs, and a small selection for cats. They have niche products like duck heads and necks and quail. Very fun store to shop at with reasonable prices

Every time I visit I feel welcome and appreciated! Hands down, the best local assortment of chews and treats for your canine friend! Many of which are right at knee high level so your pooch can pick their own if they like! Mine loves to pick hers! They have a variety of pet supplies for other small animals as well. Let me please reiterate that this is a great social activity for you and your dog! I have not seen a better variety of bones, horns, and hides anywhere else close to us here in Holly Springs!

I absolutely love this pet store! The owner and his staff is amazing. Although he did not remember me lol even though he met me quite a few times but hewas so sweet once I told him I was the toad girl. and that doesn't even matter..... the staf are so helpful, loving, and knowledgeable. My toad and my two dogs couldn't be happier! I look forward to seeing my sweet sister workers soon! If it wasn't for them I would go elsewhere.

I called ahead to discuss what food they would recommend for my Maltese adults and puppies. Taylor was very helpful over the phone and also in person once I made it by. The store is easy to get in and out of and a convenient drive. At her recommendation I chose Nutri Source. The kibble size is perfect for my puppies and the adult food kibble size is about the size of a chick pea. I recommend this location and their friendly staff.

Great Selection of items for the dog. We buy our dog food here, Fromm 4 Star. Great Staff, rewards program is also a nice bonus. Wish Pet Mania would bring back the 30 in bully sticks however, as the short ones dont last an hour. Every time I go, I find something fun for my pup to have.

I've been to this location and the one in North Raleigh. Both have a great selection of different products. Staff is knowledge and helpful, and Pet Mania also has a great "free bag" program after buying a certain number of bags. Prices are competitive, too, so with all that in mind, this is our default pet supply store from now on.

They have a large variety of specialty items and we are new to the area and happened to be looking for goats milk for our dogs and they were the only ones to have it. We will be back for that and much more!

They have a monopoly on Champion Dog Food (Orijen & Acana) and have been buying them for our lab mix for years. The young staff seems fairly knowledgeable and are always friendly and ready to assist. I feel like their markup is a little high, considering its a specialty store and we're buying a premium product that must be their reasoning but it also limits their customer base. The store is always well stocked, neat, clean and organized.

BEST place to get whatever you need for your pet. If they don't have it they will try and get it for you and your pet.I have a special needs dog and she needs certain food, they order it just for me so I drive 30 miles to shop at Pet Mania.

The staff was very friendly. This was my first time in because I needed meal worms and Petco had a shortage due to a supplier issue. These meal were were a bit more expensive than Petco and Petsmart so I am not sure I would want to get them here regularly, but I will until Petco resolves their issue. I do wish they had more reptile stuff. Overall, a very cute store with somewhat expensive products.

I used to go to their Raleigh store and I moved to Angier. I was glad to see they have a Holly Springs store. The dog food reward rebates they do, make it worth not going to the big box stores. I'm all for supporting a local business.

My vet at hemlock bluffs hospital recommended these guys for food and I am glad I went. Staff was nice, store was clean, on the smaller side but well organized and had what I needed. Will definately be back.

We love this store as they are one of very few that carry special brands of high quality dog foods. Great selection of everything from food, toys, bowl, etc. All your needs met in one place without having to go to the bigger box pet stores and the staff is always super helpful and polite.

Although this pet store has high quality dog food, I had the most terrifying experience with my last visit. When I entered the store the cashier and another customer (boyfriend perhaps?) had a snake out on the counter. I have a diagnosed phobia of snakes and panicked when I saw the snake. I ran away and both the customer service associate and the snake owner were laughing at me. I explained that I have a true phobia of snakes and was basically told that my fear was unfounded. The panic did not subside and I began crying out of fear. This only amused them further. As it turns out, the snake was present with the intention of scaring customers. They repeatedly said "Haha we called it!“ Your establishment is fortunate that I did not have an asthma attack or a panic attack. I will never go back to this pet store because of both the fear that I will always associate with this place and the inexcusable unprofessional behavior of your employees. This occurred Friday July 6 2018 at 4:30 in the afternoon.

Needed to get my girlz some chewies...I haven't been in the store in over a year. Staff was friendly. Since the store has been rearranged I asked if it was under new management and the young girls said yes in a few weeks. So with that being said I will come back to buy treats for my dog's. And hopefully continue to come back.

Fantastic selection of pet supplies for dogs, cats, and everything else you could need. We go here as they are our closest fromm supplier and if you have a special order you can call on Monday or Tuesday to get it placed
