The store was clean, it was organized and spacious.Many choices to choose from.It was busy for a Thursday morning.A long waiting time at the register because of only 2 registers were open.At the register it was quick, and the employee was nice, friendly and helpful.

I used to love shopping at my local Marshals in Holly Springs but ever since they put out the new floor plan it is too tight in the isles. The pet section is also smaller which is my first stop at the store

I shop at this Marshall’s frequently and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. They have a wide selection although it can be hit or miss depending on what you are looking for.

I ordered online last night and it was the wrong shoes I tried to correct it. And cancelled the lady told me that “oh I can’t cancel it. It is being process already.” This is crazy now I have to wait 5-10 days until the shoes comes then return it to Marshalls. Then I asked if she could help me locate a shoes that I wanted and direct me which location. She told me to call each location and find out myself. Ummm what a useless customer service online wow.

This Marshalls always has an amazing clearance section. Its honestly what I go in for, because typically the things on the floor are not as great. I am a fan of the company so my opinion my be slightly biased but I Marshalls does great with shoes and with their clearance. They should leave home decor to Home Goods.

We frequent Marshall’s, I have an issue with the shrinking ketches section. A few years ago, it was like 3-4 isles of kitchens gadgets, not much remains. The holy springs store seems to be more organized and provides a better shopping experience

From time to time you can find exactly what you want for really good prices, but do not go there if you are in a hurry. Long lines to pay if there is any holiday approaching. If you want to spend sometime fishing for something interesting you will spend easily 30 minutes

People better review their receipts for accuracy. We went today and we were charged for an item that wasn't in our shopping cart! Maybe the cashier wanted us to pay for this item for her. I don't know what happened with this... We went right back to get a refund asap. WTH! Usually we get good buys at Marshalls, but not today.

This store is one of my favorites is a store that is not very big, but it is always very well stocked very well, organized a lot of Always new things. You can go every day and every day and new things are bad. I am worried a lot about keeping the store well and it sells too much, it is one of the best.

Bought two pair of same pants. One still had the tags on them. The other pair I wore one time and the Seam began coming unraveled. I took both pair back to the store just hoping to exchange the busted pair. The store manager was very adamant that I had to have a receipt or original tags. She offered no other means to settle this. All i wanted was a store credit or to exchange the pants. She made me feel like a thief. So I left and called customer service and they said they could locate my receipt with my card number and the purchase amount. The store manager did not offer any of these alternatives. Just stood there saying no we can’t help you. I love Marshall’s so I guess I’ll have to find another one to shop at. Manager needs training on how to offer customers alternative solutions rather than just saying no.

The parking lot was fantastic while my wife went inside on a “tactical mission” for one item. 30 minutes later she came out with clearly more than one item. So clearly this Marshal’s is well above average in cleanliness and selection.

It is Marshall's! Fun to explore, hunt bargains and do happy dances when you bag a winner. It was crowded. It was filled with inventory. The places is the best for juniors and misses sizes. I know how they purchase their inventory, but it just saddens me when I'm buying for myself and not the family or the house, and I come out empty handed.The line was very long. There were 4 registers humming, and the folks were doing the best to keep the flow moving. I just couldn't wait longer than the time I spent shopping waiting in line to pay.Yet, I will return. It's Marshall's, what's not to love....

Just left and was going to purchase a suitcase that had a tag that said “ you found it less than 69.00… But the Marshalls tag said 79.00… when it ring up as 79.00 I asked why was this huge 69.00 tag on the suitcases… ( several of the suitcases). If the original price was less than Marshall’s price, why sell it here? The Manager Ashley H. rudely came over and said “ it’s 79.00” And proceeded to say the tag much have been switched. When in fact there were several items back there with the same tag. Well she couldn’t even apologize for the mix up, she was very dismissive, didn’t offer an explanation for the tag mishap. Then proceeded to tell another staff member how the tags were switched. When I told her once again that it looks like the original tag just wasn’t removed, she snapped “ this is a conversation between us”!….. She’s rude, I love Marshall’s, but won’t be going to that one anymore.

Marshalls has, without a doubt, the friendliest employees in the entire, incorporated, town of Holly Springs . They are consistently helpful and seem to enjoy their work (and macro-management. :) The store is very organized. The dressing room lights can temporarily blind you, but life is all about trade-offs.

This was one of the most clean and organized Marshalls I've ever been in. I'm not really understanding today's fashion for women with these colonial looking dresses so I was so happy to find some designer brand Tshirt dresses to wear this summer (Michael kors, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger). The dressing room was extremely well kept and the customer service was great at the dressing room and checkout!

Cluttered chaos, not much for kids over 5 except a few toys. Cute holiday decor but getting expensive for what it used to be clothes are pretty much full retail price at this point.

I had purchase a perfume and didn’t like the smell of it. I took it back with the box I just didn’t have the plastic on the box. They said they wouldn’t return it because of it. But that wasn’t the problem I was ok with that. But I called anyways to know their return policy the manager told me all I need is the recite to return the item. Why wasn’t the person took my return when I took the item on the first day. Very disappointing.

Wow! You forget how great the deals are at Marshall's until you go. There was lots of high end items at very reasonable prices. I have a hard time with boots since my calves are large and my feet are tiny. I found a cute pair of ankle boots for 19.99 and they are well made and comfortable. I wear ankle braces lots, but these fit so well that I could go without them! Win win for me.

I hate stores like this... Everything is so disorganized, there's no way to find a specific item without rummaging through tons of racks and aisles.

Was from out of town but in Holly Springs for a wedding. In the midst of getting ready for the wedding, realized I forgot to pack a suitable dress for the semi-formal event. Ran to Marshall’s to find they had an Amazing selection of dresses to choose from and were very well organized and maintained. At the checkout line, an employee actually rang up my items and gave me a slip at the back of the line so that when I got up to the register, all I had to do hand over the slip. AMAZING shopping experience!

Busy place and parking is tough on weekends due to all the people there. They are always changing items out.Sunday mornings is a great time to go if you need to shop on weekends.

As always store was great , Marshall’s has great sales , not enough shoes for men , employees very polite , super clean , post pandemic you can wear mask if you choose 2, If you are vaccinated you don’t need to , Great costumer service :). North Carolina at his best :)
