23Jan2022 - it's a different setup, not sure if all of them are switching but there are more defined sections. They have also added a new section for items above $5. The bathrooms could use a little more attention but I guess you can't control the slobs that use it!

the last time i was here before christmas i had asked for assistance at the register and the older lady at the front ignored me while being on her phone and talking to her coworkers/staff maybe? and had to figure the machines nonsense on my own. also the employees looked miserable and unmotivated, perhaps maybe theres a lack of quality leadership. this is certainly not the store it once was. been going to the cary location instead ever since and i suggest u, the reader of this review, do the same

Great place to pick up cheap what knots and unique products. They always have something that I can use or want.

My daughters and I were there on the 4th of February in the evening and they were getting ready to close which I understand they want to go home but the lady told me they were closing and I said yes I know then I get up there at the register looking to see if it's cash or card register and she said I can ring you out I said I can do it I just wanted to make sure it's for cash well she stood there that whole time and put my stuff in my bag and I say put but she threw it in my bag bit my card that I had bought then she watched me put my money in and then she walked away then just as we were leaving I look back and she put her hands up like she was praying and saying yes yes they're gone which I think is rude because of it wasn't for the customer she wouldn't be getting a check then I asked her if a manager was there and they said no and another lady at the counter was rolling her eyes the whole time I was trying to explain that I thought that was rude for her to put her hands up that we had left I hate to be rushed and that's exactly what she was doing and she was looking back at my cart the whole time I was ringing up my stuff so I asked her what her name was of course she said she didn't feel comfortable giving me her name because if you wasn't doing nothing wrong you would have gave me your name so when I talk to the manager because I asked for a manager of course there was not one on hand so when the owner sees this I want you to get in contact with me with a reply on here because I don't appreciate that and I hope everybody sees this and does not go to that store because they are rude and until I see or talk to a manager I will be up there to show the manager who they are since they didn't want to give me their name..

I LOVE THIS FIVE BELOW! One of the managers there is exceptional at his job! He remembers what you like from the store and will let you know when they are getting a new shipment in! Great stuff there for wonderful prices! 10000/10!

Clean store here in Holly Springs, cool and values abound. I couldn't leave without grabbing a laptop table with pillow for $5. Such a deal!Staff was ultra friendly, helpful and much needed after dealing with other businesses that need lessons in customer care.

we found these awesome posters towards the back of the store but unfortunately they were out of stock for the day. we asked a sales associate, Leslie i believe her name was, if they had anymore in the back. she told us they were out and went the extra mile by giving us the ones on display, she made our day! We absolutely loved the posters and her.

Always a great go to especially for last minute pool party supplies. Staff are very nice and everything is up to date especially with the self check out registers.

I hadn't been in a Five Below this large. I found lots of things that were not in the store closet to me. The variety was nice. I left out spending more then I entended. :-)

Jocelyn is such an incredible worker with a amazing enthusiasm to her, never have a gotten nor expected such service from a 5 below but she definitely exceeded my expectations

It just as every 5 below self checkout now a person gets paid to tell me what self checkout to use, several questions later on a credit only terminal and I can finally walk put woth my one item. I believe it took longer to checkout than to walk the whole store woth a 5 year old. This minus two stars I don't want to have to answer all your questions while checking out and waste my time having to touch more things than I should have to during covid19!

I can't stand this company. Overpriced dollar tree. Everything they sell is junk. I don't think we have ever bought anything from 5 below that last more than a couple of days, Not to mention the fact that they sell stuff over $5 when the store is literally called 5 below. This company is a joke in my eyes.

A nice lady greeted us at the door, we were in and out. On an unrelated note, people don't social distance and we had a loud brat run into us and the parents don't say anything nor do they apologize for the mistake they brought into the world.

Novel store. Enough of a selection to make visiting worth it. Liked the movie style candy section and will return to stock up for family movie nights.
