I don't normally write reviews as I think they mostly go unnoticed. I am hoping this one will get the attention it deserves. Ash Patel and her staff at CVS inside the Holly Springs, NC Target are the absolute best in the business! We have lived in Holly Springs since 1997 and have had experiences with good pharmacists in the area. Even compared to the these pharmacists, Ash exceeds all expectations. She and her staff always deliver excellent service with a smile. Ash has always made the time to meet with myself or my family members when we needed to discuss a medication, side effect, etc. We appreciate her depth of knowledge, exceptional customer service, kindness and her investment in our well being. I just want to thank Ash and her staff for their commitment to their role in healthcare and customer service!!

Multiple issues with this pharmacy!- 1st not clear on the instructions, so I almost left home without my prescription(noticed missing medicine in the car by pure accident and had to walk back to the store), because they were not clear that I had to wait for them to mix the medicine.- 2nd, my antibiotic got spilled in the car when got nocked off(lid wasn’t closed properly I suppose) so I called immediately to ask for new refill. They told me to just come back tomorrow to pick it up.When my husband showed up to pick get it, they refused, saying we have to call the doctor to request new refill!!!! (So why??? you didn’t tell me this yesterday?! 🙄 before I sent my husband)They refilled it eventually, after after I spoke to the manager… but why everything has to be so not clear and complicated! Ugh!

Ashmita and Edna are THE best! Love these two ladies. Never had such a wonderful experience in any pharmacy anywhere. They always go out of their way to help me save $$ and do what’s best for my health. I’ll be a lifelong customer at the CVS in Target Holly Springs!!

Edna is amazing. I arrived at CVS, hoping to get my son his antibiotic before the pharmacy closed at 1:30 for lunch. I arrived at 1:28, and Edna patiently helped me. She is efficient, fast, kind, and professional. I LOVE this pharmacy.
