I love tractor supply! They always have great customer service and friendly staff. The store is always organized and clean. They now have a vet service available that has walk-in appointments which I do recommend!

Horrible... you can only buy a trailer on Fridays, as thats the only day the Notary is available... and sales person was very rude about it. Edit.. I called the number you gave me, was promised Mike the manager would call...instead the person that told me NO called and told me I misunderstood....I didnt misunderstand NO. This went from bad to worse...and MIKE never called, just the employee. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

I have low opinions of other major hardware chains. I like tractor supply they are reasonable priced and well stocked in genre if not a specific brand and their generic brand is comparable for clothing. I don’t like that as I get older the size small seems to be ceding territory to L and XLL and XXL, as Americans I suppose we Americant waste space on small framed clothing because we use our tractors to supply co rn to eat in abundance (thank you Earl Butz) which spikes blood sugar levels leading to excessive insulin levels in our blood which causes us to convert the sugar in said corn to fat deposits which we store in our (earl) butts which necessitate XL and Pro Max sized cuts for Carhartt denims. Helpful staff, some more knowledgeable than others. Friendly and necessary livestock and pet services department for our farm animals (and dog washing station). Wheel chair accessible. Bathroom facilities available. Loading area for “pro” users though Apple has effectively killed any meaning in the word ‘pro” at this point everything is pro ultra max uber ales. I wish they had less John Deere stuff and more international harvester but these are small things. I recommend it (then Ace) above the other two bigger boxier options.

The staff are usually helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly. Selection of supplies and tools is limited but adequate. I like TSC for speed of getting in and out compared to other similar establishments.

The staff was very helpful and friendly as well as the cashier who was very personable and enjoyable to interact with. Store was stocked much better than other times I have been there.My only negative experience was waiting for 15 minutes to use the ladies restroom due to the store manager using it. I feel sure he wasn't cleaning it because he exited without cleaning products and the roll of paper towels was sitting on top of the dispenser, not in it. Is this an acceptable practice for the male staff to use the ladies restroom? I hope not.

Employees are kind and helpful at this store. They usually have everything I need in stock and if they don't, I can get it shipped to the store or to my house. The store is always clean and orderly. I've never seen it messy. I’ve been to several of their stores and while all the staff at each store is kind, this is my favorite one to go to.

I only gave one star because I had to. This place was awful so was the manager and another employee. I will give a shoutout to colin though for trying to make it right and being so sweet. I purchased a dog bath and went to the car to grab my two dogs, while doing this two people walked into the dog wash and began giving the dogs a bath. I then approached a boy and said hey, I am so sorry but I purchased a dog bath and I was told I could walk right in, I didn’t want to wait in the store due to my dog being overstimulation and not like to be around other dogs. I was going to go in give them a bath and leave. Well he proceeded to say “ that’s not my problem”. So so rude. So then the manager came out and said that they could have purchased one in front of us and did the same thing we did. Mind you the lady giving her dogs a bath game out and asked for towels which was given to me upon a purchase. That right there tells me she didn’t purchase one. The store manager went back and asked and she said they had a receipt but said she didn’t check the dates???? As someone who previously done business, you ALWAYS check the date duh. The manager and the little boy began to laugh and I proceeded to tell her that her district manager will know. She was absolutely not manager material. You want someone who can handle these matters in a professional way, not like a teenager. I was so mad at the way the staff treated me (other than colin) and how they had absolutely no professionalism. We are always repeating customers but I most definitely will never walk into a tractor supply again.

I bought baby chickens and ducks here and now their baby were born in my back yard and take their eggs everyday.AndI bought chicken feed here . It's a wonderful place.

Been shopping at this store from the day it opened, must have purchased well over 10k worth of products here. Have never had any problems with the staff, sometimes you have to be patient and wait your turn if you require any help because the store does get quite busy. As of late, say the past year it's been very difficult getting the animal and poultry feed we normally do. The staff says they have no idea what is going to be on the delivery trucks or when the trucks will arrive. You can not order any bulk feed from the store either. If you try to order online, there is no free shipping to the store and the cost to ship a $15 50lb bag of feed to the store is close to $30! A 20 bag order would cost $600 to ship! Something is very wrong with the distribution chain. I know it's no just this store, none of the stores within 50 miles from here have products. I hate to say this but we order online from amazon now, free shipping and next day delivery. Brand name feed at less than the posted price is at this store.

I was satisfied with my experience mainly because I was greeted by Will on my way in. That immediately made me feel at home while shopping. Because if the stores' layout, I was quickly able to find my pretty supplies and checkout in a timely manner. They are always well stocked whenever I stop by.

Sometimes they have what you need or what they advertise online, and sometimes they don't. It's oftentimes difficult to find an associate to help you find something as well. Today, I asked the cashier where the pond pumps were. She told me, and I went back there, but there were no pond pumps. I came back up front to leave and she asked if I'd found them while I was on my way out. I stopped and told her that I hadn't. She told me she knew they were back there because she just sold one today. I just shrugged and left. If that was the case, then maybe go back there and find it for me if you're so sure.

I enjoyed this store. Friendly, helpful staff. This store is very well stocked. They have most things that a home gardner or outdoor worker needs.

The fact that this place is still in business appalls me. Hardly anyone has ever been there to help out, they never have any of the products I’m looking for that should be there and the manager is shockingly rude to employees and customers, his name is Brian btw. I’ve witnessed him publicly humiliating a cashier in front of customers and racially stereotyping another customer about the price of a gate. No wonder he has so few people working for him. I’ll never set foot in this place again.

A very small store and sometimes hard to navigate when they have a crowd inside. A-lot of the isles seem very cramped and hard to walk through. I have had no issues with customer service as a-lot of people have had but I guess that just depends on the situation.However, for a small home improvement store, if you are in the area, it is worth the time to check it out.

Be careful ordering online. After Tractor Supply requested a review, I wrote one critical of my order (no bad language, just the facts about the product and how it arrived) and they sent me an email saying "It cannot be published to the website, but our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines".I want full transparency when I use a site's reviews and apparently, they do not support that policy.

My husband and I mainly go here because of Karla and Kayla, and the great prices. These two are so friendly and super helpful - they make the place. You know, I've seen them run the place practically on their own - they deserve a lot of praise and compensation - and a little more help I'd say! :) Customer service - super friendly - is EVERYTHING nowadays - I really appreciate their unique "Texas standard" friendliness (we're Texans). Keep up great work! If either of them leave I'd probably start going more to Gro Smart down the road, the small family owned business, also super friendly.

I missed the turn the first time I went to this location. Access to it's parking lot is actually from a side road with entry behind the building which is a little annoying. The people at this locations are very nice. Sometimes they get busy really busy though but no one will come help the single cashier. Sometimes they are out of stock of the flavors of pet food I want but I probably spoil my pets anyway. But the store is clean and organized.

Product selection is quite good, and it's a fun place to shop. Good prices on quality feed, hardware, and products that are helpful for rural living. Staff is consistently friendly and helpful, although they're frequently understaffed. It's always worth the visit, and a great addition to our community..

William was very very polite and professional. Out of all the times I go in He seems to always be there to greet me and others. He is always helpful to everyone and very knowledgeable where everything is located in the store. For the store itself I wish it had a little more stuff but for the most part is great.

One of the worst online stores in retail. Horrible store to store transfer policy. Dystopian dysfunctionality in a time where online commerce essential to business success.Shipping options alone are nightmarish enough to send customers to competitors. They offer same day delivery of items not in store inventory, then your order disappears into the ether. You never get it and you never hear from them. Same day delivery option confusingly offered to people who live outside of delivery area, then order form freezes when you try to remind it you do not live in the same zip code as one of their stores.Most retailers will gladly transfer an item from one store to another at no charge to the customer. Most will also order your item and not charge you a shipping fee when you pick up at the store. Not Tractor Supply. TS will charge you to ship an item from one store to another, usually the same amount it will cost to ship to you directly. Hence, you will pay full freight to ship it to the store where you will then have to go and pick it up.My local store, Hillsborough, oddly refuses to stock the items I request all the time (compressed bail Standlee Timothy). All the other stores in the region carry it. When they have handled it, it sells out quickly. But, mostly, they don't stock it. Nobody seems to know why. Store employees often seem exasperated with having to check stock. With a few exceptions, employees seem unhappy and annoyed when asked for assistance.

I went there to buy a lawnmower tonight.I told the cashier I wanted to buy the lawn mower. The cashier told me to wait outside and someone would help me.The person outside told me I needed to go inside and pay for it after being told to go outside and wait for him. I explained to him that that was exactly what I just tried to do.The cashier inside told me the price had been reduced on the lawn mower but wasn't sure why. He then tried to sell me a 2 year warranty for $80. I told him I would be fine with the manufacturer warranty. He said that was fine and he understood.After showing the person outside my receipt, He unchained the lawn mower.Being my 1st self propelled lawn mower I was curious about the functions of the mower and how it operated. I asked for the owner's manual and was told they could not provide one for me. They then told me I was welcome to look it up online.When I asked why this was, I was told that it was reduced price and they could not provide an owner's manual because it had already been previously purchased and returned. I was then assured multiple times that it had not been used.I know how to start a lawn mower, but I asked the employee to show me how to start it anyway. When he did, black pieces of dirt and grass flew out from under the lawn mower. He still insisted that it hadn't been used.By this time, the manager was out front with us and when I asked her if it was previously used, she told me it wasn't. I then told her about what had shot out when the mower was started. When she lifted the deck, it was caked in dirt and grass.Her reply was "Well, I know the other two aren't used because I put those together myself earlier today".I immediately asked for a refund explaining that I was under the impression I was buying a new mower and definitely not comfortable with this situation. The manager said she understood and I went back and got a refund after much difficulty with the cashier not finding it in inventory.These people tried to take me for a ride.Went next door to Home Depot (literally ) and found the same mower for cheaper. I don't know how these people stay in business.

Always a good shopping experience here. Great selection and very good quality of merchandise. Many farm/tool specialty items here on hand when you may have a immediate need and don't want to wait to order an item. Staff support is always good.Highly recommend

Selection of merchandise was good. Found a pair of Justin workbooks I've only seen online and bought them. My issue was the staff didn't seem too knowledgeable on my questions and the female cashier was unprofessional when she handed me my receipt. She was like, "here." Even asked her if they carried reflective work jackets and she said "you'll have to call customer service." Really?! You can't just tell me if you have them or not, without pawning it onto someone else? I've never been to Tractor Supply before today (Saturday 11/23) and I'm not impressed. Went to the Roxboro location later in the day and at least the cashier was friendly and offered me a rewards subscription. I won't be returning to the Hillsborough location.

Everyone is so helpful, there's been plenty of times that they've been super busy, but never fails, more than one person will stop and make sure we're finding what we need or ask if we have a question. Very knowledgeable too. We've had an issue with feed one time and they didn't hesitate to fix it.

Horrible customer service! Wasted almost 15 waiting inline to check out because employee was incompetent and could not operate the cash register. Manager came over and instead of helping she became confrontational and hostile towards customers. I left my item and walked out, but not after giving her a piece of my mind. Obviously the manager and her staff do not care about business or customers.Take your business and money where you will be valued as a customer, stay away from this place!

Very unfriendly manager with poor customer service skills. She didn't try to help me or ask questions or offer to contact another location to see if they had the item I was looking for. She had an OLDer gentleman employee put stall mats in my car - didn't offer to help or anything. I'm 4'10" and I had to help this guy. Those mats are 100+lbs each! I didn't mind helping - just never experienced such blatantly poor customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

This evening I had to go in and return a husqvarna saw I bought. However, I did not purchase the store warranty although the factory warranty is 2 years which I was well within. The manager working at the time worked with me in order to exchange for another saw because I let her know that I was in a pinch due to time and I needed a saw ASAP. This wasn’t just given and I had to explain my dissatisfaction with the saw etc. but she was very understanding and I had to purchase the in store warranty in order to exchange but that was very understanding considering the time I would’ve lost dealing with husqvarna themselves....I already wasted an hour on the phone and never talked to a single person. The Manager was Renee Emery and she made my experience with this store more than satisfactory. This is the kind of experience you should have at any store when spending that kind of money. I highly recommend this place. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
