Refused to groom my pet husky because he needs more than one groomer to work on him. He’s a good dog that never has issues with a groomer, so this was surprising. Was also told to take him to a petco or pet smart. What a slap in the face. For example, imagine your good hair salon turns you away and tells you to go to great clips. This place also states that they work on severe matting, yet won’t groom my NON matted dog. I would never ever take any of my pets here again in my lifetime.

Joanne is amazing! And the groomers they take such good care of our sweet Shitzu, and he comes back home looking fresh and feeling amazing!

I had a terrible experience at this place a few years ago. The owner who was going to groom my little dog refused to do it after I had been waiting for over a month for the appointment. Not taking my dog wasn't the problem, the problem was the very rude way she treated me. She was disrespectful, defiant, and really mean. I think had a lot to do with me having an accent and not being her typical customer for her expensive place. I felt discriminated against and mistreated. I read other negative reviews about this place. Don't bring your dogs here if you want to avoid being humiliated in front of other employees and customers. It is really an awful place.An hour later I took my dog to a local pet store. They groomed my dog with no problems. The owner of Oh La La Pet Spa had said to me that to groom my dog a vet needed to be present because my dog was too matted. Nothing happened to my dog. The other groomer at the pet store did a fantastic job and treated me as a human being. She did not think that anything was wrong with my dog. Very different opinion from the Ooh La La Pet Spa's owner who had an attitude since she saw me and my dog.

Have been going to Ooh LA LA for 12 years now and would never carry my pups anywhere else. Joanne and her Team are all so nice and the fitness of their work is impeccable. They stay booked out for a reason...they are THE BEST!!!!

Ooh La La Pet Spa always provides great service when I bring my dog in to get her nails cut. I used to like getting her nails cut but they tell me every time that she is well behaved so obviously they know what they're doing and they must be doing something right.

Ooh La La does a great job grooming our Wheaton Terrier. She is very skiddish but is able to remain calm because of the talented groomers.

I was so upset when I picked up my dog from the spa. She was supposed to have a bath with her own shampoo, which is Rx, and that was not done. My dog was not given what I scheduled her for, which was a bath, clipped nails, and ears cleaned. The spa called me to pick up Graceland at 1:14 pm. She was dropped off at 12 noon. She weighs 98 pounds and there is no way she could have been bathed and dried in an hour and 14 minutes. She didn't smell like her shampoo and she didn't have a wet spot on her. Never will I go back again. Poor Service.

This is an awesome place with wonderful friendly staff!! I h.c ave been taking my little guy there for MANY years and have had NO problems what so ever. They have even brought to my attention something I needed to see a vet about that I would have missed. They care about our pets and will not hesitate to tell you if there is a problem or if it is unsafe to groom your dog at that time. These people are experts in there field. I trust them and believe me I'm picky when it comes to my baby.I was a witness to something this morning that upset me a customer was told they would not groom her dog because of incredibly horrible mats. It was explained it would hurt her dog. Sad her dog had to be in that condition in the first place so shame on you. This person decided to go a route in her complaint about discrimination against her personally, again shame on you!!! They were nothing but kind and honest and tried to comfort you. Maybe you need to re-evaluate.

Called at 9:49 and was able to walk in for a nail trim by 10:30. Same price as Pet Smart but only 5 miles from our house. Friendly staff and quick service. Plus we get to support local businesses.

A year after taking our 11lb, 1 year old Shih tzu to this place, we're still dealing with trauma to whatever happened there for a standard grooming service.We STILL can't get near his paws with clippers to trim his claws even though we had no problems at home prior to this visit. Something happened here and it was definitely noticed when my wife was contacted, demanding to pick him up. We were even charged a handling fee and warned not to bring him back unless prescribed a doggie Xanax.Seriously? This dog was not even a year old, completely harmless, and very tame. F*** this place.

This was the first time I took my puppy for a grooming. They hurt his ears and it required a vet visit and a $170 bill for medication. They scalped his bum which also required medication. Don't take your dog here.
