Gas prices $4 a gallon so when you drive to the store and said it is closing at 4PM, WTH!!!!!! And then went to other store 5PM closed. From what the neighbors said it has been ongoing. Calling corporate in the morning and returning to see the owner.

Came to shop but was told I couldn’t pee before I bought somethin. So I just left and went to Walgreens. This place has been a disappointment on numerous occasions if it’s not having anybody to actually be at the front so you can check out or just nothing being stocked and now this. I’ll never come back. Straight trash. Don’t waste your time.

If I could I would rate this store location negative stars!!! Not only was I a customer at this location I was a past employee ( worst mistake of my life) not only is this stores location in disarray it is just flat out a mess and beyond disorganized on top of it the store manger Cindy talks negatively about customers and employees to other customers and employees I had plains to quit as soon as I found another job but came sooner rather then later when she tried to accuse me of stealing merchandise and cash when it came time for it to be investigated they refused to look back on the cameras properly from the beginning instead kept trying to play it backwards and still say I was stealing when in fact it was a drink I brought in with me before my shift I was a key holder for another location and not once did I have any issues with any of my merchandise going missing or any of my tills or deposits coming up short needless to say I quit that day. I would not suggest for anyone to work at this location until management is replaced

If I could I would give this dollar general no stars. I went in to pick some small items and the store manager Cindy was extremely rude. She did not greet me at the register.. she took my items and threw them in the bag. Snatched the money out of my hand and did not say have a nice day or anything. She kept complaining to the customer behind me that she was tired and she didn't even wear her face mask. If you are in management you are supposed to set an example for your employees. After interacting with Cindy I do not blame the employees for their bad attitudes, it is obviously a reflection of management.

I will not be back your cashier yelled at me and another customer cause we didnt have a mask on. Well went in to buy a stupid mask to begain with cause i knew i didnt HAVE ONE ON HAND .very unprofessional. Than she tried to speak to me like nothing happened. wish i could given no STARS FOR THIS LOCATION.

The customer service at this store sucks. It never open in time always closes early. The employees has very negative attitude and don’t like to help customers, never has product on shelves.if this keeps happening it might as well close permanently….

This is a fairly new DG store. Ample parking and the shelves are well stocked. They have lots of backed to school last minute items and a nice display of greeting carfs for every occasion. I really like this store. They also have clean, stocked restrooms and thats a plus during Covid.

Well I think everyone loves Dollar General...that said,I can skip the obvious "great prices" "friendly staff" ectra...however this particular location has always been nothing short of wonderful to me and my family..Regardless of the time we show(RIGHT before closing alotta times)we're always treated with the respect one should,never made to feel like we are being rushed even IF it's past closing,and the store itself is always stocked well and clean for all the product considering,its amazing they do that well! Never an issue in store as everyone is kind and helpful. Thanks DG Hillsborough Team!

A suitable alternative to the Walmart if you don't want to cross downtown. Friendly service. Good selection except for clothes. It's very hit or miss. But everything else is in fairly good supply.

Staff was friendly. Aisles are too close together and they were restocking in the middle of the day. I really hate it when stores do that. It was organized compared to other DG I've been to.

Dollar General is great economical store that saves you a lot of money.I buy detergent,dishwashing liquid,paper towels, toilet tissue,and cleaning products there. I purchase these things at Dollar General because it is cheaper than Walmart. It is only 15 minutes from my house.

I love Dollar General. We have 2 in my hometown. I especially love the $1 aisle. So many name brand for just $1. Their sales are awesome especially if you're an extreme couponer.

Needed help finding something and the lady working took me to it not just point in 5he general direction. Also they have up bet music playing. Not Rap or profanity. Very clean store

1st, items on sale often ring up regular price because of bad signage or poor zoning 2. Night cashier more than once sitting in another aisle on the cell phone once with audacity to text while checking me wait and locate them in store 3. A clearance aisle doesn't mean fill shopping carts with random unmarked items that customers have to dig through to even see what may or may not be on sale and almost never has a price tag and never an indication of what the original price was. I've never encountered true clearance prices outside seasonal stock items and the thing that INFURIATES me the most is showing up to a closed store hours before they are scheduled to close. All lights on, with paper sign "closed store at sundown for employee security"

Decent prices. Jam packed though and sometimes difficult to manuver through. Slow check out. Has various items cheaper than the Walgreens nearby like children's Tylenol, drinks, and baby items.

Could not get the coupon $ savings app to connect. Even the 2 associates tried to help but, were as unsuccessful as I was. I lost out on all the savings the on line coupon app could have saved me. It was very disappointing but, one one of the associated did give me a $5 coupon for part of the savings I would have gotten with the app. Thank You Robin for your $5 coupon.
