I've been shopping here since they first opened the Hillsborough location, back when it was just Mary and her husband working the shop. I recently started going again after taking a hiatus and I was amazed at how much the shop has changed!The selection is still great but the advances in the hemp space means WAY more choices and options.The last few times I've stopped in, Sabrina has helped me find exactly what I've looked for. She always seems to be more than happy to help and embodies the customer service attitude that I believe has always been at the heart of this store.Keep up the great work guys! We are super lucky to have a resource like this around!

The Carolina Hemp Hut has always proved excellent goods and fabulous service! They always have a wide variety of Delta gummies and continue to grow their stock; I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for their CBD needs! Sabrina and Megan (I think their names were) were super friendly and knowledgeable on what they had and the effects of their products!

I’ve visited Carolina Hemp Hut about 3 times now- each time I felt welcome from the moment I entered the shoppe. On my initial visit, I had quite a few questions and customer service was outstanding! Both Carlos and Brandon were not only pleasant to talk to, they were extremely knowledgeable and were so helpful in recommending a few terrific products (from an extensive inventory) that best suited my needs. I highly recommend visiting this Hemp Hut… you won’t be disappointed!

Ordered from website and got my order the very next day. I was surprised how fast the shipping was and happy to get my order. I ordered two things one smelled very good however I'm giving a 4 because personally the product tasted too much like chemicals to me. I don't know if that's normal but other than that I don't have much issue with the products

I had a problem with resetting my password and also had questions concerning an upcoming order. I sent an email to support late on a Friday night. By the time I awoke Saturday morning I had a response from Mr. Carter. He stated in the email to call their support number and we could take care of the issue. Considering it was the weekend I had just planned on leaving a message and MAYBE hearing from someone by the next weekend. To my surprise the number was directly to Mr. Carter. He quickly took care of both issues for me. His friendliness and expertise was refreshing to say the least!! His actions have earned the Carolina Hemp Hut a lifelong customer. And I haven’t even begun to talk about their awesome selection and unbeatable prices! Everyone even thinking about trying THC/CBD(in any form) should start their journey at Carolina Hemp Hut!! And the Hut is great for the experienced THC consumer!P.S. Don’t forget to ask about their NEW items!!

Amazing people! I accidentally put in the wrong address, and when I got a hold of staff it was already picked up and shipped out so it was too late to change the shipping address. Pros: Excellent and knowledgeable customer service, store is clean and stockedCons: Prices. You'll pay through the nose by shopping here. Roughly 60% higher than local competitors online.I enjoy their store and wish to return but they've essentially priced themselves out of the market.

Fabulous prices, I actually couldn't believe my eyes I ordered 12 grams and didn't even spend 100 bucks ( not even close) . This will be my "go to " shop from now on . I couldn't be happier! Walking into the store for the first time, I was immediately blown away with sense of how high quality of an establishment Hemp Hut is. It is levels above any other competing store by miles.Every item in the store feels like it has earned its place on the shelf with purpose. I am located in Alabama, I started ordering online from here a bit ago because of the prices (far better than what I could find locally). I have kept coming back because of that, the selection, but mostly the outstanding customer service. I’ve goofed up an order twice now- Keven has actually helped me twice and I have to say, he deserves a raise. You guys are doing everything right- and I’ll continue to be a customer forever. I can’t sing enough praises for Keven, or for your store. (But seriously though, you guys need to get him a cake, edible arrangement, his favorite food/snack in basket form- the man deserves it, he’s amazing)If you’re in doubt about giving this place a try- don’t be. Carolina Hemp Hut is one of the few places (aside from going online) where I've been able to find CBD products for pets. I've got an aging pup that struggles with mobility so I'm very grateful for their selection & knowledgeable staff. Dave is patient, kind & takes the time to explain products I'm unfamiliar with. I'd definitely recommend this store to others in the area looking for "feel good" treats for either themselves or their pets.

I bought a 3 gram disposable last or week maybe a little later fast shipping the disposable is good except for the fact everytime i try to take a hit i cant because its ALWAYS CLOGGED dosnt matter if its standing up or laying on its side ive noticed its going down super fast without me hitting it the customer service is unmatched.Edit: Thank you Keven at the hillsborough location for your help and also the gift I recieved. Can't wait to try more products.

If you are a veteran or just curious about "Green therapy" this is the ONLY spot you should be taking your business! Not only do they have an absolutely stellar collection of products and dosages. The staff are absolute rockstars who know the products inside and out.. they answered every question, helped with product suggestions, and made the entire experience amazing from the moment I walked into the door. Trust me if you have ever considered trying any CBD or Hemp products this is the place to start your wellness journey. Wish I could leave more then 5 stars! A true 10/10 experience.
