I will never shop here again! And call it petty if you want to. But I coupon. I don't extreme coupon. And I know how frustrating it can be from both perspectives. But I went in there to get just a few things that were expiring, but really great deals! And they all rang up on the GD app, and I shouldn't have had any problems! I have 't at any other dollar general's, ever! And the manager refused to let me buy 6 products. Absolutely refused. Even though the dollar general app was not glitching. I was not "glittering" they were things stated on the coupons!! And she refused to sell them to me. Needless to say I will never be back there. Nor will any of my friends or family. I'd say she was the one being petty. Smh. Anyways. The one off of exit 113 (off of I40) is amazing :) and they actually have great customer service!

Staff is great but they seem to be shorthanded. The place could also be a lot more organized. During certain hours beware of lurking meth heads in the parking lot. There have been a few robberies at this particular store, unfortunately.

Omg oh my God it's so OCD everything in this store was in a place not on the floor not hiding somewhere it was right there in plain sight. Tell you one thing this is going to be my favorite store from now on. My experience was excellent. And the girls are super friendly.

I didn't spend very much time here and this was only my second time even going in there but both times I've gone in the Staff seems to be helpful,friendly,courteous and professional also the store seems very well stocked very clean and Organized.If I lived near here I would definitely recommend this place as far as Dollar Generals go it's probably the nicest one I've ever been to.

I have shopped in this location for almost four years but after my last few trips there I will go the extra few miles to granite or Valdese. This store is always a mess! You can barely get threw the aisles because they have stuff sitting all in the floor.The employees........ well they don’t have but maybe two. A lady is always on the register with a line to the back of the store while the “Manager” is outside smoking or chasing shop lifters threw the parking lot cussing.The is by far one of the worst stores I’ve been in.

It's a decent dollar general but allowing sketchy people to hang around the registers and customers who are paying for things is a little unsettling and should not be allowed.... is it going to take someone's numbers being stolen before anything is done about it.... not to mention how unsettling some of the people are

They never have stocked what you need. I can honestly say that this one is way better than the one in Icard NC. I'm just so sick and tired of not being able to get what I need all because they have no help or thats what I am told everytime I ask. I ACTUALLY CAME IN ONE NIGHT ABOUT 20 MINS BEFORE they close and the workers made sure I knew i only had 10 mins and rushed me and yet they was standing around in a circle yapping and talking away doing nothing instead of unstocking all these floats that are just sitting in the isles and boxes of totes everywhere.

Extremely dirty and a very rude cashier on the night of November 25th. My daughter asked to use the restroom. Cashier said we don't have one. Meanwhile bathroom key hanging out of her back pocket. I have been here often enough that yes they do have a bathroom. And no I will not come back to this dollar general.

The store is a lot cleaner than it used to be. The staff seems to change up quite a bit. They are still low on a lot of products, but overall they aren't too bad.

This is my normal dg that I go to now,there,is a new manger he is super nice greets everyone he sees offers any help and the cashier Pauline is on point there is,one cashier she's,really skinny blowfish brown hair kind of like a tome boy she does not jave customer service skills last time she checked,me,out all she did,was complain and said people need to,leave and go,home,cause she,was,not,in,the,mood,to,deal with it

Watch your receipt. Sometimes your not getting the price that's below product. The sale price won't be in their cash register system yet. They will trick you with those price tags under the wrong product. When you start to buy a certain product regularly, the price goes up most of the time. But these things happen in all stores. I only go to Dollar General when I have to now.

This one is one of the better ones but they need more employees @ every Dollar General ....the reason is it always takes so long in a DG no matter where u are idk why the lines are always wrapped around and out the door?!?!

Stores in vale, lawndale, hildebran our dirty and not stocked properly. Bthere is always messy shelves, freight sitting in the isles that is piled up so you cant get through the store to shop. I know that this isnt a problem ar other stores because you go in them and they are clean stocked and no freight in the isles

I come to this store because the one close to Longview has a horrible entrance & picks the car up off the street on one side. So I will go a little out of my way to keep from going into the drive to the parking lot in Longview.

Store was a mess..just completed inventory and stock had dwindled down alot..spent 15 minutes looking for an item the manager and all other employees did not know the location either...poor run store... cluttered and needed a good cleaning...

Customer service is great but like most dollar generals there is stuff everywhere. It's impossible to navigate easily I could only imagine if you had to take kids in with you.

Have a little of everything without having to go all the way to Walmart. The prices are cheap too. A box of candy is $1. The same box at CVS is $1.50 on sale. The store is a little messy especially when they are stocking but I can get around that.

Well then.it was ok until i be came stuck at the tuppaware row for pert near an hold hour just stood there comparing prices of tuppa ware between walmart and dollar G.folks if any one would have told me that me. DP would be there doing that at anytime in mu life time.I would have them chain me to a greatbig TREEL.LOL ITS JUST ME.MR.WONDERFUL OR I MENT MR.SHOPPINGMAN PAGE.BYE NOW YE ALL.

Good store. Sometimes the help is not that helpful. But beats about if other stores I've been in.
