I love hats! But the reason I visited this shop was to find something different than the ones I already had. Aubrey was awesome beginning the process by taking a measurement, listening to some ideas I was considering and she deftly began suggesting styles and colors which were most flattering for my face shape and coloring. I was able to find exactly what I wanted quickly. She was so helpful and I look forward to my next visit. Thanks so much for your help Aubrey!! 🙂

Wide selection of hats; however, there were less fedoras than I would have preferred. Prices were a bit high, but one should expect that in Highlands. Staff was very courteous and helpful. If you don't see your size, ask because the company may have others in its storeroom. I would definitely visit again.

My husband and I cannot say enough positive things about The Highlands Hatter. Derek and Aubrey are an amazing duo working in the shop together. Their energy makes you excited about all of the potential hats can give you shaping your personal "hattitude." We had the absolute best time learning from both of them, getting creative with our own hats, and creating amazing pieces that we will get to enjoy for years to come. We loved the entire experience so much we went back two days later because I already had inspiration for my next hat! If you are in the Highlands don't miss out on this special shop and the creative expressions of headwear that are happening inside. It's truly a one of kind small business.
