This is more than a hardware store, they have everything and a lumberyard. It was such a blessing to have this store available when we did a bathroom remodel. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Highlands is very lucky to have this kind of store available to the residents.

I'd say that 1 or more of our [job]crew find ourselves at the door of Reeves Hardware. They have a great variety of tools for any size job from building, framing, painting roofing, repairs and most things between. They also have a great selection of gear for camping, hunting, fishing, other outdoor activities. Not to mention the Carhartt apparel& Georgia boots. Every time I go here I always pay a special visit to collection of Case Knives. If you find yourself in need of anything from working or relaxing, unless you need groceries you will find yourself at Reeves Hardware. If not you should. Reeves Hardware of Highlands is a great place to shop

I visit Reeves on a weekly basis. Staff is helpful. Reeves keeps my chicken feed and rabbit feed I stock for me so I do not have to drive tonthe ject town over.

Exploring here was a highlight. Half a block long Ace Hardware store. Everything you could think of combined with so much you never knew existed. And that is the street level store. Below is a lumber store for all your building material needs. Tired of clothing and stores selling stuff....go here.

They never pull internet orders. I was notified my order was ready to pick up. You always have to wait while someone looks for the order then goes and tries to fill it I only order online when there is a 10% off sale but these folks make you work for it. I really like Reeves Hardware but they need better online order procedures.

So cool. Great old-fashioned ACE Hardware store like every small town used to have. Large enough to have a really nice selection of just about everything you would need at a hardware store. Very helpful and courteous staff.

Excellent Ace hardware store. Not as large as a big-box DIY store but has just about everything you ever need. Friendly staff. Located on the main street in Highlands. Convenient parking just outside the store. During pandemic, requires you to wear a mask in the store.

To quote the commercial: "Ace is the place..." This Ace is one of the most varied and best stocked stores you'll ever find. They have it all, including hunting and fishing. If they don't have it, they'll get it. Well worth a stop if you need hardware, or if you want a change from the big box stores and want to experience a real hardware store.

Working in the area and went in for some last minute supplies. Was very pleased to see the amazing selection. One of the best Ace hardwares I have ever been in. Nice selection of tools and accessories too. We will return to shop again. Everyone was very helpful.

Reeves hardware is the lifeblood of this community... And I say that without reservation. We all know that there is a Lowe's Home Depot not that many miles down the mountain... But Reeves hardware will get you what you need at comparable prices... and although that may sound like a commercial I'm just a casual resident of the community who appreciates their excellent services

I noticed there was a sign on the window that said something about if locals spent their money in small town businesses then the money would stay in the small town.. well if the business would stay open longer then 5 pm residents would probably be more willing to spend their money in the small town!! I'm working on a project and really needing a part to finish and now I have to find a Lowe's cause EVERY ACE HARDWARE IS CLOSED AT 5:00 PM!!!

This place is a life saver for so many items you'd never expect to find in a small isolated town. I even found a Fellows paper shredder there today. It was the only place in town that had a shredder.

Best customer service!I awoke to a flying squirrel in my house. I called Reeves to find out if they had a squirrel cage in stock, and they did. I work on Main Street but could not leave the store, as I was the only one working. Lisa took my payment information over the phone for the cage. She called me back to tell me she had a customer that would bring it to me.I caught the flying squirrel that night. Thank you Lisa and thank you Reeves for helping me with my emergency situation.

Excellent service, especially given that is the only hardware store in Highlands. Even though it is not as large as Lowes/Home Depot usually have what you need in stock and the staff is very knowledgable.
