We had our two mini doodles groomed here and they were so beautiful when they were done! Our one was pretty long and matted as she had missed a grooming appointment, but they worked really hard and got her back to her soft curly self. Our other one we had shaved on our own and she was looking pretty rough when she came in, and came out an absolute princess! My mom especially loved picking them up and seeing them in the window enclosure waiting for her. Very friendly staff and accommodating. Highly recommend!

My doggy Tequila loves Samantha! ! And they do such a awesome job on my doodle Dusty! And my chihuahua screams bloody murder ( not their fault..all her dramatics) but they get the nails trimmed good everytime! Love this place! 😀

They were so friendly, and did a wonderful job with Tassie’s cut! I called last minute and they were very kind about finding an opportunity for us to pick up a cancelation spot on a busy day. Tassie’s cut came out exactly as I asked (short all over but not shaved), and is nice and even- which hasn’t always been the case with some other groomers (it’s hard with a curly dog, and she looks great!). We did the add on for nails and teeth brushing and it was worth it- she’s smiling up a storm and her nails are perfect. She clearly loved Michael and Anne, and was all snuggles and smiles when I came back to pick her up. Thanks for taking such good care of my little girl! We’re visiting from out of town but if we come back to Highlands, we’ll make it a point to return. Pricing was excellent for the quality of the service. (Pictures loaded backwards! My dog is extremely anxious anytime she gets her hair cut and can be a bit of a handful. This was probably the best haircut she's ever had. We will definitely keep using.

They great! Extremely friendly and they all absolutely love dogs, so you know that your little guy/girl will be in great care. We have three dogs they all came out look amazing and we'll groomed and they smell amazing! Also they will clip your dogs nails without an appointment which is very convenient.

We have been customers before and since Shea opened Posh Paws. Our three dogs would go every two weeks for either a haircut or wash. We have noticed that it has been taking longer and longer for their visits. Their haircuts this summer have been terrible. When we talked to them about the long time keeping the dogs there it’s the typical we are busy and have lots of dogs. Guess what? Maybe take less dogs and do a better job? The worst part is we wrote them and told them we were no longer going to use them. You would think they would respond and say how can we make this better? Or care enough to fix the problem. Michael and Shea I think you need to work on your customer service skills. Shame on you!

If you’re looking for the place to take your beloved pets this is the place! The entire staff is always upbeat and friendly. I work close by and just the other day someones dog had slipped away and came at least a mile just to go back to Posh Paws! Unfortunately, they were closed on Sunday so we called the owner to pick him up. She then stated that she brings him to Posh Paws to be groomed and it all made perfect sense! You know they’re definitely doing something right when your pet decides he’s going to take himself in for an unplanned appointment!!! Great job you guys!

Outstanding experience. I couldn't be happier with the wonderful staff at Posh Paws. My senior Maltese reports it's the best bath and hair cut he's ever had! Micheal, Shea and Will handled my old boy with such care and compassion, I was almost speechless. What a great addition to the Highlands community!

Having gone to Posh Paws for over a year and received good service, my last visit recently was a disaster and my dog was seriously injured during his visit. Upon picking up my lab-mix from PP and about to check-out, first I noticed his haircut was not what I asked for to be done, and secondly I noticed he was holding his back leg up and wouldn't let his paw touch the ground. I asked the question as to what had happened to his leg/paw and received an answer that everything was fine but maybe his leg was tired from standing. I unfortunately took the groomer's response at face value and proceeded to discuss the improperly done haircut with the owners. They gave me a hard time about redoing the cut. I asked for him to be shaved for his summer cut, but his hair was barely cut. The owners were not there at the time I checked him in earlier in the day, but argued with me that the cut was done as I asked. After much debate, I finally got the groomer who was sheepishly hiding behind the desk and who was there earlier that morning when I checked my dog in to confirm the type of haircut I asked for. Upon the groomer's confirmation that the cut was not done as I had asked, the owners then proceeded to offer a shorter cut, but I would have to wait. I asked if I could bring him back another day since he already had been with them five hours, but was told I would have to pay for a second haircut on another day. I chose to wait another 45 minutes. My dog did come out with the haircut I asked for originally.After getting home, I noticed he was still acting funny with his leg and licking his paw a lot. I tried to examine it, but he didn't want me to touch it. I tried to remedy it at home for a few days with a salt bath, peroxide treatments and Neosporin, but to no avail. I finally took him to the vet in Highlands and the vet told me that my dog had a serious cut in between the paw pads. I was sent home with antibiotics and steroids. After six weeks of rehab, but dog is finally able to have full use of his foot. The meds are finally finished as well. A couple of weeks after my visit to Posh Paws, I called them to tell them what has happened since our visit. As usual, I received their voice mail. I left a message explaining the situation and that I was concerned that something happened to cause significant injury to my dog. They have hired a lot of new groomers, but I am not sure who was in charge of my dog's groom, but I explained I was concerned that I was not told of the injury at the time of pick up. I certainly do not want this to happen to anyone else's dog. Since leaving the voice mail, I have not heard from the owners or anyone at Posh Paws. I think their lack of concern for my dog's welfare is evident and their message is clear that they do not value my business. I will not return to Posh Paws and I think you should think twice before risking your dog's welfare there. It is a shame that they are not taking their business more seriously and understand as customers we entrust them with the care of our animals while in their care. If something goes wrong under their watch, they are responsible and should act accordingly. Shame on them for not doing so.

Shay and Michael truly care about our two dogs, Thatcher, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Teddy, a Havanese. The grooming quality is the best I've seen anywhere. They are so good at grooming their faces so they look adorable.

I have now used them twice, and have been very pleased each time. They washed, groomed (minimal), brushed out, and cleaned the teeth of my 80lb Lab. Very pleased with the results, and plan on using them again.
