Staff was so friendly. Wish I remembered the name of the girl who was so sweet and helpful. So patient with my son. Lots of options here. Fudge, caramel apples, ice cream, chocolates. Cute little shop in a great location! Easy to get to. Lots of great outdoor seating. The cakes look amazing!!! Can’t wait to try

We love Kilwins. The best pumpkin pie ice cream anywhere (seasonal). Their chocolate peanut butter is also amazing. You can get two half scoops for variety. They also served a wonderful hot cider. We come a couple times a week when we visit the area.

It's fun to watch them make the fudge here. We like to grab some fudge to bring home. They have a large display case of a variety of chocolate covered candies, caramel apples, and other chocolates they make. We discovered today that the ice cream they make is super delicious. They had about 24 flavors and the ice cream was so tasty and creamy. Will definitely be back.

The moment you walk in the door you are greeted with the most amazing smells of fudge, caramel apples and chocolate! I always make sure to go to kilwins to load up on their salted caramels. I recommend you get a bag of these! Their fudge is delicious, as are their truffles. The service was not great at my last visit. I waited at a register for at least 10 minutes and was completely ignored by the person working. I finally had to ask if I could be helped. She was not very friendly and finally rang me up. Be ready to drop some cash here as it is a bit pricey. On the whole, you should definitely go to Kilwins at least once in your visit to Highlands.

This place is a candy and ice cream livers paradise. So many things to choose from and order. I highly recommend the caramel apples. They will even cut the apple for you to make it easier to eat. Do not pass this place up!!!

Positively delicious ice cream and extremely patient, friendly staff that was willing to let me try 5 samples until I found the one I wanted: Cake Batter with chocolate shavings mixed throughout. My husband got the ordinary Butter Pecan which had the salted pecans that I do not prefer. Even though the store was completely packed they had plenty of staff on hand that we did not have to wait at all. This store is located in a buzzling street with many antique and boutique stores, perfect spot to just chill and get an ice-cream, candy or some popcorn to enjoy the walks and do window shopping.Ice-creams are great and they have wide range of variety, we stepped out during the 4th of July weekend and there was no dine-in so we took a takeout and enjoyed our ice-creams and coffee along with some popcorn.

Hands down some of the best chocolate you will find. The milk chocolate twist are phenomenal! Also, their caramel apples are a great treat. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, they have some nice outdoor seating to enjoy your apple, or your ice cream. I really can't drive through Highlands without a stop here.

Our family of 7, aged 4 to 90, had the most wonderful visit to this sweet shop! The staff were friendly and very patient as I struggled to make a choice out of all the amazing varieties of ice cream that they offered. The chocolate counter was enticing and the fudge... they made it right in the shop! They were generous with both samples and smiles 😃 Thank you all for such a fun and delicious experience!

Overpriced, I grabbed some chocolate covered pretzels and they were stale. The ice cream was good but not worth the price. I grabbed up fudge and chocolate covered peanuts. $23.99/pound for the covered peanuts and they were not worth it. I've found better in greenville, Brevard and Asheville so the drive to this location was sadly not worth it.

The friendly staff, the location and the ice cream warrant 5 stars. The chocolate, some of it at $32/lb and fudge was at 2 stars at best. Absolutely not worth that much, but I give 4 stars because I would still recommend going here for the ice cream and the experience. This is a great town and this store is worth a visit.

Great place to get some ice cream, milkshakes and many other great little things there. Different types of cones. Got cups if needed. Buy some to eat there or buy their own pack up quarts of ice cream. Yeah prices might be a slight high but not that much and believe me, it is worth it. People who take your order are amazing. Well worth the trip to highlands.

Great selection of chocolates!The girls in there were super friendly and helpful!I was using a walker and had to go soooo far around to get to the entrance. 5 steps close to the door...or 3 steps a little further down...or a slanted walkway, even further down, that you have to go all the way around a small shopping area, to get to the entrance 🤷 It was a little challenging!But you still need to go there if you get the chance!
