Such an awesome wine shoppe, one of our favorite Highlands places. Great selection. Cruvinets allow you to try many different wines. They host great wine tasting events. Plenty of seating inside and out. Friendly staff, dog-friendly, a great place to hang out on the front lawn on a nice day.

The owner is very knowledgeable about wine and does a wonderful job of sharing it with others. I love that she has personally tasted each wine and posted its description on the shelf below...on Post-it Notes! The shop has a cozy atmosphere and has outdoor seating... Including a fire pit to sit around with friends!

What a great spot!! We will visit every time we are in Highlands. Met some great people, sampled some delicious wine and just had an overall great time. Lots of spots inside and out to sit and sip wine or just mingle in the main room like we did! Load up a card with money and go to the wine machine to sample or get a full pour!

Beautiful wine 🍷store with an amazing selection of different varieties from different countries. If you are in Highlands and looking for a good wine for your dinner or even as a gift. I would suggest this place. The manager and the team are also very friendly and knowledgeable, and they'll be very happy to help you pick something that you would enjoy..

We loved this little wine shop! The wine on tap is so nice, and there are so many cozy spots to hang out. The fire pits outside are just so nice to sit at with a glass of wine. The owners were very sweet and helpful too. We didn't actually buy a bottle, but the selection looked extensive!

We hit the Wine Shoppe every time we are in Highlands. The dispensing machines take just a little getting used to but once you've got it the experience of tasting this way is great fun. A feeling of freedom you might say. The staff was very helpful and hospitable. You never feel rushed or pressured to buy anything.

Visited this quaint wine shoppe while visiting Highlands for my anniversary. I grew up here and haven't been back in years, so it was a nice surprise to see this place existed. The staff were all very nice and helpful, and although we were understandably unable to partake in the wine-dispensing machines (due to a wine event happening), I happily purchased 3 bottles of wine to take home to enjoy. I will definitely be back and I was happy to support a local wine store with beautiful grounds and engaging staff. P.S. They have an incredible high-end selection available including a bevy of large format bottles and bottles that are hard to find unless you're on the winery's mailing list (so you know you're going to find something good!)

Great wine shop, owned by a native Highlander! Great place to taste wine, share conversation and snacks with friends. The staff is friendly. And .... the personal bonus for me is that this was my Great-grandfather's home at one time! I played in the yard as a child; now I can drink wine there! Great selections .

A really great place with great staff. I ordered a wine and champagne basket for a good friend of mine that was arriving at a local hotel and they put a beautiful basket together for me and delivered it before he arrived. The grounds are great to just relax and have your favorite brand of wine. Thank you Highlands Wine Shoppe!

Excellent wine store with wide variety of quality wines -- about 800 or so -- most in moderate to medium price range. The owners and managers are highly knowledgeable and enjoy introducing visitors to little-known vintners. I highly recommend the wine tastings, which come with your choice of meats, cheeses and chocolates.

Stopped in to grab some glasses of wine to enjoy outside, but unfortunately the owners decided not to offer this usual service because they've participated in the food and wine event, and the machines that dispense the glasses of wine are "too labor intensive" to operate on the same day. "We apologize for that" and she turned away and walked off.Edit- response to owner: Really? You're going to change the "wine dynamics" of this town?! What ever the ____ that's supposed to mean...Congratulations! I guess you've succeeded. I'll never buy another glass or bottle of overpriced wine in the Highlands. While I, alone, may not have an impact, maybe the thousands of those that will read this will feel the same way. I WILL inform the other business of the who/why I'm not buying, so they can thank you, personally, for the lost revenue.As an aside... Is it really THAT labor intensive to open a bottle of wine the old fashioned way... With a corkscrew and a tipping of the bottle. I can do it in less than 10 seconds. Best of luck.
