Eh..... been here twice and it seems to get worse every time. Sandwiches are very basic but they charge high-end deli prices. $5.50 for a simple peanut butter and jelly sandwich with hardly any jelly or peanut butter, and over $12 for a hoagie. Yikes.

Stopped for sandwiches for a hike. Advertised opening time was noon. It was 1155 and I looked through the window as no lights were on. A young man saw me and came to the door. He opened it, and before I could say a word, he very rudely blurted out “it’s going to be 1230” and literally slammed the door in my face. Literally. My wife and I stood there stunned. We went elsewhere.

Family was walking through Highlands and needed a place to eat. CJ took care of us and our food was great. Ordered the Reuben and it came out perfectly.Will definitely stop by again

My daughter and her friend ordered two sandwiches. There were 2 groups in front of her waiting for theirs. They were told to come back in 45 minutes. We did and they said 20 more minutes. They finally got the 2 sandwiches 20 minutes afterwards. 1 hour and 25 minutes later they got lukewarm sandwiches.

The worst 'deli' I've ever eaten in and I never leave reviews. Bread, frozen, lettuce, frozen. Chips were cheese puffs. Ants (20+) in the booth with us. Something flying around & warm inside. The heat is good for the bugs I guess. I accidently left my hat & glasses on the booth and went I returned seconds later they had locked the doors & didn't want to let me in. Tip: If you have a business don't let kids run it. And no I'm not that old...

Ordered the muffuletta. Came out on a hoagie with barely any olive spread. I mean like maybe a tablespoon at best. Good ham and cheese but no where close to a muffuletta.

Stopped in for a late lunch, even at 3 pm this place was pretty much standing room only. We put our sandwich order in right before the cut off and enjoyed some delicious deli sandwiches. We stayed for peanut butter milk shakes (aaamazzing) and have no regrets.Only Con is the limited seating.

Ordered the Highlands Hill and a hoagie. Supposed to come with homemade dip for chips. They were out and not informing people until after orders were received. Still charged full price though. Sandwiches were nothing special. Came with a small bag of lays potato chips.

Just left this cool place. Had grilled cheese and tomato soup which was delicious. Great music, friendly people. Hope to get back before we leave.

Sadly this was not a good experience. No hot dog bun for my kids hot dog, no bacon on my club (wasn’t told) and an unpressed Cuban on a hoagie roll and with olives(not asked for) very dissatisfied.

Monday March 8 2020 I ordered a highlands hill. On wheat expecting a hogie roll got loaf bread!!!!!!!!! No pickles either she ordered pastrami which was inedible even it was replaced with another! 22.00 wasted! David Todd waynesville

Save your time. They were out of everything- truck came Thursday, but it was Sunday and they gave the excuse of “we haven’t had time to make any of the spreads.” Absolutely terrible service and quality when we finally got our food.
