If I could give negative stars I would. They are rude for no reason and they had my medicine in stock but wouldn't give it to me because they save them for others on different days instead of just ordering some the next day which isn't allowed. If someone gives you a prescription you fill it if you have it. This place is always in some crazy stuff.. yes we have your meds but we save them for people that are getting on Friday. Smh. Losing business. That's ok I'm going to cvs..

I dont go to walgreens but when i do its for prescriptions only. The staff in pharmacy is horrible sometimes but its better than Walmart and they have a drive-thru thats why i go there. People inside are usually very nice and helping.

Guaranteed Worst Pharmacy from top to bottom. You get non stop annoying automated calls updating your prescriptions only for them not ready after you waited in line 20 minutes. I’d rather have a stroke than even try to get my medicine there.

I had requested automatic refills and when I ran out and called to see if it was ready they had not contacted the dr for a refill. Now I have to wait until they hear bCk from the dr when the dr should have already been called. It could have been refilled on the 11th but since I had a few extra I didn’t call them. I expected it to be refilled tho when I did need it.

The staff in the pharmacy are a joke. They don't even have the basic understanding of customer service, multitasking, or concern for anyone's time. Simple drop offs and pick up here can take literally over an hour and that's with only 4-5 people in a line waiting. They have one person who does the drive thru and the inside at the same time who moves like she is in quick sand. It's a joke.

Find another pharmacy, this is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They are constantly overwhelmed, I don’t know if this is staffing, training or poor management. Customer service is horrible, you end up waiting when they tell you your prescription is ready they hardly ever answer the phone. Recently my mother had an accident and was prescribed pain killers, her prescription was short 5 pills after I called I was told they had to do a count and would get back with me, this is over 2 weeks. I will follow up with a formal complaint to Walgreens corporate and NC state.FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY

Please if you listen to any review listen to the ones on this thread that says this is the slowest dagum pharmacy in all of NC I SWEAR. When I'm in line and I hear the employees just be plain out rude to the people who have a narcotic pain medicine to pick up telling them it'll be an hour and they come pick it up and they say another hour it's just stupid. And they move about as slow as a turtle 🐢

They never have your Meds you always have to wait an extended period of time to get them refilled… And I’m not sure what they have going on in that drive-through Only place I’ve ever seen where it takes 10 minutes per car to get through. If they’re doing Covid test through the drive-through they should have a little more consideration for other customers and park the Covid test.

EXTREMELY rude & condescending. Refused to sell me something that's OTC. Claimed I'd need a prescription! But that's simply not true. I've been to 2 other Walgreens, as well as a couple Walmarts, & I've NEVER needed a prescription. Doc has never even mentioned it either. They're just VERY judgemental & make up their own rules. Too bad they're the only 24hr pharmacy around cause they SUCK.

Been 3 days that ive been trying to get my medication made. Everytime I go it’s not ready and I have called multiple times, they always say it’ll be ready in an hour. Rude customer service.

like others have said, very slow customer service, rude staff at the pharmacy, can't find orders on time, etc. just a bad pharmacy all around, the one on north main is way better.

I should of checked the reviews first to see how this place was it is the slowest I went to get a COVID-19 test they said I would take two days I still haven't gotten my results and now I lost my time and money thanks to them

So my son had surgery today and the dr wrote the prescription for the Walgreens. I drop it off and they say come back later to pick up! I go pick up and my son tells me he is hurting and it’s time for his medicine. The prescription is for 60 count and I look at it and count and there is only 30 in the bottle and call and go back up their and they tell me that it was double counted and that they know they was right! So now I’m the theft! They didn’t even take the time to count the ones I returned. Very disappointed with this company and will be switching pharmacies as of today!

Rude Managers. Brittany and Mersha the worst managers and very rude! Don't become a manager if you don't know how to respect your employees. Makes sense as to why no people apply for this Walgreens location! Go to another Walgreens

I understand that for a new customer it might take a while longer but I was waiting for an hour. Not because they were busy or understaffed, there were more workers than people at the counter. I ended up paying out of pocket just so the process would just move along.

I came into the store Tuesday 12/07/2021 and was on crutches and the lady at the counter greeted me and then helped me with my items. She could not have been nicer.

A big thank you to the pharmacy staff at Walgreens on South Main in High Point. There was a problem with the pricing on my prescription. They kept going round and round with the insurance company until the price was what it was supposed to be. And they were nice about it too!

This is second time picking prescription for my mom and I called in to see if it is ready yet and they were out of pills.If they are out of medicine why they don't tell me upfront or call me that they don't have it so I will go another pharmacy .This will be my last time visiting this pharmacy for anything.

Don’t bring your FedEx overnight here!! I asked for when the last FedEx pick up time was and all they could tell me was it varies!! So I had to drive all the way to the FedEx store to make sure it shipped.
