Not sure why I can’t bathe dogs here anymore but I used to pay $20 a bath like they request, and bathing peoples dogs for basically nothing and they turned away me and another customer which is really disrespectful considering we had an appointment and this person drove all the way here I don’t mind policy changes but why would you all of a sudden change your policy and not tell your customers? Why does it matter if I’m bathing other people’s dogs y’all are still getting the money so I will be washing dogs at another self wash facility from here on out.Edit: I explained that I am NOT a groomer I simply do baths which I’m still having to pay full price for, I also told the owners so they were aware. This is for people who aren’t able to do them themselvesNo big deal there are other facilities that work with me, your lossYou mean the “papers” policy you decided to have out of no where? lol yes they were very upset because this info wasn’t given prior to the appointment and I have washed my dog there as well and was also not told of the new policy even when I made ALL the appointments prior that should’ve been information given up front coming from someone who does this for a living AND I would never work there because you don’t pay your employees and that’s why most people don’t want to work for you as it is. I already had to stop buying my dogs food from here because their shelves are never stocked.Good Luck.

I was in the store on Skeet Club Road on Sept 26th and had a wonderful young man named Damien who went over and above to help me find the products I needed. I have a 9-month-old 45lb Staffordshire bull terrier / shepherd-husky mix who has pretty bad separation anxiety that recently destroyed our couch either due to anxiety or pure boredom. The first 5 months we were together I was on medical leave and we were together 24x7 now that I am back at work full-time she isn't like that. I am working with a professional trainer now who suggested several different types of chew bones for me to try. While the items suggested were located on Amazon, I would rather shop hands-on and at a local store rather than big box stores. Damien took the time to listen to my plea for help and was very professional and informative in helping me decide on a bully stick ( lol although zika went through that one in 30 minutes ) I also purchased an ostrich bone at his suggestion. She loves it and I think that one will last a lot longer. I also was giving her Rachel ray nutrish for the last few months and due to having to catch up on my bills I needed a more cost-effective solution for her dog food. He then showed me a Diamond Naturals brand in a 40lb bag for 39.99, I was hesitant at first due to my income situation at the moment and was going to just go get a smaller cheaper bag of Rachel ray. He told me the benefits of the Diamond Naturals ( which I have heard good things and my trainer of 20+ yrs experience approved of my purchase ) so I decided to go with that bag which my baby girl loves by the way. While there I showed both Damien and his boss some of zikas tricks and commands I had taught her myself before seeking professional help. Due to severe diabetic complications, my goal is for her to become my service dog at some point as she is super smart. But I am appreciative of Damien and your store for the help which is hard to find at larger chains. Thank you so much for being locally owned and operated and hiring people who take their jobs seriously, listen to their customers, and can make informed suggestions on that feedback. this is a rare thing in todays world and being in a customer service postition myself it is refreshing to see.

I love the Natural Dog Store. They have a great selection of food and everything your fur family would need. I went today to buy some food for my Pitbull-Dachshund mix. I asked Sierra if she had any suggestions for a healthy food for my dog. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to go through the food and helped me pick a new food for my dog. Will definitely be coming back!

The variety of dog 🐕 products is extensive. The only store where we can get Old Mother Hubbard treats by the pound, mix & match flavors.A great section of gifts; shirts, socks, cups & more for the pet enthusiast on your list.

The grooming experience is phenomenal at this location. The prices are reasonable and very well worth the results. I had a 1 year old labradoodle taken in to get a full groom and I can tell he very much enjoyed his experience there :) The groomer is very nice and great to work with. 11/10 recommend!

I came here to grab a few things I had forgotten to pack for my pup while we were visiting the mom in law in High Point. When I came in, I was greeted by a young lady that was sitting behind the counter. She did not attempt to get up as I was looking around the store trying to acclimate myself to where I needed to go to get my stuff. I finally found a couple of the many things I needed. The store I shop at in GA is much more stocked and have a wider variety of things for the dogs. This store has a lot of gifty type stuff for humans.I was the only customer in the store but there was the young lady at the counter and a gentleman that walked by me without acknowledgement. (I had a list I needed help finding).Anyway, as I was leaving and checking out with one of the 5 things I needed, the young lady asked me if I was on their loyalty program. I said no, its my first time here. She said "oh ok. Your total is $X.xx". I guess I dont get to be a member.Lackluster experience with customer service and selection was less to be desired.

On Apri l29,2020 I purchased a stainless steel dog bowl set for my two small dogs. I needed a extra set for our home in Boone, NC. It was too high for my dogs as they couldn't get their head to bottom of bowl. I tried to return the set after 15 days and was told it had to be returned within 10 days for sanitary reasons! OK so how can it become unsanitary five days later??? So I came home, researched my bank records and since Jan 2019 up through May 15, 2020 I have spent $3500.00 with this company. So today I went back to the store and explained it all over to manager and she asked "were you told it had to be returned within 10 days"...I answered no and she told me they should have pointed it out but she still would not return the item. So, this company DOES NOT choose customer satisfaction over a stupid return policy. I spent $3500.00 over 16 months and they would not return a $37.00 bowl over a policy!!!!!!! You decide if this is where you want to spend your money! All Pets Considered has become my pet store!

If you want a better life for your dog then visit The Natural Dog. Great food & supplements & toys. Not your typical commercial pet store. There are a lot of choices for foods to feed your furbaby including several I'd never seen or heard about. If your pet has special dietary needs you may find it here. I purchased an all natural alternative to rawhide, which I'd never give to my dog, & she loved it. Rawhide is produced with chemicals I'd never let my pet have & has potential for choking. I love seeing pet food with ingredients I know, not chemicals that you can't pronounce or have any idea what they can do to you or pet.They also have order online with curbside pick up & delivery available within 30 miles of the store.

They have a good selection of high quality cat food, toys, treats, and grooming supplies (brushes, wipes, shampoo, etc). They also have a ton of dog stuff and neat gifts for pet parents. They also have a very nice and helpful staff. My cats are always happy when I shop here!

After much thought and deliberation I felt that a google review would be most appropriate for this concerting situation with The Natural Dog.In December I left my contact with the grooming department and after two months I received a call from the groomer Devon.Devon says he has 15 years experience and while I trust he does I do not trust his judgement.I have a full blooded Great Pyrenees and Devon suggested that shaving her would be the most appropriate way to groom her.For those of you who have long hair or double coated dogs you will know and understand that their coats are protection for harsh winter and summer weather. By shaving the coat you are damaging the dogs skin and running the risk of things such as skin cancer or sunburn.I do not recommend grooming services and I have serious concerns with management’s hiring practices and ability to vet their groomers who handle such special creatures.

I can’t say enough good things about their Grooming facility and their groomer Susan! Our puppy Buck is a Standard Goldendoodle and is 6 months old. He was in desperate need of his first “real” haircut especially in this July heat.We had his first “puppy bath and trim” at PetSmart 2 months prior. It did not go well. Buck was really overwhelmed by the amount of people, groomers (counted 6 while there), and dogs (being groomed and boarded). Needless to say Buck was a wild man and his senses were on overload. He was freaked out the rest of the day and wouldn’t stop running/barking. The Groomer at PetSmart said that he did not do well and we would need to work with him a lot before his next appointment. As a new dog mom this was hard to see and hear :(Fast forward, Bucks hair had really grown out. We knew we needed to get him groomed but knew we shouldn’t go back to such a large grooming facility. I started looking for a groomer and that is when I found the Natural Dog in High Point! I talked to the groomer Susan before making his appointment and viewed the grooming area. I was pleasantly surprised to find that only Susan would be there grooming, Buck would be the only dog there, and he wouldn’t be stuck in a loud kennel for hours waiting. I was able to get an appointment 2 days later and his appointment only took 2 hours! Buck was calm, collected and his normal loving self the rest of the day.Thank you Susan for your help and being so wonderful with Buck!

Great dog food taste both my sweet boy Cooper and I think it's delicious! I like the Earthborn Holistic Coastal Catch, but Salmon gives my sweet boy Cooper the runs, so we share a bag of the also scrumptious Great Plains Feast.I also really like that you get your 10th bag of kib free if sign up with them.

We had a mishap when we clipped our dogs nails today. We called the store and was told they had already closed for the day. We explained that we lived right down the street and could they make an exception. We had tried several different ways to get the bleeding to stop, but couldn’t. The employee spoke to the manager and told us to come on in. My fiancé jumped in the car and was able to get the Styptic Powder we needed. Thank you so much for going the extra mile to help us and Buddy today!!!!
