The cashiers spoke immediately as I entered! They asked me to leave my bag upfront! However, it was placed behind the register and there was someone near it at all times! They didn't mind helping us to find items! If a price was missing, they would help us find out the price! They were always friendly!They had most of the products that I was looking for! The prices were very reasonable! The store was very organized!It was a very relaxing atmosphere! I will definitely go back!

I love going to roses but the one in high point on South main need some work or better management. Can't find prices on alot of things,, things scattered every where on shelves,, they rang up 2 things of mine and the prices were wrong act like your lying and like they don't want to check or it's aggravating,, well it's your fault not mine🤨. Please clean up this store and price stuff right.

This is for the High Point location.Located is a fairly empty strip mall, the parking is wide open and easy to access.This is a no-frills store that offers clothing and housewares at discount prices. This store is perfect for families that are on a budget because they have clothes for mom, dad, and the kiddos. They are not name brand clothing or products, but if you look carefully, you can find some treasures here.Service is not a priority here since the savings you get in the products are from the no-frills in the decor, services, and not having to carry name brand items.Midas 4-stars for the savings on a budget.

Shopped on Wednesday to get a senior discount; told the cashier that I was a senior and wanted the discount when checking out. The phone rang and she answered it during checking me out; I asked if she rang up the discount and she said, yes. When I got home and looked at my receipt the discount was not on it. I made a second trip back that same evening and was told I would have to make a third trip back the next morning to see the manager. I WORK!! This place is ridiculous! !

Meanwhile i love the store itself, this place needs to get it together. There was a line of 10 customers and ONE register open during the lunch hour. People like me who go out and spend hard earned money on their break, do not have time to stand in line for 15 minutes waiting to be checked out meanwhile the cashier is calling and calling for the manager.

My second time here at Roses. I found some great buys like a sink set,a hoodie,a tee shirt,and Halloween decor. I like their prices!!! I'll be coming back again!!

The staff... they were slow and i think my cashier had an attitude. From the moment i walked in and the entire time I was there someone kept calling security over the P.A. (and employees to the back where you can see the staff "horsing around".) I love the store(which is why i gave two stars) but I don't think I'll be returning to this location until thet have another turn over in there. This round of employees dont live up to those that were in there when it first opened.

We shop here mainly for household items such as cleaning supplies, toiletries etc. They are usually very well stocked and if you find something on sale the prices cannot be beat. Store is always organized and neat. Highly recommended!

Growing up I always loved Roses! You can find great fashionable pieces for super cheap and the only place that carries a great selection of plus sized pantyhose that you don't have to struggle with to put on! All their home decor and portraits are beautiful too!👍🏼

Absolutely horrible! Bought a microwave got it home front was broke took it back within 15 minutes spoke to the manager and she said I could get my money back in two days! Called to talk to store manager and got hung up on! Do not shop here horrible company manager barley spoke English

We went in and were looking at kitchen utensils. But before that we were walking around the clothes section to waste time but then we heard over the speaker they say to security to check everything. Then we go over to kitchen utensils and look at knives and other larger and cheap items. Then we look over and see a Black man staring at us while he acts like he is fixing a shelf. We felt so uncomfortable that we left. We had never received service like that before.I probably won't go back. I gave it two stars instead of one because of the cheap items.

DONT GO TO THIS STORE. MANAGER IS THE WORST. WONT HONOR RETURN WITH A RECEIPT BECAUSE IT WAS PURCHASED AT THE GREENSBORO STORE. WILL NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THE CUSTOMER EITHER. THIS STORE WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS JUST LIKE THE KMART BEFORE IT.
