Been shopping with your store 10 yrs. Today, I encountered ‘Bianca’ at the register. I was in a hurry but Bianca went way above and beyond to help me and get me out quick! She was the most courteous, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable associate in my 10 yrs of visiting you! Please thank her! In the world of todays rude folks, Bianca exhibited kindness & graciousness…traits I totally value and appreciate!

Sales lady was rude in fish area. Since the net is shared between tanks I wouldnt buy fish there. We bought 6 new fish and 2 frogs. Our fish were infested with ick. Weve had our older fish and frog over a year. Nothing new in the tank for 7 monthes and Ive never seen ick wipe out fish as fast as this. Yes we treated and two days later it looked like some had pompoms on their fins. We had 20, bought 6. Now we have 5 fish. My daughter spent her money she saved on fish and a tank she wanted years ago. She has taken care of everything and kept it clean. This was a birthday gift, flushing her fish she worked so hard for.

I get all my cat litter from them because they cheerfulky load it in the trunk. I simply can't lift 43 poundsThe type I get then has 4 separate bags inside so at home I can cut the outer wrapper open in the trunk and put the separate bags away.Good service, nice staff!

On my recent trip to PetSmart, I was saddened to see the snakes for sale in such small enclosures. The King snake in particular was heartbreaking to see. His enclosure was clearly too small for the size of his body. This is ANIMAL ABUSE. Please treat your animals better and examine your policies surrounding their care. This is out of line and unacceptable!!

We love the groomer and the Banfield in this location and have used them for all of our pets. My only complaint is that it seems like they are understaffed and there is always a line at checkout and pet messes on the floor. Some of that is to be expected given the nature of the store, but is almost every time we’re in. Other than that, we love it.

Wide variety of pet essentials to help your pet, whatever it may be from a goldfish, to a python, to a iguana, to a cat or dog, to your farm animals. I have been going here for grooming for my dogs for years and I always book with Taylor. She's awesome and always does a great job! I highly recommend Taylor for grooming :-)

This Petsmart is NEVER stocked with what you need. Especially if it’s Tiki Cat. I have come here & had to drive to the next town for my cat food COUNTLESS TIMES because they are not well stocked in this store at all. Go to the other Petsmart in Greensboro, they at least stock items frequently.

So my wife bought a cute lil shih tzu for me and we wanted a good shampoo for him, one that smells good, moisturises, deodorizes and soothes his skin and this is it... PetSmart is a pets playground 🐈🐕 #BeYourOwnJudge👌🏽✌🏽

Took my Standard Poodle there on Saturday to be groomed by Lauren. I asked her to cut it low. When I came to pick him up, I didn’t recognize my own pet. He wasn’t shaved but his curls were completely gone all over! The almost shaved cut was very uneven, gaps showed his blue skin! From now on I will go to Winston store where I know I can get a good groomer! A poodle should still look like a poodle after a cut, not a half cut Doberman. After his cut he was also traumatized. Sitting on the sofa, close to me. He has never gotten on the sofa before. He also slept behind the bed in a corner, on a pile of throw pillows instead of his bed!!! Just terrible experience there!!! The picture shows my poodle with his beautiful coat pror to the cut along with my other poodle who was groomed at the Winston store with a close cut. She was shown pictures of desired cut.

We purchased a Guinea pig with large cage and supplies for our daughter. Positive experience! Staff was friendly and helpful and when we realized our cage was too large they allowed us to exchange for one that was more suitable. We are very happy with our new member of the family!

Very good location. Clean and things are easy to find. I usually go to buy things for my tutles tank and food for it, and they have a great selection. Everything from bulbs, to tanks, to food. They have huge suppliers of turtle food, I usually get the medium(I say medium because there's a size up)sized turtle food.

I went here to buy my cats prescription food. I usually buy it in Winston as my local store doesn't sell it. The workers here were so nice and friendly. The young man at the checkout especially. He bagged my purchase so it would be easier for me to carry because my back was hurting. And he was very polite and mannerly. I will be going to this Pet Smart from now own!!

Caution with grooming department. I didn't have my dogs usual groomer and he got the story end of the stick because of it. He had never liked his feet fussed with (and because of his size)so I started using PetSmart grooming to bath, brush out and clip his nails for me. The nails were not cut as short as I asked (they had grown quite allot) the first time so I had a woman who has her own word of mouth "business" which includes pet sitting and nail trimming. So, this VERY first visit with her and my boy went extremely well. I booked her for another nail trim in five weeks. Well, within those five weeks I had him sent to PS for grooming. Two weeks after that my sitter came to do his nails (only the second time for both of them) and she had him on the table petting him when she said "he's shaking, he wasn't like this the last time" and no, he wasn't. The only thing that changed was the PS visit. Since then I've spoken with my friends who are dog parents when two out of five head horrific experiences at PS. One almost had her little Yorkie hang himself because the groomer turned away and was talking to someone WITHOUT LEAVING AT LEAST ONE HAND ON THE DOG. I'm sorry but that is highly unacceptable. I could go on but I think you get the idea.We now have a new groomer!!! But still use his manicurist, who he adores. Together, the three of us are STILL working at letting him be comfortable on the grooming table. But he still smiles!

Clean -- easy -- Banfield is a good vet practice -- however stores like this are slowly losing to Chewy and Amazon Etc.. -- me -- I personally like the store experience but prices at brick and morter stores are higher than online with free shipping -- in a funny note we can't have elephants in Ringling Brothers but no one protests the awful beta fish bowl 🤪

We had our dog, Kira, have a bath and brush Chi appointment at this location with Taylor. I was very hesitant to let anyone else do her as I normally take care of her coat myself for my father. However, after not having the time to visit over the past year her coat had become not so great. I wasn't feeling up to bathing her so I booked the appointment. When I went to pick Kira up, I was not disappointed. She smelled great, looked great, and was very happy.I would be very careful reading reviews on here, specifically when it comes to people complaining about their pets cuts. As someone who used to work at PetSmart, the only time a dog is shaved down or has an uneven cut is due to matting or due to a pets fur/hair already having prior patching. It is PetSmart policy that a call be made if your dog has to be cut shorter than discussed or the service has to stop and the dog be returned if we do not get explicit permission. Trust me, no groomer likes cutting a dogs glorious hair/fur down to the skin. It also isn't beneficial for your pet, as it can cause razor burns, ingrown hairs, ruin how your pets coat grows back, etc. All things they are held liable for. Trust your groomers at least in that regard. They do what is best for your dogs coat health and experience at PetSmart.
