I regretfully am no longer a customer of Kathy's Grooming. Kathy has always been awesome. But after 2020, the level of grooming skills and customer service changed. Kathy is still awesome. I cannot say the same for the groomers. I had to remind them to clean my dog's ears several times. My poor Yorkie looked terrible several times after being cut there. He looked like a rat. One time they didn't cut the hair from around his ears and I thought his ears were flopping on their own as I never had a yorkie before. It was because they didn't cut the hair on his ears. But, why????There was an issue almost every time I got my dogs groomed and I grew unhappy over time.Before I put the blame all on Kathy's business, it was my fault for canceling at the last minute quite a few times. So, I can imagine how frustrating that was for her. We finally ended our relationship today when she told me the groomers told her they did not want me to return.I was with Kathy's grooming for 11 years. I will miss her. But, I will not miss Kathy's Grooming the business.There are many great grooming businesses in this area, especially mobile grooming businesses competing for business. If businesses want to stay competitive they should make sure they they strive for excellent customer service or risk losing customers.

Brought my collie in for a groom and my pups turned out amazing. After not being groomed for a year I thought he was fine but they pointed out hotspots and where the hair clumped up and irritated his skin. They were very informative and will def be coming back.

I took my dog in to get groomed, later to find out he had been left like this. Not once did they mention this when he got picked up. I believe this was very unacceptable on their part, I went to go address the situation and they did not even acknowledge that I was upset. I understand I am only one customer and you guys have many others than me but as a small business owner you should care about the people who take the time to give your salon a chance. This was absolutely RIDICULOUS and I will never be coming back or recommending anybody here!

I just moved to High Point. My dog needs a special care since she was hurt at the previous place and disliked the experience. I contacted Kathy’s Grooming, the staff were very welcoming, caring and passionate about what they do. Amy worked with my dog to get to know her, make her feel comfortable and like this experience again. I was nervous, but they reassured me and sent me pictures while she she being groomed. BEST Experience EVER. This will be my Go To location. Highly recommended. Don’t hesitate to book an appointment for your dog.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND NO ACCOUNTABILITYA couple friends of mine have taken their dogs to get groomed and have picked them up with cuts and nicks. Some have even lead to INFECTIONS!! After contacting the business directly, owners did nothing to fix the situation, no accountability, no apology. My friends and I will not be recommending this business to others. If I could leave no stars I would. DO BETTER KATHY.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLEI am absolutely disgusted with not only my experience but also with the staff. After spending over $70 just for my dog to not only have bald spots but also have rashes that had to be medically treated I will not be returning nor should anyone else. They clearly do not care about their clients well being and when I brought the issue to management’s attention nothing was done not even a refund after openly admitting that they butchered my dog. If I could give this establishment negative five stars I absolutely would. If you care about your pets this is not the place for them

These women are so good. Morgan has groomed my 12-pound havanese for almost as many years. My dog always looks great and if she seems sick or otherwise out-of-sorts, the staff always let me know. What great heart and skill they have!

This establishment should be ashamed! causing dogs to get infections after improperly grooming them and cutting them up. then when the issue is addressed you guys do nothing about it! Do better Kathy!

Thank you for taking care of our fluffy corgi. He is so beautiful!! The last place we took him, they just shaved his hair off. Everyone at Kathy's Grooming is so nice. BASH was so happy and relaxed when he left. That means they took care of our baby so well. We will be going back!!! I wish I could add his pictures

I was happy with the groomer and staff. Very professional and welcoming. I had a hard time finding a groomer for my Gagi because he’s a little feisty and no one wanted to groom him. They did it with no problem. I did have to give him medication to calm him and they were okay with that. Thank you Kathy’s grooming Boutique.

Katie grooms my Penny girl and she is a therapy dog at my work place and hospice( 2 facilities) and several assisted living facilities. People always comment on how beautiful a dog Penny is and that the love the way she is groomed.PENNY IS A PRETTY GIRL BUT Kathy's grooming definitly makes her a shiny pennyLove everyone there!

As a business owner you should care for how the experience is for your customers. This establishment by far has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They nicked my friend’s dog which caused infection and bleeding and yet when the problem was brought to them they said we can’t do anything. They didn’t even apologize!! KATHY THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND YOU NEED TO GET YOUR ESTABLISHMENT IN CHECK!!!!

Kathy's Grooming is the best best to take you dog if you want to get your dog groomed. They are caring,loving, and they do a professional job! They have always done a awesome job with my dogs and I would highly recommend them for your pets needs! The staff is friendly and Kathy ( the owner) is the most loving person I know with these animals and so are the groomers. I will not go anywhere else. My little Lucy loves them. Which means a lot to me. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Had trouble finding a trustworthy groomer post-Covid closures. Some grooming businesses did not even return my call or respond to my email. Someone suggested Kathy's and I am so grateful! My senior Cocker Spaniel is unable to stand throughout the entire grooming process and they were so kind. She laid down during most of her groom! She was long overdue for a bath and a groom, and they did a fabulous job. They listened to my concerns and did exactly what I asked. She and I both feel so much better and I am now Kathy's Grooming Boutique's biggest fan! Thank you!

I am a new customer and am definitely loyal now to this groomer! We are always welcomed with friendly faces here and my female adult golden doodle looks AMAZING! We have went to a few other places that charge similar prices with far less quality and consistency in the hair cut we always ask for so I’m happy we were recommended Kathy’s by a friend.The only down side is they close at 5 on weekdays making it tough for pick up times.

I've been taking my standard poodle there for 3+ years and she always come out looking great! The staff is friendly and my somewhat shy dog likes going there. It's a relaxed atmosphere, with other dogs sleeping behind the counter, and a talking parrot in a cage that my 3-year-old grandson is fascinated with. At certain times of year, there's a two-week wait for an appointment, so lots of other folks must agree with me: These are good groomers and their prices are reasonable.
