Jennifer and her husband are the nicest people! Emerywood grooming and high point grooming do an amazing job! I cannot recommend them enough! My Pomeranians look great.My dogs used to come home from other groomers looking so upset and anxious. However at emerywood they come home really comfortable and happy! ((They look like they had fun honestly)).Jennifer took extra care of my little senior Pom to ensure she had a good experience and used her expertise to use gentle products on my pom with bad skin allergies. She is very talented, skilled, caring and I trust her with my fur babies.

My dog LOVES Jennifer! This is the 3rd grooming salon we've tried because my dog wouldn't let anyone touch her face. My dog trusted Jennifer right away, no issues! Been going here ever since. Plus, the shampoo they use smells AHmazing!

First time here. Very nice and professional!Fair prices (better than what it said online). Took about an hour for a bath and teddy bear cut on my 6 lb Morkie. He smells amazing and is adorable with the plaid bandana she put on him! They even took and sent me a Christmas picture of him during his visit.Definitely will come back! We have used their services for two very long haired, fuzzy, thick-coated dogs (woolie American Akita and Great Pyrenees). They have provided excellent service and taken good care of our pups and treated them just as if they were their own dogs. We are huge fans, and will keep coming back. I am not a fan of dropping our dog off but this time I had no choice. HPG immediately took our boy in and took such good care of him. The staff was really kind and they did an excellent job on his cut without needing a ton of guidance. They got him out on time as they promised. Very good experience, will return.

updating-we continue to LOVE HPG! They know her on sight, adore her and take great care of her while she's there!Thrilled with the job Melissa did with our newly adopted teacup Chihuahua! Gentleman who greeted us was so personable! When we walked in her knew us immediately even though it was our first visit. He had clearly reviewed our appointment information! Melissa took a moment to get to know our Gypsy Danger before offering to take her from me. Professionalism was top notch and the grooming was apparently not stressful for Gypsy as she bounced back from being left there within a couple of minutes of us leaving. (She also got treated to a puppicino from Starbucks for being such a good girl!)Updating Nov 2023 to include how much we appreciate everyone at HP Grooming! All 6 of our pups are clients and they take great care of them!

I am beyond thrilled with this High Point Grooming. I have a Yorkie that is beyond hyper. In addition she has arthritis in her knees and doesn't like them touched. I have been through a few groomers without success. The vet even recommended calming medicine for grooming appointments. Since I have been going to High Point Grooming I see a world of difference in my little Stella. She loves going. She comes out happy and always looking beautiful. No calming help needed. It was our first time going there and it was the best experience ever! My Frenchie had a bad experience at our last groomers and it’s been so hard to find someone to trust but I trust these guys because my Frenchie didn’t want to leave and he has never did that before and just by that I know that he was in good hands! I called this establishment late in the afternoon on a Saturday. Gentlemen who answered said he could wash and trim my two dogs nails if I came within 30 min. The service was quick and girls smelled awesome. We are new to NC and I’m glad we were able to find a new groomer.

High Point Grooming is the Best! First, let me point out how convenient they are with Saturday appointments for working parents. They do a wonderful job with my very fluffy Corgi. He is, for the most part, always groomed to perfection and he actually enjoys going there. They are very professional and extremely friendly. I love these guys! Emma is tough to groom, other groomers have charged $50 extra as they said she was so difficult and “lazy”. We walked into the facility and Emma was immediately at ease. Lizzie did an amazing job and it’s the first time I’ve ever gotten a good report from the groomer about Emma’s behavior! I picked up a happy dog and that just doesn’t happen with other groomers. I could not recommend High Point & Emerywood Groomers enough! I even received a photo of Emma looking all fresh and clean! 10/10 recommend that you give High Point & Emerywood Groomers a try! The second time, Emma had Mindy, who did a wonderful job!
