This dollar tree is an awesome place to shop!!! The Store manager is always in there and she and her team works very hard. I do feel they over them and the company need to do better. You will not find a better team you better do them right. I’ve been shopping there for about 2 years in nov. i just moved here from Maryland!!!

Staff very helpful and courteous and were working hard to restock the store after what appeared to be a busy Saturday. However, there is NO outside lighting. My husband was with me but we still felt unsafe. I hope the employees leave as a group and keep safe...

Although I love dollar tree, this particular location kind of sucks. There are frequently boxes sitting around the store waiting to be stocked, the shelves are hardly ever organized, and the store in general is really dirty. They run through a lot of their “hot” seasonal items quickly so if you’re looking for something, go right away or they will be out!

It was really crowded and they only had one cashier working for a while. Staffing shortages. However, the cashier remained friendly and was very helpful, despite the impatience of some of the people.

OMG. I thought the Dollar Tree on Summit Ave in Greensboro was the worst! Very mistaken. Awful! One person checking out customers while 3 others are at the mercy of a slow, sloppily dressed possibly the manager or supervisor..who cares. She needs more customer service training. Instead of apologizing for the long lines she just tells us the line is closed and sends you to the one person working. 8 or more people in line, one line. This was my third and last visit to that store. I am asking Dollar Tree to clean up their act! Please send new customer service rules and guidelines to this location. Please require employees follow the dress code. No wrinkled or dirty attire. I really appreciate your attention to this matter.

Went too dollar tree as soon as I walk in I was greeted and felt welcomed, great store service, I was only offended when I seen the cashier working as hard as she was,7 people waiting in line and the other 2 girls wasnt helping her at all, I felt that was rude, and the cashier needs a raise for handing it so graceful, everytime I'm there she is just the absolute best, only after she paged did them to white girls help her shame on them for that

Show up to store at about 6:50. Door is locked, stand outside for 5 minutes. Couple comes out at 6:56, worker comes behind them, but as couple comes out worked says we're closed. I said it's not 7 o'clock yet. She says yes it is. So I show her my phone and time says 6:57. Told her I had been standing there for at least 5 minutes. Would have only been in store for 2/3 minutes. But she wouldn't let me in. I do a lot of shopping there, but won't no more.

The lady at the cash register, Cherri, was working hard but there was a LONG line . I noticed multiple employees back in the store sitting and talking none of which came to help at checkout. Cherri remained pleasant even though she had no help from other employees. She had to stop checking one time to help a customer get balloons blown up. Why did no other employee(s) come to help her provide customer service? Thank you Cherri. But to the manager of this store, some changes need to be made.

I've only been here once. If you want to get the munchies when you walk in the door, go here. When I walked in the door, I was immediately hit by the smell of marijuana which was probably from the clientele. To each their own. Store is super small but seems to offer the average merchandise of most dollar tree stores. A lot of the merchandise (especially the ones that people don't buy often) are dusty and potentially missing parts. I went in to get a couple of battery operated candles and found a lot of them had the batteries missing from them, not working or filthy from dust.

I get snacks easily for my son as well as other groceries and household items. The people r nice and the hours r ok. I can't do without my Dollar Tree 😌

02/16/2018 I just went to the store to get some stuff for my kids like every Friday they ran to the ballon section and the lady at the register yell at them so loud I went to tell her not to yell at my kids and she told me to get out "of her store" I ask her if she owns the store and she answers not but I'm the manager.so rude and also she said she was going to call 911 if I don live the store I didn't even spend 3 mints at the store never going back there if that "manager" manage the store calling her store like she owns it .I ask for her name she dont want to give it to me and tell the other lady at the register not to tell me nothing.
