The tall guy with red hair and the long beard is one of the nicest people I ever met, he is so kind and I can’t remember his name . But today they were super busy and even under all the stress , he was still so genuine and kind and considerate. He deserves a raise, he remembers me in the drive thru and always asks how I am . Idk if he is a manager or what but he should be , he is wonderful definition of a ray of sunshine put into a human being!!! Also this is my fav lil ceasars they always have the perfect cheese/sauce ratio and it’s always so buttery and yummy. My kids love it 😁 that is all

As far as service and it being what you expect to get there is nothing to complain about. Pizza is always hot and if it has been awhile since it was made they will sell it to you for half price, if that is what you want. You get waited on quickly and you get your order quickly.

I got the deep dish lunch deal with a Pepsi for under $7. It was plenty to eat but four pieces of pepperoni per square is not enough, six would be better. They did have it ready in a few minutes though and the staff was friendly.

Fantastic Pizza, even tho it IS Smaller than the regular stores'. Also the Staff has Always been Extremely Kind to me as Well as my Large Dog who often makes the trips with me to the Drive-Thru. Once, a Very Kind Employee even went as far as to offer my Sweet Dog a piece if Pepperoni. And if you are Kind to my Dog like she was, then That is the way to my Heart. So Thank You and you have a Customer for Life! Especially because of that one gesture to my Sweet Boy! Thank You! Great Employees!!!

It's busy so it's definitely always fresh if you don't speak up yes someone will get a pizza you ordered but it doesn't take that long to wait and if you have sense enough to speak up or wait up front you'll get yours when it comes out. Minimal menu items makes for faster service not the full menu so please don't hold up the line asking if it's on the board behind the cashier order it if its not don't ask a hundred questions part of the EXPRESS equation is your ability to know what you want before you get up to order. Food was great service was great like I said was busy but only about a ten to fifteen minute wait.

When I ordered a triple meat pizza I was told it would be a 15 minute wait. I waited for 30 minutes and someone who came in after me got their Pizza before I did and they ordered the same exact thing. When I asked the front cashier about my order she said it would be another 6 more minutes. I ended up just losing money and taking a pepperoni pizza instead and did not even get my money back for the price difference. I understand they were busy but they need to have a better way of organizing their orders of who comes first.

Today was my first time ordering food from here. They absolutely have the very best pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread!!! I will definitely be ordering from the Hiddenite location more often!!! I stopped getting pizza from the Statesville location years ago. Thanks so much for delicious hot & ready pizza and cheesy bread!!!

How is it that you have to place an order 30 dollars over the phone to get your order. I should be able to call place my order for one pizza or what ever I want and go get it and it be ready instead of having to wait in store. Defeats the purpose of EXPRESS don’t you think. I went placed my order wanted extra butter and cheese on my crazy bread. Barely had any flavor and did not get what I wanted!! Needless to say I will drive to statesville to get my pizza from now on. Such a let down

Service was great! pizzas ready on time! and manager was exceptional and genuine when I had questions about how to order my pizza... I LOVED THIS PLACE. I have had other experiences at Little Ceasers but none compare to this hidden gem. I REPEAT: GO HERE! Sometimes I need places to study and this place is a go to. It’s cozy and well lit. I will walk over from the Cubbard Express with coffee in hand and sit in my special corner with a yummy slice of pizza. Thank you, Little Caesar’s Express.

So I called at 11:05 on a Sunday and was told they were still closed and that I can’t place an order over the phone unless it’s $30+. We drove there to place our order and saw there are literally 6 things on the menu, they don’t even have thin crust. The girl that took our order was rude and we waited about 10 minutes for 2 cheese pizzas, probably because they were too busy laughing and cutting up instead of doing their jobs.

I absolutely love this place! It is way better than the one in Taylorsville. I always call ahead to make sure they have pizza ready and if they don’t then it takes less than 10 minutes to get one ready for me. By the time I make it there the pizza is ready!

We popped in on Week One to try the Wings; quick, hot, good! Lady in front of us ordered a pizza & stepped out of the way to wait, but the counter guy immediately turned around, got the pizza to hand to her & we had to tell her that her food was ready...she was shocked!

It's so nice to have a new pizza restaurant in Hiddenite! The staff is friendly, and the pizza, wings, and crazy bread are great. They even have a drive-thru window. For most orders, you just stop by and it's "Hot-N-Ready," so you don't even have to place your order in advance.

Mark and Amber need a raise immediately! It's hard to find people who love what they do for a living and these two sure show they have a passion for pizza. I hope the company cherishes you two, great companies are built by great people. By far the best little Caesars I've ever been to.

This place is the best place ever. If I could I would sleep here and just breathe in the pizza and lay on its fluffy crust. The service makes me feel like my grandma is baking me my childhood dreams and I’m suddenly young and beautiful again.

They do not have the full menu. Will not do phone orders unless 30.00 or more. On crazy bread they give you 6 tiny pieces instead of the 8 pieces like all other locations give in a bag. When I called they said it's because we are an Express location. Therefore short you on your order but charge full price. Such a bad way to do business by ripping people off from the start.

I wish I knew before ordering that pizza here is smaller. It's 12 inches compared to 14 inches you get at a regular Little Caesars restaurant. It tasted ok, but I won't be returning.
